Kalamaki flat 6 apartment has to be he most well equipped, stylish and comfortable apartment that we have ever stayed in. Ferhan ( our host ) has thought of everything that is needed for a pleasant stay. Spacious and comfortable rooms with added balcony over looking the quaint cobbled street ( excellent for a pre dinner drink ), both living area and bedroom with television and excellent air conditioning. Our stay at Villa Blossom was amazing! The villa was clean, tidy and very spacious, we loved the different areas to chill out and wind down. There was a table tennis table which absolutely made the trip, which wasnt shown on the pictures, so we were absolutely over the moon with this. The villa was absolutely amazing - honestly so worth it. We will defo be back :)
This is our 12th stay in Kalkan and this was the most wonderful fully equipped villa we have stayed in. I have travelled far and wide over the years and stayed in some amazing villas this was one of the best. The beds were amazing I always hate the beds in Turkey! I cannot complain or add anything. The villa was just prefect for 2 families and there was more than enough room. We had a 4 year old, and a 8 and 11 year old and 4 adults. I can't speak highly enough of Villa Mirage. We are thinking of booking this villa again for about the same time next year.
Villa Juniper is a lovely villa with great views from the balcony, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, in an ideal position very close to all the amenities, the walk into Kalkan old town is about 15mins which is ideal.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful family holiday - 10 of us - at the beautiful High House, Kalamar Bay, Kalkan. The property is stunning and finished to a high quality with fabulous views over the bay. A ten minute taxi ride from the town makes it accessible to all the amenities with some lovely little cafe/bars within walking distance. Superb!
Had a fabulous week in Muscadet Villa(dry white) Beautiful outside area with plenty space and variety of seating areas. Lovely pool and Jacuzzi(cold) which were very welcome in the intense heat. The option to have deliveries was excellent and taxis readily available and cheap to go into town.
This villa was the best we have stayed in. Gorgeous outside area- very spacious. Amenities is the villa were great- never had such a good welcome pack. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc- this made such a difference- very welcoming. Had cause to contact manage team re outside light issue- extremely quick response. Great Villa with beautiful views, We had the recommended wine delivery on arrival. We had bread delivery every morning. There is loads of space for 10 people not to be on top of each other. Close proximity to all amenities with out too much hassle. All in all a very relaxing holiday, lovely villa and Olive Tree travel were easy to deal with.
Tiki apartment is a very luxurious and beautiful property everything you could possibly need. A lovely welcome basket when we arrived was a lovely touch. It’s in a great spot for walking into town.
Shore House was perfect for us, a family of 4 who wanted to be near the town. The villa itself was beautiful, a real home from home with plenty of space and a variety of different outdoor seating areas including the rooftop terrace with the views. We wanted somewhere that was too high up to save on taxis and moaning children walking up steep hills in the heat and it was spot of fir location. 2 good supermarkets within a 5 minute walk on flat ground, and the edge of town just 10 mins walk away. We had a really fantastic time in Yesil Kelebek. It was such a lovely property - we loved the location being on the quieter side in Kisla and yet with the beach club 5 mins walk away. The property and grounds were beautifully kept and the pool a perfect escape from the heat! We loved exploring the area and would recommend a car. Great restaurants in Kalkan and along the coast towards Kas. But best of all was coming home to Yesil Kelebek and enjoying the beautiful views whilst sipping on a glass of wine! It is perfect for a family of four and we would definitely come back! Thank you!
We loved the location of this villa. Right by the beach clubs and near to some local restaurants and shops with just a short taxi ride into Kalkan centre. We liked the different levels of this villa as we felt that it gave us various options to relax throughout the day. My husband loved the sauna! We’ve booked with Olive Tree Travel and both times they’ve been so helpful and model great communication.
We throughly enjoyed with our stay at Villa Gul . The facilities were excellent , the beds comfy and every requirement was available. It would however benefit for customers, who only speak English to have equipment, such as the Washing Machine instructions in English. .

