We chose the Loft very last minute for our base accommodation whilst waking the first part of the Cotswolds Way. It far exceeded our expectations in every way. We were fortunate to be able to check in early so we could start the walk the afternoon of our arrival. The Loft is very well equipped for everything you might need during a stay. Hotel standard bed linens, spotlessly clean, good sized rooms, no restrictive head room which we thought might be a problem as my husband’s 6ft but not so. Spectacular views from the windows. Warm and cosy. Parking right outside. Local pub, Kings Arms, great food and local deli and shop provided us with food for our trip. We will definitely return.

The loft is really cosy but still with plenty of room for 2 people & at the end of the village so very quiet. Has everything you need for a self catering stay but just a little mention, could have done with more coathangers. With only 2 each, we just managed but would struggle if we'd been there for a week with more clothes. The microwave & oven are combined so can't be used together, something to bear in mind when planning shopping to bring. We had a bit of trouble working it out & juggling cooking the meal we had planned on the 1st night. Sadly we didnt have good enough weather but there is a nice outside seating area which will be great for an evening glass of wine.
The location is central with Stratford in Avon, Stow & Bourton on the water within 30 mins.
Due to the rain we did the British Motor Museum & that was 35 mins away.
Will definately look at staying here again if we come back to the area. Loved it!!!
