A converted farm building, Pond View is a luxurious 5 star, two bedroom cottage that sleeps 4 with a beautiful outlook to our two ancient farm ponds. It works fantastically well for families or friends.

It was our first time at Lower Elsford and we were blown away with the level of detail and thought that was put in to all aspects of the cottage and shared facilities. The location was picturesque and so many lovely walks from your doorstep. The pool was a godsend and our 18m old grew with confidence in the water over the time we were there. A great location to go on day trips. It really was a perfect holiday! And we will be back in 2024!

Family of 4 2 adults 2 children (4) and (8). The best family holiday we’ve had !!. Paul and Jan were wonderful and couldn’t do enough. A perfect location with an abundance of facilities. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Lower Elsford Farm as a family of 4. The location is simply stunning, our cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool, games room and play park. The hosts thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable and personalised touch like signed postcard and delicious goodies hamper was very well received, thank you!
It’s a gem in the most beautiful area. We don’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be back.