Villa Caretta is an exceptionally comfortable, spacious, well furnished and kitted-out villa, with a lovely terraced garden (offering shade) and swimming pool. Great location just c.10 mins walk from the Old Town and even closer to the market and supermakets. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
Fab position for us but you need to mention how many steps are up to villa and the steep paths/ roads around villa into town in villa description Depth of pool needs making clear for non swimming persons . Villa Sura is in a brilliant location with amazing views. It is a ten minute walk into the centre or a short taxi ride. You will find everything you need including a roof top bar, jacuzzi, spacious pool, barbeque area and a sauna. The rooms are all beautiful with attention to detail where the furnishings match each other. You will have a wonderful stay.
Another fantastic time in Kalkan. Everything ran smoothly and we love this apartment. Clean, well looked after, good air con, easy reach of town and water sports, pool is fantastic for both us and our three kids. Zal in resort provided good up to date information on our first morning even though we have been before. Transfers organised by Olive Tree and the Gulet cruises were smooth and exceptional as I have come to expect from them.
Having worked in the Travel Industry for over 30 years, the apartment and Kalkan ticked all the boxes for us. Right in the centre of the old town, the apartment has amazing views over the bay and roof top restaurants. Ideal for lazy summer evening just watching the sunset. The top floor houses a laundry area which includes ironing board and iron, washing machine, fridge, water tank and sink. We have been on many villa holidays, but we can say quite honestly, that this was the best villa holiday ever! The villa itself is amazing, in design, location and interior design. It is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking or just general comfort. The service and maintenance was also fantastic. It is in the prefect location. Great sea views and so close to the retaurants and shops, but not noisy. This was our first Visit to Kalkan, and it was beyond all of our expectations! The villa was just beautiful and so even nicer than the pictures we saw, we are a family of 5 and it was just perfect for us in every way, the villa was so spacious with a large outdoor space and fantastic pool. We are a couple and this was one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. The lay out and outdoor space was perfect with fabulous views from the pool area and bedrooms.It was excellently stocked and extremely well appointed.Even the welcome pack was all really useful.The villa is also west facing and hence we had sun until sunset which we also loved. We enjoyed a beautiful 2 weeks at wonderful Villa Ocean Pearl. We travelled all the way from Canada. It was so worth the long travel time. Everything was immaculate! Villa Zen was perfect in every way for us during our stay in Kalkan. The location overlooking the bay makes the most of the most breathtaking views out to sea and of an evening the sunset is absolutely stunning. All of the furnishings and equipment were in immaculate condition. The kitchen appliances are all top end brands, again in immaculate condition. The beds in terms of comfort are up there with some of the best hotels of the world that I’ve stayed in. This villa has a truly magical position and view, its epic and we were amazed at the location. Its on a very very very steep road however which was a bit hair raising in the hire car! The villa is great, really well equipped and feels like a home, great quality of kit in the kitchen - I love to cook and also great quality rooms. Cannot recommend this villa enough - it is so beautiful! Furnished to an extremely high standard and has everything you could want. The indoor kitchen had all the pots and utensils that we needed, water is filtered so you can drink straight from the taps and the outdoor kitchen and BBQ were also very well equipped. There is an indoor sauna in the villa which we used and was great, there is also a Turkish Hammam which unfortunately we didn’t get around to using. An absolutely fantastic villa with all mod cons but what makes this villa exceptional is the view. Delivery of fresh water daily as well as bread (if you want it) and enquiries dealt with by the owner, very quickly and efficiently. 10 minute walk to town but not good terrain for anyone with a buggy or mobilisation issues - cab is only £2 into town and they come quickly. Would recommend this villa.
The Villa was fantastic for our group of 7 people. Fantastic size, lots of ooohs and aaaahs on arrival as it is quite impressive villa. Great pool and the views were amazing. Was very well equipped, and the addition of the games room and cinema are great. Beds super comfy. Its a short downhill walk to the town, 10 mins , we did use the local taxis and they are great value and plentiful. We loved it and would for sure stay again and recommend to others.
