The Little House is a much-loved family holiday home, just a stones throw from the waterfront in the pretty harbour village of Itchenor. A moments walk to the to the sailing club and a short five minute drive to West Wittering beach, the location is ideal. The property enjoys its own private heated swimming pool (May to September only), secure garden and sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for two families to share for a coastal holiday.

We were disappointed on arrival to find the front door lock stuck and the oven filthy. The housework was average. W&W to their credit fixed the oven very quickly.
Towards the end of our stay the swimming pool cover would not work which wasn't great with our 3 year old. Again W&W managed a temporary fix but the cover needs to be replaced.
There was still a lot of noise from the building works next door and smell from a huge pile of manure in their garden.
Otherwise a pleasant enough stay but the Little House remains a nice family home for occasional rental and we think 3 times is enough.

Dear Christine & Mark Firstly, thank you for booking The Little House with Wellies & Windbreaks again. We really do value your loyalty. We take on board your comments and are sorry that the standard of cleanliness was not good enough. I am glad we were able to get the oven cleaned for you straight away but recognise it should have been fully cleaned for your arrival. The front door has clearly dropped and now needs pulling towards you to open so we will get that looked at. I am also sorry about the neighbours and their works. The pool cover was unfortunate as it had been working fine but clearly there was a tear at the end which gave way. The owners were really sorry for the inconvenience and are getting it fixed or replaced so that it is fully functioning. They acted upon this straight away. I rented The Little House on a long term basis. The property is well equipped and the location perfect for anyone wishing to sail, especially if attending Itchenor Sailing Club. The swimming pool was a great addition.

The landlords were always responsive as and when needed.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short or long term rental.

Excellent location, near the sailing club and the harbour. Very well equipped kitchen. Great heated swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay at The Little House in Itchenor. The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, all the facilities you need . The pool is wonderful and we happened to have a very hot week so it was perfect. We have two little dogs and the house was perfect for them too. A wonderful location right by the Itchenor harbour and lovely dog walks where you can walk all the way to East head in West Wittering. A lovely pub within a minutes walk, a quiet area perfect for relaxing.
Weelies and Windbreaks were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely book with them again. Thank you for a lovely relaxing week.

We had a lovely time in this house with our family. Great location and lovely walks along the harbor. Kitchen was amazing and had everything you would need. A few issues when we arrived but the team were fabulous about sorting everything out quickly and efficiently.

We stayed at The Little House for one week and wished we could stay longer. As a family of five and a grandparent we had plenty of space. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool really made it special! The location is great for walking or cycling and has a nice pub.
Lots to do in the area and fantastic beaches very near by. We would love to visit again!
