One of our best trips to Devon. The place is incredible and the swimming pool is great. It is worth every penny.
This was our third time visiting Lower Elsford Farm and we were glad to have an opportunity to stay in a third different cottage, this time at Pond View! The feel of the cottage was exactly the same as the previous two, they’re all clean, fresh, beautifully done up, and there’s everything you need, even down to the little things like washing pods and dishwasher tablets. The facilities in the cottage and on the farm are excellent, our daughter was happy to get back to playing in the games room, swimming everyday, playing on the park and visiting the glade. I don’t often write reviews but I was blown away by this place. The accommodation was comfortable, stylish and very clean. Everything was provided and we were able to cater for ourselves easily. The activities (pool, games room and table tennis) were perfect for our children ranging from 5 to 12. The setting is stunning and we would highly recommend the short walk up to the Tor. We were 2 families staying in Torfield and Garden Cottage and we felt very comfortable letting our children roam around and enjoy the grounds. The hosts were lovely and accommodating to our requests.