We had a fantastic family holiday at Villa Greenwich. The Villa was beautiful. We enjoyed the views of Kalkan and everything the Villa had to offer. It looks exactly like the photographs and was a great space for us to enjoy the delights of Kalkan. The service from the team was first class and even the transfer from the airport had an added touch of luxury. It was our first time to Kalkan and we loved the resort, the people and this Villa too. On our first trip to Kalkan we spent a week at Villa Amelia. A spacious villa which was well-equipped and well-maintained in a great location. The efficient air conditioning was much appreciated. The roof top terrace was a real haven in the evenings whilst the pool was great during the day. We could not have asked for more. We loved the resident tortoises in the garden too! We would highly recommend this villa.

We loved Villa Honu- it was perfect for our group of 6. The pool is a decent size and the villa isn’t massively overlooked as can be the case in Kalkan. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the communal spaces are great - the teenagers loved the pool table. My only criticism is the blinds are white so not great if you’re used to black- out blinds or have young children perhaps. I’m glad I chose Villa Honu and I’d recommend Olive Tree Travels as they were very helpful when booking.
Apartment was very well equipped, the views are amazing. One very small criticism the sun beds could have done with cushions apart from that excellent. The staff who look after the apartments could not do enough for you
Only issue was the steps going up to pool very unsafe and nobody came to clean the pool. The appartment was lovely and in a great location with spectacular views.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this excellent villa. Furniture and fittings are very comfortable and of a great standard. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The two terraces are well appointed. The sun loungers and umbrellas are perfect. The pool is a great size and well maintained. The location is great, close to Migros and local bars but away from the main road. Our stay at Villa Berlin was perfect. The Villa is exactly as advertised, it was spacious for 10 people, with excellent air con and loads of shade around the pool (needed for the Aug temp). It’s a 20min walk downhill to town and we always taxied back. The views from the Villa are spectacular, the pool was the perfect size and was maintained every day. The sunbeds were so comfortable, I could honestly go on and on about how amazing this Villa is, we had such a fantastic holiday
I have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Gozcu with my family including 2 young toddlers. Everything we needed was provided and nothing was too much trouble. The views are stunning. This is a great villa. Had all we required. Nice pool, barbecue area and top floor jacuzzi with great views. Plenty of room for 8 guests. Even had an additional outdoor kitchen area on the top floor. Great to have table tennis for a few games with my lads. Kalkan is a great resort. Would definitely stay here again.

Previously we have stayed in villas so wasn't sure what to expect from an apartment, but were very pleased. Bedrooms were all good sizes, living area for the number of people was arguably small, but given we spent little time indoors it was sufficient. Pool & outdoor space for an apartment were amazing. Apartment was very well well equipped, it was a home from home. The owner of the villa was incredibly accommodating, especially given the uncertainty around travel at the moment. Communication from booking onwards has been quick, easy and incredibly courteous. Instructions for accessing the villa were clear and straightforward and we experienced no problems at all. The welcome pack (including fresh bread, milk, jam etc.) was a lovely touch and the information pack provided invaluable hints and tips that made our stay effortless, such as supermarket delivery and numbers of local taxis. Really loved the Isle Apartment and the location was just right. Last year we stayed a little bit further out of town and the walk was further. Air conditioning was very effective and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. Decor was just right and the bathrooms were stylish and modern. We didn't eat in very much but one or two bowls would have been handy to store food in. We were a bit short of pegs for the dryer but we could easily have asked but forgot. We stayed in villa Alisia for two weeks in August this year. We were greeted on arrival, the villa was really lovely! and was reassuring to be given the managers number if we were to have any problems during our stay. We had six adults and the villa was plenty big enough to accommodate us all. The outside space could have been a little bigger but was okay, the pool was really lovely but very deep, so no good for non swimmers or children. The pictures on olive tree website do not do this Villa any justice as there have been many upgrades to the villa that photos don’t show. It’s truly out of this world. We were 2 couples staying at the Villa. We all had a wonderful time. The villa was very spacious, clean and suited all our needs. It was not our first choice of area to stay in Kalkan but was absolutely fine with only a 10 minute walk to the town. Any issues we had were sorted immediately with the Samira Resort. We had housekeeping 3 times in the 10 days which was adequate. I would definitely recommend staying there. We booked through Olive Tree Travel who were fantastic. Very prompt and efficient with any questions we had and always available if needed.
