Anchor is a charming seaside retreat just 20 metres from the beach in East Wittering. Sleeping up to 8 guests (max 6 adults, with extra beds for 2 children) across three bedrooms, it’s ideal for one or two small families. The sunny rear garden is a lovely spot to relax, with outdoor dining and seating. East Wittering village, with its cafés, shops and restaurants, is just a five-minute stroll away. There is parking for up to three cars on the gravel driveway.

Perfect getaway with the family. The location of the property is perfect, near the beach, cafes, shops and pubs.
House is beautifully decorated and well equipped, all bedrooms very spacious and lovely open plan kitchen/living area
Would recommend to anyone, we hope to return soon!

We have just spent a wonderful week at Anchor (2nd year running), fantastic accommodation and in a great location close to the beach. Walking distance from both East Wittering & Bracklesham we love walking along the beach for a morning coffee. Anchor has everything you need as a family of 5 it suits all our needs. We can't wait to book again.

We were a group of 6 friends staying for a chill weekend , beautiful house so close to the beach , really clean and modern but felt comfortable and homely , there was everything you could want and need there , comfortable beds , lovely cozy and warm , 5 mins walk from little east wittering shops, takeaways and coffee shops.
Booked with Wellies and Windbreaks , great communication , no problems ! Will be def going back for another weekend .

Second visit to this lovely bungalow. Nice big bedrooms and great kitchen/diner. The patio garden is ideal and is a good sun trap. Very close to the beach/restaurants/bars and shops.
A coffee machine and a microwave would make it perfect!!!

We had another great stay at Anchor (previously ststed at Easter). Anchor is perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) and the location is brilliant. The kids could scooter safely up to the beach and back as well as going back and forth to the sea front. Will stay again I'm sure.

We stayed with our daughter and family. The accommodation was excellent and suited our needs. We loved the bifold doors opening onto a very attractive and usable outside area. Location was ideal for both beach and shops. Property was well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery. We would definitely recommend.

Anchor provided the perfect accommodation for our Easter stay (my wife and I, 3 kids (2,4&6)and my mum). The 2 ensuites + family bathroom also helped create separate spaces . The location is perfect , a stones throw from the coastline and a shirt walk into town and the ice cream kiosk! It was ideal for us, so much so we've booked again for the sunmer! The value for money in comparison to others makes Anchor a really good option.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The accommodation was spacious and thoughtfully appointed. The interior design was a pleasing nautical theme. We really enjoyed being so close to the sea front, a minute’s walk away. Would definitely recommend a stay at Anchor cottage for a refreshing break. Modern accommodation, well presented, a great location for a seaside holiday, very short walk to the beach, good facilities, off road parking in private road, private and secure back garden for kids play and family barbecues.

So excited to be back at The Witterings , modern home very comfortable indeed & sheltered back garden & very private! Well equipped in the kitchen & a fan in every room was a bonus as being on ground floor throughout I didn’t feel happy to leave windows open !
Definitely book it again , thankyou for accomodating us we had a wonderful stay near the beach !

Spent a really nice week in East Wittering. Lovely house, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, comfortable beds, good size kitchen & living room with a nice big patio. 2 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the shops & pub, couldn't ask for much more really. Had an issue with one of the beds and the management team had their handyman to fix it within a couple of hours and on a Sunday, which was fantastic. Would stay here again
