This 1 bedroom apartment is on the first floor.

The apartments are beautifully modern with contemporary furnishings and a light, neutral decor.

The apartment has a modern living/dining kitchen space, a modern family bathroom with a bath and a shower, and beautifully decorated bed.

The living room has a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.

It has views towards the City Walls and our leafy courtyard.

The apartment comes with fast wireless broadband which is free of charge for all our guests.

Ideally located just outside the Monkgate City Walls and a short walk from the magnificent Minster and a 5 minute walk to coney street the main shopping strip in York.

This really is a superb holiday property offering guests a terrific location from which to explore York, and to be away from the hubbub at night.

Very easy and comfortable stay. The property was great, very modern and well equipped throughout. Beds were comfy, hosts were great. Perfect place and city to spend the bank holiday weekend!

Beautiful stay, the property was very well thought through, the cleaning was done to a very high standard. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, we did not spend much time out of the apartment in the end as it was so lovely.

Nothing bad to say about this apartment, from the get go we received very detailed instructions on how to get there, some how we still managed to get lost and the management company made it clear it was absolutely no trouble helping us find our way there. Once we were in we felt instantly safe and secure, in a gated complex. Parking was expensive but after travelling round the city we realised that was the going rate for the car parks. Décor was really nice, you could see it was all fairly new and very modern. Information booklet was great, we used it a lot throughout the stay for some great recommendations. The bed was very comfy, we had a great nights sleep. And the sofa bed was better than I expected to be. Exactly like the photos and very clean! We will 100% be returning.

We had a great short stay at the York Boutique, parking was very easy, the location was great, right in the centre of York so walking distance to everything, the apartment was very clean and modern. We'll definitely stay again if we ever get the chance.

Location couldn’t be better for the city centre in York. Decoration is bright and modern and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We didn’t cook but the kitchens seemed really well equipped and had everything you would need. Booking process was easy and the hosts sent us all the arrival information in good time. Highly recommended!

Stunning apartment, lovely space, close to the city centre, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed as the listing showed, parking on the doorstep of the property which was extremely ideal. A little dear but we noticed parking across York City Centre on a whole was expensive!
Would stay here again!!

A lovely apartment , easy check in, easy parking and within a short distance of the centre of York . The Minster and many other attractions are within easy walking distance . A lots of restaurants to eat in within a short walk . So an ideal place to stay .

We stayed here for 2 nights and the property is perfect. There is free parking, wifi and a smart TV which we made great use of. The property was cleaned very well and beds very comfortable. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is really good. The location was perfect for us and is only a short walk into the city centre. The lady on the phone was very friendly and guided us on how to work the cooker as we wasnt sure. Absolutley nothing to complain about. great stay

We stayed in all 4 of the apartments for a weekend hen do. It was a perfect location for walking in to York. The apartments were all beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our needs. An excellent entry system made us feel extremely safe. A great time was had by all.

This is a very nice, clean and bright apartment. Only downside this visit was that there was no welcome pack of chocs & gin otherwise you couldn't fault it.

It is very convenient to the heart of the city, and it was lovely to have a Christmas tree in the apartment. Everything was perfect for our stay and we had an amazing christmas.

Beautiful apartment, excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Only one negative is that the bed is far too soft.
Fantastic location for the city, parking no issue at all.

The apartment was very nice, almost immaculate, and the decor was very modern. We did find the mattress very very soft and both suffered from sore backs. A previous guest noted this also in the guest book. The pillows were very old and lumpy and need replacing. The rug in the living room is a little tatty and there were some stains on the carpets.

Other than these very minor gripes, the apartment was very enjoyable, the kitchen was well-equipped for breakfast, and the location is perfect.

Overall, this is a great holiday apartment.

Booking was straight-forward and York Boutique Lets were very flexible accomodating our date changes.

The flat was extremely-well presented with good instructions from accessing the wifi to finding good local restaurants.

The only thing we did not like was the mattress, which felt a little like a hammock to us. I don't think the mattress was old or worn, rather it was one of the 'super-soft' variety...

I stayed for almost 45 days in this appartment.It was flawless n in best location.
Well equipped, i just missed the dish washer though which comes handy during long stays.
Would always stay here during my next visit.

A very warm and cosy Apartment in an excellent location. Carpark was a short stroll away and was easily reached by the Apartment. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided which was a lovely touch. The only shame was the awful weather we had but at least we could dry out our clothes as the Apartment was very well heated.