We had a lovely stay at Asfiya retreats. The apartment has everything that you need. The location is excellent and only a ten minute walk into the centre of Kalkan. I would recommend the apartment for couples and the pool is really good. The only criticism I have is the bed in the double room is extremely hard. Apart from this, an excellent stay. Thank you.
We had a lovely two weeks in this very lovely, well-equipped and super clean apartment, which was very good value for money. The kitchen had more than enough crockery, cutlery etc and also had all the equipment we needed, including juice press, liquidiser etc. Within walking distance of the old town, the area was quiet and completely safe. We were very happy and recommend highly.
This Villa was more gorgeous inside and out than the photos could show. You felt able to lose yourself in the various outside areas that were very tastefully presented. The views were stunning especially from the jacuzzi on the terrace. We used the free water taxi from the beach club to Kalkan quite a few days, just left a tip in the box, you could see the boat coming across from the Villa to time your walk down. We've just spent 2 weeks at Yakut Villa (family of 4 - 2 adults / 2 teenagers) and would 100% recommend it. The views are unbelievable from every single room! The villa is light and airy with good air conditioning which was much needed. And the location is perfect. Takes about 7-8 mins to walk down to the harbour. Kalkan is one big hill, so going down is no problem, but coming back up is definitely a workout :) There are steps right next to the villa that take you down, making it so accessible too. Wonderful Villa with amazing views across Kalkan harbour and Kalamar bay. Lovely infinity pool and jacuzzi on top floor balcony. Amenities are very good. If there was one slight downside it is the very steep roads to get down to the main roads. These are challenging going down as well as up but taxis are only 60 lira so well worth the money. I would happily stay here again.

This is a fabulous apartment which provides the private space of a Villa in the perfect location, overlooking the bay and within easy walking distance (steep streets aside) of the old town and harbour and close to some local amenities in the Kalamar Road. Although part of a block with another apartment above we never felt overlooked or crowded (although had the upstairs apartment used their bedroom balcony this might have been different). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Amethyst. The location was ideal for us. The views over the bay are stunning. The cleaning team were excellent as was Samet the local management contact. The villa had everything that we needed and we especially appreciated the water cooler and the fresh drinking water tap. One of the best properties that we have ever stayed in.
Turtle bay villla is excellently situated on a penninsula with great views over the sea where there were amazing sunsets just like on the photographs. With the infinity pool it was stunning. The house was spacious, clean and modern and easy for 6 adults to have plenty space. Great bedrooms with balcony with views. Good outdoor space and sunbeds in sun and seating in shade. Having just returned from a 9-night stay in Kalkan we can safely say, this won't be our last visit. Villa Phi is a fantastic Villa overall with a modern decor and also boasting an indoor and outdoor pool. My only gripe would be that the outside pool isn't heated and wasn't made clear at the time of booking so as a result, it didn't get used as much as i'd have liked as the water was rather chilly this time of year. We had a lovely stay in Kulenin Evi. The location is a stones throw from the old town and 5 mins to the beach. Our children loved the pool and even in October it was still warm due to the sun trap.
This villa is in a perfect location on the Kalamar Road - an excellent range of restaurants, supermarkets and the Elixir Hotel with the best spa in Kalkan (Nur & Haken) . The ground floor has been recently refurbished - a well-equipped kitchen and good furnishings in the open plan lounge/dining area. The bedrooms are a good size - with plenty of storage - unfortunately there was a build up of mould in some of the showers which was unattractive. One of the best villas we have ever stayed in. The Pool area was superb and the villa had everything we needed . The quality of the furnishings were really good and the sun beds were great. It was great to have all of the rooms en-suite and our family were really comfortable. We visited a lot of the restaurants which were all of high quality but needed to taxi back because of the steep roads and the heat . Not a problem though as taxis were plentiful and cheap. Would highly recommend .
