We had a wonderful week at Stormchase. This really is a special house. The views of the ocean and over towards Portsmouth are amazing. The house is very comfortable and everything is to the highest standard. Our children loved being on the beach, the trampoline and the skate ramp. We will be back!
We loved our stay at Sandpipers and it was so comfortable that everyone had a good time. The beach is a short walk but the pool was so warm and inviting that we spent most of our time in the garden and enjoying all that the house has to offer.
My husband and I loved our stay at Sunny View and would certainly have no hesitation in staying there again. Its proximity to the sea and beach was ideal and my husband loved his morning runs on the beach (when the tide was out of course!). We are familiar with the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay and there are plenty of walks to taken in the area. East Wittering also has a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. The only recommendation we would give to the owners, is to install some simple blinds on the lounge and kitchen windows and door as the sun shines directly into the apartment...more
Having never stayed in this area previously and celebrating a special birthday we wanted a stunning house and The Waterfront did not disappoint. The thoughtfulness of the owners including the telescope to allow us to watch the ships coming and going showed the care that has been taken in preparing the house. The standard of equipment, cutlery, crockery etc was of the highest order and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to another wonderful break in this beautiful part of the UK.
Great house and located nice and close to beach, cafe and beach sauna. Plenty of room for 6 of us including our 2 adult children and partners.
Very possible the best all round holiday accommodation my family has enjoyed over the past 25 years.. Thessaly is ideally located in Roman Landings, which is in the heart of West Wittering. It is within easy walking distance of village shops, the wonderful sandy beach and harbourside. Spacious 3/4 bedroomed accommodation, Thessaly is very well appointed to an excellent standard throughout. The setting was quiet and tranquil. Pinellas point is situated perfectly between Bracklesham and East Wittering and only a stones throw from the beach. It offered everything you needed for a perfect holiday. Jacqueline couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The property is modern and well equipped with a lovely sun trap garden. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
Such a restful, clean and cosy place to stay, perfect for us after long beach winter beach walks. Generous provision of basics including firewood appreciated. Highly recommend

The few days away was an amazing way to celebrate my birthday/retirement. The house is amazing…the location is simply breathtaking. To wake up each morning with the sound of the waves and the views was very special. The house has everything you would wish for. The views from the bedrooms and ground floor are stunning. The house certainly caters for all your needs and feels so homely. We will definitely be back…. Thank you to you all for making the stay so special.
Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Cottage beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Great walks directly outside with local amenities all within walking distance.
This was our second stay at Little Orchard and it was just as good as the last time. The house is well equipped, has very comfy beds and a very sociable living area and garden. We were so lucky with the weather and managed to fit in a walk along the beach to East Wittering, followed by lunch at Drifters. We also got the bus just down the road to Chichester Marina one day and then did a walk to The Crown and Anchor, where we had a lovely pub lunch overlooking the water. All in all, a lovely, relaxing weekend. Hopefully we'll be back again for a third visit.
Seaspray is an attractive well appointed terraced house, overlooking the beach in close proximity. We spent a very comfortable weekend here with friends and our dogs. We enjoyed lovely beach walks straight from the house and from there, easy access to the town’s cafes and eateries. The only criticism of Seaspray is that there is no welcome pack of milk, tea or coffee on arrival. After a long journey this would have been most welcome. We did however, receive a bar of chocolate which was appreciated.
Unrivalled sea view from every window, comfortable beds, high quality bed linen, pillows could be softer, excellent bathroom fittings, quality kitchen appliances but coffee machine was not working and no alternative available. This was our 5th stay at Seascape and it remains a wonderful property for a traditional seaside holiday
I absolutely loved my stay at Stargazer! The most beautiful, luxurious, comfortable, breathtaking home, right on the beach. I could have just stayed in the stunning kitchen diner for my stay, but I loved the sun-beds on the balcony which gets the sun all day & into the evening (amazing sunsets) and what a view watching sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing, wind/kite surfers & swimmers, boats/cruisers on the horizon and super view of the IOW - spent much time walking, on the beach & swimming, walked the short walk to Wittering for breakfast in a super cafe (and a super sandy beach), ordered lovel...more
Beautiful house in the middle of the village. Wonderful enclosed gardens with direct access to the shops and only a short walk to the beach. Angela and Amanda are always available for any questions and queries and their online app makes it all easy to find and get around. The house is homely, has a beautiful kitchen and living area. Highly recommend enjoying your stay from here.
We had a lovely Easter week end at Points, The house is very well located, close to the beach and walking distance from shops. We loved East Wittering, very low key village with everything you need. The house is newly fitted and very comfortable, very clean , nice bed linen and towels. Kitchen extremely well equipped. We went on walks to a little chapel, to the beach on both sides, beautiful at low tide. At high tide walking on pebbles might be difficult with very young children. I highly recommend Points, we will go again. there were 10 of us.
