Lovely Clean, modern, barn conversion. Kitchen excellent with all the appliances easy to use and working. Living room , small, but comfortable easy chairs and lovely wood burner. Bedrooms good . Brilliant amount of space for parking. A little chilly , as we stayed in cold December and the under floor heating was not adequate especially in the sitting room until you got the fire going. I am sure this can be adjusted.

Thanks again Welly Boots for another great stay at one of your properties . My wife and I had a great stay for three nights and as expected everything about the Loft was of a very good standard. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the great pubs in Mickelton the Kings Arms and the Bull The setting of the Loft is ideal ,it is in a very quiet location and has great views all around. Just one small thing we would like to see in the apartment is a slip mat in the shower or a hand rail, we overcame this problem by placing one of the hand towels in the shower tray when showering ...more
Otters Abode is perfectly situated close to Blockley centre. Easily walkable to the village centre. Great walks around the pretty village, excellent shop and cafe too. Parking is good at the cottage, so many lovely places , towns, gardens and walks accessed within half an hour drive. The cottage is well equipped with a good supply of kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare meals. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Highly recommended.
Blockley is a lovely village and the cottage is charming. Very well equipped and comfy but could do with a shower mat to stop slips, also blackout curtains or blinds would be great when we have a summer like this when the sun shines from 4.30am. Stairs are not straight and, as it says in the blurb, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We are late 60's/early 70's with medical issues and the cottage was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we come this way.
We regularly stay at this property and were pleased to see 3 fans were provided to cater for the hot weather. Good location for Broadway and surrounding areas
We were lucky to hit 3 very hot days on our stay and the fans in each room were very welcome. Great house very secure with its own gated drive with ample parking. Positioned perfectly 5 mins from Broadway and a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. House was very spacious, clean and the beds were especially comfy which we all commented on. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. We had a self inflicted issue where my dad realised he had left his Hypnos pillow behind but after contacting Nick he had no hesitation in returning it to him. Excellent customer service...more
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Church Cottage. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the High street for groceries and shopping/sightseeing. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
We had a lovely stay in Chipping Campden. The only 2 negatives at the cottage were the recycling bags and boxes, just screwed up. I didn't expect to sort the bags out before using them. They are pretty dirty! and for a person over 6 foot the entry to the garden especially carrying your bags in is very limited.(overgrown). Otherwise everything was really good. We were there in a very hot week, the fan was fantastic in the bedroom.
Comfortable beds, nice sheets, pillows and towels. Clean,functional bathrooms. Small, but clean functional kitchen. Lounge and dining area looked to have been furnished from second hand shops, and were dowdy, and old fashioned. The outside area at the back was scruffy, unswept, and all the plants were dead. We did not use it. Good location.Very handy pub, and also a great, air-conditioned, licensed “cafe” serving excellent food, less than 5 minutes walk away.
A good location, in a quiet culture de sac. The bungalow was smart and well presented, perfect for a short break
Very quiet and comfortable,nice to come back to after days out. There is a pleasant place to sit outside. And cooking with gas! Only two minor problems - the shower is on the ground floor, away from the bedrooms. And it is a very tricky place to find, despite the perfectly good instructions.
This cottage was really comfortable with a super bath, well appointed beds and a suitably equipped kitchen. It is very handy for walking into town and it was easy to park on the street close by.
Lovey place to stay- lots of lovely villages around and we visited a couple of National Trust sites and then into Stratford and around some lovely shops.
Perfect property for a Cotswolds stay . It was beautifully and comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean and very well equipped . We would definitely return to this holiday home again