We loved our stay at Cira Villa. Everything was perfect - incredibly clean and really well equipped with plenty of seating outside and inside. Our family of six had a happy week in Villa Mavi. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean, and the bedlinen was high quality and the beds were comfy. There isn't a huge amount of outside space but enough for all of us to have a sun lounger. Like most of Kalkan the villa is steep - there are a lot of steps from ground to top floor. So bear in mind if you've young children or elderly with you. We felt the villa was value for money; friends staying nearby had larger villas with better views but paid £900-£1,000 more per week. Great apartment in a very convenient location to Kalkan's old town (the main area of shops and restaurants). Probably one of the small number of apartments/villa's where you don't need a taxi back up the hills! Apartment itself was very nice, very clean and modern. Pool was a good size and received sun from the early morning until about 5pm (August - may change with season). We arrived to a fresh hamper of biscuits, bread, jam, milk, orange juice which was a nice touch. All in all, great place to stay
It is hard to know where to start when writing this review. We have stayed in many luxury villas throughout the world and Villa Dolluca ranks up there as one of the best. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was how sparkling clean everything was. This is very important for us and we thrilled to see that all the rooms were immaculate including the kitchen (and the oven), bathrooms and bedding. Villa has started to show wear and tare and could do with some updating. The kitchen cupboards are not closing, the shower heads are cracked and the sunbeds are in need of replacement. However the location is amazing and the care and attention from Nilgun and her husband is second to none.

A lovely pool, plus small jacuzzi pool - perfect for young children. My 7 year old granddaughter loved it. The villa was spacious, and well maintained. We would certainly stay here again.

We recently stayed at this apartment after the long wait to return to Kalkan. We used Olivetreetravel to book the villa and they have been excellent since we first used them in 2020. The villa has a lot of positives: - Great size, easily big enough for 10 people even though there were only six in our party - The Pool was cleaned every day and the cleaning service was excellent. - The proximity to the local Micros and the Town is just right. Villa was immaculate - excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Any questions quickly and easily resolved by Ali and Zal. Pool was perfect, everything we wanted. Aircon a welcome relief as it was very hot. We were also very grateful to the owners who allowed us a late checkout on the Saturday making our final day / return trip very easy.
This is a great villa for what we need and I feel harsh for only giving it a 4 for condition and location, but I'll explain why because they are a 5 for my family, but might be a 4 for others. We stayed in the villa a couple of years ago so it was nice to see there had been some updates and a little freshening up around the place. It wasn't a bad place before, but a lick of paint does wonders. We had an excellent stay at Amore. Some small changes made since our last stay but nothing significant so still comfortable and decently equipped. Other than sharpening the knives and adding in a couple of other kitchen tools - we had a child with us so had to eat in most evenings - it was great. The location is brilliant and the pools. In October lots of owners of the apartments staying and that was quite cliquey but if you don’t care about that (we didn’t) then you will have a brilliant stay. The managers onsite are fabulous and so helpful....
Wonderful duplex penthouse in a fab location just off Kalamar Road. Close to all amenities and a short 10 min walk in to town. We know the area well so knew this would be a perfect location for us. The apartment was spotless, very modern and has everything you need (and more....3 TV's) for a lovely relaxing stay in Kalkan. The space is wonderful and the room sizes sizes make it feel more like a villa. The huge roof terrace with plunge pool is probably the star feature for us with amazing views and well equipped for dining and relaxing. The plunge pool isn't huge but perfect for cooling down...more
You couldn’t ask for a better location that this apartment! A 5-minute walk to the shops, beach club and town, the convenience of Iskele is what makes this apartment so appealing. The apartment is very clean, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Its roof terrace has unrivalled views over the bay, with a plunge pool included to cool down from the baking Turkish sun. You will not be disappointed if you decided to stay at Iskele whilst in Kalkan.
