I must say that this was an amazing and very pleasant visit. Located across the way of the beach, we were able to quickly access the water, where there is miles of walking paths full of unbelievable views and friendly people. This home is an Instagram dream! Seaview Lodge is a stylish, comfortable and spacious holiday home . It appears to have been recently renovated and was spotlessly clean and very well equipped . It is very near the pebble beach at Bracklesham Bay a 2 minute walk away . The sandy beach at West Wittering is a short drive away and for longer stays there is much to explore further afield.
We had a wonderful week at Stormchase. This really is a special house. The views of the ocean and over towards Portsmouth are amazing. The house is very comfortable and everything is to the highest standard. Our children loved being on the beach, the trampoline and the skate ramp. We will be back!
We loved our stay at Sandpipers and it was so comfortable that everyone had a good time. The beach is a short walk but the pool was so warm and inviting that we spent most of our time in the garden and enjoying all that the house has to offer.
Wow what a property, stunning house and location. Everything you could wish for and more. House was very well equipped especially kitchen and the views were breathtaking. Amanda was great, answered every question I put to her before arrival (and there were quite a lot). Definitely hoping to return in the future.

My husband and I loved our stay at Sunny View and would certainly have no hesitation in staying there again. Its proximity to the sea and beach was ideal and my husband loved his morning runs on the beach (when the tide was out of course!). We are familiar with the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay and there are plenty of walks to taken in the area. East Wittering also has a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. The only recommendation we would give to the owners, is to install some simple blinds on the lounge and kitchen windows and door as the sun shines directly into the apartment...more
truly wonderful break with the family. Thessaly is ideally located with a short walk to the beach. Amenities were perfect and particularly grateful for the outdoor furniture and fans. We were blessed with fantastic weather, so lazed in the garden when it was too hot to be at the beach. Wonderful location with plenty of great pubs. Recommend hiring e-bikes.
Pinellas point is situated perfectly between Bracklesham and East Wittering and only a stones throw from the beach. It offered everything you needed for a perfect holiday. Jacqueline couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The property is modern and well equipped with a lovely sun trap garden. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
Fabulous location with great views and outdoor space and good indoor layout. Equipped with everything you could need. We were blessed with mostly good weather which was an added bonus. Dined at the Beach which we’d recommend and were made to feel very welcome at the Pond which is a hidden away local pub.
Christmas tree had been put up and a wreath on front door . One of the best holiday houses we have used .
The admin side of Wellies and Windbreaks is outstanding and the house itself was everything we hoped for. Superb location, wonderful amenities and we were blessed with fantastic weather. Just a stones throw from the beach which allowed for a lovely walk as well
We love Rosemary - such a perfect little cottage in a wonderful location just 10 minutes walk from the beach. One feature I especially love is the shower, it’s so smart and stylish. I also love the patio door opening onto the quiet and private garden, perfect to sit and relax in. My dogs also loved it. The customer service from Wellies and Windbreaks is excellent and informal. I’ve already booked for next year.
This was our second stay at Little Orchard and it was just as good as the last time. The house is well equipped, has very comfy beds and a very sociable living area and garden. We were so lucky with the weather and managed to fit in a walk along the beach to East Wittering, followed by lunch at Drifters. We also got the bus just down the road to Chichester Marina one day and then did a walk to The Crown and Anchor, where we had a lovely pub lunch overlooking the water. All in all, a lovely, relaxing weekend. Hopefully we'll be back again for a third visit.
Love this house! Very comfortable, tastefully decorated and in a great location. This was my 2nd time of staying at Seaspray and the weather was still very hot but a few degrees cooler on the coast which was lovely. There’s a few maintenance things that need looking at : the ice box doors in both fridges are broken, the extractor fan in the en-suite is very noisy, could close the balcony doors plus the furniture could do with a clean in some areas. Otherwise all great really enjoyed it.
I absolutely loved my stay at Stargazer! The most beautiful, luxurious, comfortable, breathtaking home, right on the beach. I could have just stayed in the stunning kitchen diner for my stay, but I loved the sun-beds on the balcony which gets the sun all day & into the evening (amazing sunsets) and what a view watching sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing, wind/kite surfers & swimmers, boats/cruisers on the horizon and super view of the IOW - spent much time walking, on the beach & swimming, walked the short walk to Wittering for breakfast in a super cafe (and a super sandy beach), ordered lovel...more
Beautiful house in the middle of the village. Wonderful enclosed gardens with direct access to the shops and only a short walk to the beach. Angela and Amanda are always available for any questions and queries and their online app makes it all easy to find and get around. The house is homely, has a beautiful kitchen and living area. Highly recommend enjoying your stay from here.
This was our second stay at Seamark this year, which is a tribute to how well located and set up the property is. We particularly liked the different areas of the garden and roof terrace that catch the sun at different times of day, and the 2 min walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and there’s a large choice of things to do in the area. We’d recommend Knead for coffee & bread, and a bit further afield, the Crab & Lobster. A boat trip to see the seals in Chichester Harbor was a great opportunity to get out on the water.
Perfect getaway with the family. The location of the property is perfect, near the beach, cafes, shops and pubs. House is beautifully decorated and well equipped, all bedrooms very spacious and lovely open plan kitchen/living area Would recommend to anyone, we hope to return soon!
We spent a lovely week in Cygnet Cottage. Very comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen and lovely garden. Wonderful location for the beach. Great experience with Wellies and Windbreaks - excellent organisation, very useful app with holiday information and a couple of issues sorted out very quickly. Would stay again.
