Once again we had a fabulous time in this super place. Perfect for couples, families, solo travellers, the lodges are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard and equipped with everything you could need for a hassle free holiday. Location is unbeatable, with a rural, holiday feel but within walking distance of shops. Being close to the M90 ( though not aware of traffic) the lodges are situated in a location easy to travel to both the central belt and the highlands. We have been coming to Scotland (its beautiful and nice people)every few years for vacationing ,many times. This time we had quite a bit of bad luck (hotel cancellations without notifying and flight cancellations and delays ,car rentals that were all set then gave us trouble ,hotels that were not unlocked for hours after check in time) But EVERYONE at the RiIVERS EDGE were simply WONDERFUL! The place is BEAUTIFUL! Rivers Edge is one of the few good memories we returned from vacation with.
Lodge very clean and well equipped. Owners very friendly and helpful. Grounds well maintained, interesting plants and gardens at every lodge - 12 in total.
Just what we needed while in process of moving house ,somewhere to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings ,we are already booked in for a further stay.
Very clean and had everything you needed. The view out of our lodge was lovely. There was more space inside that it looked and was comfortable enough for 5 adults for 2 night.
Just back from a lovely stay at river edge, the park is well kept with plenty space between lodges, inside they are cosy, homely and spotless with everything you could possibly need. Communication wirh Mary was excellent from booking out break right up to the day before our stay with a welcome text . John and Mary are fantastic hosts we will definitely be booking again, and would highly recommend River edge lodges
Stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding in Rossie on the Earn nearby. The lodges are just lovely .... rustic as you'd expect, very cosy and well equipped too, with excellent parking. I also loved the little vases of fresh flowers ..... Mary was very helpful in all our communications, and all information provided was very clear. My brother and his family stayed a few lodges down, so this is perfect for families to be close together if visiting for weddings.
Recently spent a very relaxing long weekend at River Edge Lodges Views from lodge 14 were excellent looking right out onto the the river Grounds well kept and very clean Bus service to Perth only 5 minute walk A huge thank you Mary for making us very welcome Highly recommend anyone to stay here
Highly recommend this place. Lovely, relaxing spot. Mary & her husband are super friendly and very helpful. We will be back.