Excellent break in villa Lillian. The villa had gorgeous views, was extremely well equipped, well maintained and had excellent amenities. A 10 min taxi from town, made everything accessible.
We really enjoyed our holiday at villa JoJo. We had a few issues with the air conditioning to start with. This was disappointing as we couldn't use one of the bedrooms for 2 nights, it was way too hot. The WiFi was also very hit and miss. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, the pool was lovely and a really good size. The views from the villa were fabulous. It was a wonderful place to stay.
We arrived late near midnight hungry yet tired The lady ( whose apartment it was ) greeted us and gave us some of her homemade soup and bread etc which was great considering you never met us . First impressions were great . The apartment was modern with a beautiful view of the sea . It’s location was perfect , we were only three minutes from all restaurants and port . The villa is beautifully positioned.It has fantastic 180 degree views of the ocean and bay.It's proximity to the centre(restaurants,bars,beach and supermarkets)makes it very convenient.We walked(trekked)into town using the beach path(severe ups and downs)which took 20 minutes and took a taxi back(60TL)which took 4 minutes. We mixed our days with visits to the Beach Clubs(Zest,Kalkan Beach Park and Denizm),staying around the pool or trips to Patara Beach and Demre(well worth the 75km drive)
Lovely spacious villa suitable for a large family. Fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook meals at home. Plently of clean towels for the pool.
Location - v good; central to Kalkan but beware of steep incline. Need a vehicle for mobility impaired people. Amenities - Negative experience with external bedroom door which was kept unlocked due to a broken lock - took 3 days before someone came to to repair. Overall very clean, bright, great views and spacious.
Azure Heights was perfect for the 4 of us. Excellent facilities indoors and very clean but we spent most of our time outdoors which is where Azure Heights spoilt us with such a great outside area, fantastic pool and, of course, the amazing view.
We had a wonderful week at Queen Villa. We found the process of booking (and rebooking thanks to Covid!) with Olive Tree very smooth and responsive. The Villa was lovely for 4 of us, very spacious and a super (but deep) pool. It had lovely vistas but there was a large uphill walk to get to town so it wasn’t for the faint hearted in that heat! Had the most amazing stay in this exquisite villa. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable inside. The pool area and surrounding sun loungers etc is absolutely stunning offering great views and tranquility. We had one issue with the hot water system which was responded to immediately and dealt with which was great. Taxis are plentiful in and out of Kalkan. The air conditioning is also very good. Great stay in Iskele, comfortable and clean apartment in a brilliant location. Really enjoyed the outside space and swimming pool. You very kindly accomodated a late check out which was greatly appreciated, THANKYOU. Only thing I would say to improve would be a welcome pack with some basic instructions like Wi-Fi code. We had to ask the maintenance person for the code.
We enjoyed a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. The location was brilliant being so close to town but still very quiet with no noise from the town at night. The outdoor area was very pretty with stunning views framed by bougainvillea and a pretty pool. We stayed as a couple and the villa was ideal for two of us but as only one of the four bedrooms enjoys the sea view I think it could have been very disappointing if you were going as a larger group and also the outdoor area would have been very tight for a larger group but perfect for couples or families with children who want location over...more
Stayed at Villa Badem for the 2nd time. Great location, good size pool, great air con, love the new sofa and the lights being installed above the mirrors in the bedrooms. Water cooler in kitchen was a wonderful additional too. Bathroom good size and strong flow compared to other places. Would defo stay again. -ve's - Wifi doesn't work on the roof top terrace even with booster, need a rattan comfy furniture on the rooftop to enjoy the view better.
