Thessaly is a beautiful family holiday home in the heart of West Wittering's prestigious Roman Landing private estate. Just a short walk to the white sands of West Wittering beach, this private and peaceful 4 bedroom property, sleeping up to 8 guests is a little bit of English seaside heaven.

Very possible the best all round holiday accommodation my family has enjoyed over the past 25 years..
Thessaly is ideally located in Roman Landings, which is in the heart of West Wittering.
It is within easy walking distance of village shops, the wonderful sandy beach and harbourside.
Spacious 3/4 bedroomed accommodation, Thessaly is very well appointed to an excellent standard throughout.
The setting was quiet and tranquil.
The owners have gone the extra mile in providing furnishings and fittings that deliver a property that internally is comfortable, modern and very well equipped.
Lots of games provided for children to occupy themselves.
Secluded and private outside space which we discovered to be a real suntrap, enjoying a family bbq, which in April, was an unexpected bonus.
Loved the only 1st floor bedroom which housed a comfortable 'super-king' bed with en-suite.
Parking for up to 4 cars (we only had 2).
Great walks in the area.
Topped off by comprehensive information and communication about the property and amenities in the area from 'Wellies and Windbreaks', whose service was faultless.
We have already booked for a return visit in August, which says it all.

We loved our stay in Thessaly, very comfortable beds, clean, we enjoyed the different spaces as a family of 5 adults and 2 children. There were games for the kids and we walked to the beach and the local pub (The Wittering) which was very good for lunch or a drink. We would come back!

Thanks Wellies and Windbreaks, we enjoyed our week’s stay at Thessaly enormously as we love the area and greatly enjoyed gentle coastal walks from here and even a sea dip!
We thought the location was excellent and Amanda answered any queries we had. We will be back!

This place is a real gem. We found it to be the perfect location to explore the idyllic West Wittering beach and the beautiful surrounding area. As it is on a private road, the house itself feels secluded and peaceful. It provided us with loads of space for our family of four to relax and feel comfortable in. Had everything you would need and was well equipped and clean. The garden was great too - a perfect sun trap. Lots to do if you are feeling energetic - walking, cycling, paddle boarding, kayaking - and some great local pubs and restaurants. Would recommend the Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay for a sundowner and CHK Ristorante for delicious pizzas. We will be back!

Thessaly is a lovely spot - we had such a relaxing time lying in the garden. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was great - a safe short walk to the creek and the beautiful beaches. We enjoyed shopping in East Wittering but also explored the pubs and attractions further afield. We’ll be back for more relaxation!