We love this house, it was our second stay in a year and everything that led us to rebook was equally apparent when we arrived. Spacious, comfortable, flexible space makes it ideal for a large family and the proximity to the beach adds to the charm. Cleverly designed and with all the amenities for a relaxing stay in the Witterings.
We have just spent a wonderful week at Anchor (2nd year running), fantastic accommodation and in a great location close to the beach. Walking distance from both East Wittering & Bracklesham we love walking along the beach for a morning coffee. Anchor has everything you need as a family of 5 it suits all our needs. We can't wait to book again.
This was our third stay at Lubbers & it has never ceased to disappoint… lovely very well equipped comfortable house!
Excellent beachfront location with panoramic views. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of items for 11 guests. Heating worked well in below-freezing temperatures in December. We would happily return.
Beachwood is a large house on 3 floors with ample room for 10 guests. It is modern and well equipped. It was clean, the beds very comfortable and there is plenty of seating to relax in. It is very well situated in a private road being very near East Wittering beach and I only 15 minutes walk from the centre of East Wittering (for shops) and the beautiful sandy West Wittering beach. There is ample room for parking 3/4 cars. Overall it made for a very comfortable stay. The only criticism is that it lacked a microwave and a cafetière.
A great location on the Beach front- a walk down the garden and you are there! Good accommodation with four good size bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The property was a lovely size,the bedroom drawers could possibly use some updating I had to call about the place not being cleaned when we arrived and a couple of maintenance issues.. Amanda was extremely helpful and dealt with the issues straight away. We all had a fabulous time such a great location. Will definitely be visiting again
We had an excellent time at Wickham. The views are superb. What’s not to like, sitting in the porch with a glass of something red, people watching and watching the evening sun slide down behind the Isle of Wight. Marvellous. The accommodation is extremely well appointed.We are hoping to be back in 2026.
Wellies and Windbreaks gave outstanding customer service. We were very well looked after following an initial problem. The result is we will certainly be booking again with them next year.
Samphire is very attractive and well stocked with a stunning outlook . We would recommend: outside cushions for balcony and patio chairs and for dining chairs., a shaving point and /or adaptor, a big teapot, a shower caddy and another mat for wet rooms , more hooks, a mat for french windows into bedroom downstairs (and some sink plugs were slow to drain )
Beautiful property for our family get together this Easter. All generations were comfortable and happy with the facilities. Location was ideal for local shops and beach (15min walk). Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed, however some trays and oven utensils were sticky from previous occupants. Communication and check-in instructions were clear and very informative. We had all the information we needed and all bedrooms were set up as requested. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.
We had a lovely week in April at the Thatched Cottage. The house is in prime location, right on the beach, and the garden is large, open and sheltered- perfect for games with the kids on the lawn. The cottage itself is spacious and charming - it feels like a real home from home, with genuine character and soul, unlike other rentals we have experienced elsewhere which can feel commercial and soulless. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with the basics you need for a week - plenty of dish soap, tea and coffee. We would love to return.
5* all round - a wonderful stay again at Sheridan such character and history and one of the few original railway carriage properties left. We shall be booking again next year. Wellies & Windbreaks quick to reply to any questions I had.
This was our second stay at Cirrus. It’s a lovely property just around the corner from the beach - and a ten minute walk from the shops. We’d happily recommend it to others.
East Wittering is a safe and clean place to stay with lots to see and do close by. The property was comfortable, reasonably well-equipped and well located with good sea views. The downstairs bedroom is a little dark with a small window, but the other two rooms are upstairs and airy.
I rented The Little House on a long term basis. The property is well equipped and the location perfect for anyone wishing to sail, especially if attending Itchenor Sailing Club. The swimming pool was a great addition. The landlords were always responsive as and when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short or long term rental.
We loved stayed at Fleetwood. An enormous house with more bathrooms than we needed Beds very comfortable, relaxing lounge , fabulous location on the beach, good facilities and equipment, space to spread out and even had an office and lounge upstairs. The garden was perfect for our dogs, well looked after and totally safe. Would be very good for large gatherings to give friends and families their own personal space . Only quibble was that some of the house was superb but some areas felt a bit dated. We have used Wellies and Windbreakers for a few years now, and always find Amanda/Angela...more
Thanks to Amanda & Angela for facilitating our last minute booking for Sherkin - a deceptively large house! Clear information on all aspects of the stay was shared up front and the house was perfect for a family of 4 (+ dog) but can easily accommodate more with the extra beds & futons. Even though the property is on a road to the beach, with multiple cafes/shops, there is no noise at all - even on the Bank Holiday weekend - allowing for a peaceful stay. The garden/deck was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay at Seacote. It's a lovely, well presented holiday cottage. Its position, right next to the sea, was perfect for us as a family of 7 including a newborn and dog! The property was extremely clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. We were very pleased with how the kitchen was equipped, the good quality bedding and towels (which smelt very nice) and the little touches of shower gel, coffee, tea etc. The hot tub was definitely a hit with all the family enjoying a glass of fizz in the bubbles (not the newborn or dog obviously!!)