We enjoyed our stay at elmas. Some minor niggles such as fridge freezer breaking down which could not be fixed for 2 days which did impact upon our holiday. We had to request a mid-stay clean for our 10 night stay which was finally done after 8 days. Otherwise this is an excellent apartment and takes about 10 minutes to walk into town but you do need to get a taxi back although these are very cheap. Maintained to a high standard and pool cleaned daily. Would recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful stay Zeytin Kaya Villa this July. Kalkan itself was superb. A few wee niggles with the villa. Minor ones would be that the décor in the villa was sparse, this I'm assuming be due to it's newness. Large mirrors would be handy in the bedrooms. More British TV channels would also be nice. Halfway through week two we lost our wifi, I'm guessing due to a restriction on usage. When you have yourself and two teenagers on tow, unlimited wifi access is essential. For some (not us), it would be a pre-requisite to booking the villa. All in all though,a great trip.
Very much enjoyed our week at Villa Porto. A great location, lovely pool and fabulous views. The private access to the sea was a bonus and saved having to go to beach clubs. The gym was another bonus that we used every day and something you wouldn’t normally get in a Villa. We had a couple of small issues but the staff were very friendly, responsive and sorted things out quickly. Overall I would highly recommend.
Lovey clean villa with great views of the sea. Staff very helpful and easy to get hold of via WhatsApp. It’s a little bit out of the way if you want deliveries and taxis etc they tended to get lost trying to find us! It’s only a 15 min walk into town though. Wouldn’t recommend if you have very young children as there are lots of steps/ ledges in the garden, also inside there is a curved marble staircase. But the villa is perfect for adults / older kids
We loved Kalkan and The Town House. So close to wonderful bars and restaurants. It’s worth knowing that it’s on a fairly busy road with a bit of noise when on the roof terrace but quiet once in the property so easy to sleep! Great beds and kitchen well stocked with appliances and kitchenware .
I have already submitted my feedback and review directly to Olive Travel. Great service and villa, cleanliness want as good as it could have been and the villa was a little tired in places. Other than that, it was a great holiday and I’d recommend the company (I have in fact) and would also re-book through them.
The apartment has a fantastic views across the Kalkan bay from its pleasant balcony where we sat most evenings sipping our G &T's. The location was really good as we were able to visit lots of local restaurants and a slow stroll down to the main old town. The supermarket was only a short walk across the road, and the water can be easily ordered and delivered to your door, and lots of other items. Although we are frequent visitors to Kalkan, this was our first visit to Kisla and to Villa Palmiye. Kisla is quieter than other areas of Kalkan and has the benefit of a couple of small convenience stores and restaurants as well as easy access to a couple of beach clubs. The sunsets are amazing and it's very easy to get into town - we didn't attempt the very steep hills as it was only 25 Turkish lira to get a cab for the 5 minute ride into town. It's a great place to be in Kalkan, easy walking distance to Kalamar Bay for a swim, the diving centre and some very good restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable. We're not big fans of the bathrooms; all wet rooms so we spent more time cleaning the floor than having a shower but it's no big problem. It would definitely benefit from having a dining table on the master bedroom patio (with some lights), so one can enjoy the magnificent view.
We have stayed in Kalkan 7 times so know the town and villas well. Villa Yhavi is only a 15 minutes walk from the main shops and in a relatively peaceful area of the town. It’s a well set out villa with the basic equipment in the kitchen. The TV is connected to the WiFi so you can login to You Tube, Netflix, Prime etc. The bedrooms and en-suites are well appointed and in good order. Towels were in good condition and the weekly inside cleaning was reasonable. The Villa location was good a little way from town but nice walk. The villa was clean tidy but certain things could do with some up dating. We had a couple of problems but all we sorted very quickly. Excellent villa for large party.
The villa is in a quiet spot but only 5 mins walk to the town. Views are superb. Inside is pleasant probably needs a bit of TLC . Outside the pool is great
The villa is tired. It could be fabulous. Needs some nurturing. Outside plants are dying a little. Lights are working. Jacuzzi not working. Mirror lights not working inside. Towels very mismatch. Get a coffee express machine Cleaners not very good. Don’t hoover before mopping. View bad now sadly. Price did reflect this though. Villa could be super. Get your finger out new owner!!!