Lubbers is a fabulous property that we have stayed at twice now. This year we took our dog as it has a fantastic secure garden and is mainly downstairs living. It’s such a great place we didn’t want to come home. The house is well equipped, well laid out, close to the beach and local amenities and is in a quiet location. Would highly recommend.
We did have a lovely stay at Dots this year which was also helped by the wonderful weather. We all think it's a lovely house, if a little quirky in its layout. The location could hardly be better, close to both the town and shops and on the seafront. We were very impressed that the outside shower was provided with warm/hot water( as well as cold). What a wonderful idea. It made us more likely to rinse off before entering the house and less likely to tread sand and seawater in so a plus both for us and for the house. Beachwood is a large house on 3 floors with ample room for 10 guests. It is modern and well equipped. It was clean, the beds very comfortable and there is plenty of seating to relax in. It is very well situated in a private road being very near East Wittering beach and I only 15 minutes walk from the centre of East Wittering (for shops) and the beautiful sandy West Wittering beach. There is ample room for parking 3/4 cars. Overall it made for a very comfortable stay. The only criticism is that it lacked a microwave and a cafetière.
Three generation family stay from ages 2 to 70+ and the grand-dog stayed here for a week. The house is very well appointed, well decorated and with many high-end appliances. Kitchen very well equipped. The beds were particularly comfortable. We loved the terrace ,when the weather allowed us to, and the garden room would be a great bonus for those with older children. This is a great holiday home with direct access to a lovely beach Both front and back gardens are secure and ideal for children and dogs Bathroom to bedroom ratio is very good We have holidayed here for three years with generations of family A few more pillows might be useful, and perhaps thicker curtains for winter guests
We had a wonderful stay at Points West Wittering. The house is beautifully renovated, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the facilities for children are excellent. Our son especially loved the games room, which was a fantastic addition. The location couldn't be better – just a short walk to the beach, the village shop, and a great local pub. It made everything very easy and enjoyable. The property would benefit from a few final touches, particularly some tidying and maintenance in the garden and on the terraces. Samphire is very attractive and well stocked with a stunning outlook . We would recommend: outside cushions for balcony and patio chairs and for dining chairs., a shaving point and /or adaptor, a big teapot, a shower caddy and another mat for wet rooms , more hooks, a mat for french windows into bedroom downstairs (and some sink plugs were slow to drain )
The 11 members of the family - ages ranging from 75 to less than 1 - are all in love with Beachcomber. The excitement caused by the prospect of returning started not long after Christmas (!) and once again the actual event was even better than the expectation. We are devastated that it's already booked by someone for 2027 but hope to be back in the future.

We had a lovely week in April at the Thatched Cottage. The house is in prime location, right on the beach, and the garden is large, open and sheltered- perfect for games with the kids on the lawn. The cottage itself is spacious and charming - it feels like a real home from home, with genuine character and soul, unlike other rentals we have experienced elsewhere which can feel commercial and soulless. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with the basics you need for a week - plenty of dish soap, tea and coffee. We would love to return.
The Wickham at east witterings was the perfect location all the local amenities so easy to walk to. The sea view was fantastic. However we were very disappointed with the lack of furniture provided to enjoy it. 5 bedrooms & only 2 very old outside chairs were provided along with 2 bench tables with seating attached in the garden. If this is someone’s only holiday please provide some comfort for them to really be able to enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Inside the property was clean, comfy beds but again very dated. 5* all round - a wonderful stay again at Sheridan such character and history and one of the few original railway carriage properties left. We shall be booking again next year. Wellies & Windbreaks quick to reply to any questions I had.
This was our second stay at Cirrus. It’s a lovely property just around the corner from the beach - and a ten minute walk from the shops. We’d happily recommend it to others.
East Wittering is a safe and clean place to stay with lots to see and do close by. The property was comfortable, reasonably well-equipped and well located with good sea views. The downstairs bedroom is a little dark with a small window, but the other two rooms are upstairs and airy.
I rented The Little House on a long term basis. The property is well equipped and the location perfect for anyone wishing to sail, especially if attending Itchenor Sailing Club. The swimming pool was a great addition. The landlords were always responsive as and when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short or long term rental.
We loved stayed at Fleetwood. An enormous house with more bathrooms than we needed Beds very comfortable, relaxing lounge , fabulous location on the beach, good facilities and equipment, space to spread out and even had an office and lounge upstairs. The garden was perfect for our dogs, well looked after and totally safe. Would be very good for large gatherings to give friends and families their own personal space . Lovely house convenient for beach and village. Although in central position was quiet. One smaller vehicle able to park on front. There was a heated airer but it would have been nice to have a washing line/rotary. Showers weren’t great, downstairs either hot or cold, no balance, upstairs low pressure. Back garden, grass had been cut but borders not as in pictures and one side, hedge was mass of brambles, quite dangerous for children. Having said this, I would go back and comments made are constructive.
We really enjoyed our stay at Seacote. It's a lovely, well presented holiday cottage. Its position, right next to the sea, was perfect for us as a family of 7 including a newborn and dog! The property was extremely clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. We were very pleased with how the kitchen was equipped, the good quality bedding and towels (which smelt very nice) and the little touches of shower gel, coffee, tea etc. The hot tub was definitely a hit with all the family enjoying a glass of fizz in the bubbles (not the newborn or dog obviously!!)
