One of our best trips to Devon. The place is incredible and the swimming pool is great. It is worth every penny.
Visited Pond View cottage with my daughter and 5 year old granddaughter to celebrate a special anniversary. We all had a brilliant weekend and this has to be the very best accommodation that we've ever stayed in. Paul & Jan are great hosts - extremely helpful and very welcoming. We loved the swimming pool and Games Room - and my granddaughter adored the tree swing in the Glade. The beautiful gardens and surrounding woods & fields made for a very peaceful setting. A great first family holiday for us and our 9 month old. We loved the pool, comfy beds and large living space. Paul and Jan were really helpful and friendly hosts. We look forward to many more holidays at Lower Elsford Farm.
I don’t often write reviews but I was blown away by this place. The accommodation was comfortable, stylish and very clean. Everything was provided and we were able to cater for ourselves easily. The activities (pool, games room and table tennis) were perfect for our children ranging from 5 to 12. The setting is stunning and we would highly recommend the short walk up to the Tor. We were 2 families staying in Torfield and Garden Cottage and we felt very comfortable letting our children roam around and enjoy the grounds. The hosts were lovely and accommodating to our requests.
