As a family of four with an 11 year old and a 4 year old this apartment provided the perfect base for us to explore York! It was a home from home where we could retreat after a long day exploring York. It was a gated apartment and we felt very safe when returning late at night. The place was clean with everything you could need including a coffee machine for our morning coffee! Would definitely recommended and stay here again. For us personally it was the nicer end of York.

We were supposed to stay in another apartment but upon arrival we discovered a problem, we contacted Jo at the letting agents and she relocated us in a matter of minutes, certainly cannot fault the letting company and staff. This apartment is really nice, it is a short walk from the main area of York so is ideally situated If you have a problem with stairs then this apartment would not suit you, it also has a distinct lack of storage for your clothes, to me there is a lot of unused space where small bespoke storage drawers could be built. Great communication from the Owner with clear, helpful and prompt instructions; very easy to communicate at all times, very responsive. A fabulous place: location is excellent; the 'house' is large and roomy, with ample ensuites and additional facilities; the kitchen-dining room is huge, with good appliances and beautiful decor; and very clean and tidy. We had professional caterers and they were very happy with the availability of items. Well recommended.
We stayed here for my friends hen weekend - 11 of us across both apartments that join, The house was perfect and the little courtyard was lovely in the sun! The house was walkable to everywhere, so central, which was perfect. Would definitely recommend this airbnb to any large group

Very good apartment, a short walk from the centre of York. Everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries. The kitchen had a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in sachets which was very useful. Overall very pleased with the accommodation.
We stayed for 2 nights but didn’t spend much time in the property as we were visiting family. Super comfortable beds! Decent amount of space too.
Great little Mews house. Good location, only a 10-15 minute walk in to the city centre. We also discovered a lovely little farm shop 2 minutes away. We had a very nice stay and look forward to staying again.
Lovely clean apartment, very spacious and stocked with a few starter bits so I didnt need to rush straight out to the shop The apartment is inside secure gates which can only be accessed using a fob, we felt very safe

Clean comfortable well equipped apartment from where I was able to walk (@20 minutes) in to York. Comfortable beds with nice quality bedding and towels. The apartment does not have a parking space but I did manage to park some of the time just around the corner on a side road, other times I had to look on side streets a little further away. Helpful and responsive letting agents.

Nice apartment just outside the City Centre. Had everything we needed for a short break in York Clean and warm with a comfortable bed. Communication was great from hosts and check in details very easy to understand
This apartment was very close to the important locations in this historic and beautiful city. The host was a good communicator and the apartment was clean and neat.
Easy to find, located close to the old city walls, clean and comfortable. Easy check in with a gate code and code for the lock box to the door. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
The house was very clean and very spacious. Well situated out of the city centre but still easily accessible via public transport, there was a driveway so was ideal for travelling with a car. Hot tub was great and made our stay, would return!

Wonderful place! We were a group of five and had plenty of space. Nice location with a 5 min walk to restaurants, pubs etc. Also easy access to the bus that took us to the University. 16Fishergate has everything you need. It really lived up to our expectations. We would love to come back!
Overall - excellent apartment, would highly recommend. Location - was perfect. A quiet area close to the city centre (5 min walk) and not far from a Tesco Local (max 10 min walk). Apartment - high quality in terms of finish. was a well stocked for kitchen crockery and cooking utensils, making it good for self-catering. One thing to note is the need to bring your own shampoo/shower gel (these aren’t provided). The Team - were very helpful, quick to respond and very accommodating to an early check-in request which was greatly appreciated. Big thanks again

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay in York, Really clean and within a short distance to the centre. Company were really responsive and check in details really easy to understand
From booking we were given instructions on the property and contact details. It was easy to find and very clear instructions on how to get in. The accommodation was amazing clean and spacious and was good value for money. We were staying as part of our reenactment at York Roman festival but would definitely book again for a holiday or weekend away.

We had a great time at the York Boutique apartment. You can’t beat the location, it’s close to pretty much everything in York. The space was clean and comfortable and included everything we expected. We recently stayed at The Stables Luxury House for 2 days as a group of 14, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked to the moment we left, the communication was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The little studio apartment was incredibly cosy and cute. We loved here. Perfect for a couple of a few friends. The bath in the middle of the room was lovely under the TV, very relaxing. Excellent property within 2/3 minutes of Monkbar. Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms- 1 with an en-suite and the other close to a family bathroom. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. The joining instructions are a little confusing as it talks about going through the left hand door and turning left down the corridor and there is only 1 door and you turn right to flat 2. Fine when you know how. Our only issue was that the water was cold on the second morning which meant only 2 out of the 4 of us could shower. This is so central to York . Right next to the market and all the bars. Ear plugs provided to help block out the city noise. 4 Double bedrooms , all with ensuite so great for a group of friends. Looking tired so could do with a bit of TLC however we will still be returning as the location is so good
We enjoyed a lovely week in the apartment. It takes about 10 minutes to get into the centre of York, but luckily we had good weather so this was an enjoyable walk. Parking right outside is an added bonus. Being a little out of town means it was very quiet and easy to access walking trails.

Henry Court Apartment 1 is quiet and comfortable and finished to a very high standard. It is also extremely well-located. It is just a few minutes walk from Morrisons and the shops in Acomb and the bus to York stops almost outside the door. York Boutique Lets are very responsive and when we had a small maintenance issue it was resolved quickly and efficiently via their whatsapp chat service. It is an excellent property and has become our place to stay of choice whenever we are visiting York.
