A beautifully designed 3-bedroom penthouse apartment with plunge pool on own roof terrace and great sea views. Just 7 minutes' walk to the centre of Kalkan town.

2 doubles, 1 twin.

Well this property fell way short of what we were expecting ,think the photos are from a few years ago and needs updating .yes the welcome pack was nice the apartment was very clean.and you can walk down to town from here but need to taxi back only 200 Lire back ,but so many broken things that need sorting in this apartment .light on stairs missing a huge Globe ,On off switch in kitchen toilet hanging off. Taps in en -suit swivel all the way round, Lights in mirror toilets in two bedrooms not working ..The worst thing was the Blue wooden cupboard in the kitchen needs gone !!! as its a health hazard rocks so far forward it could crush a child if left alone beside it .Outside furniture falling apart needs replacing soo bad .Pool if its not full" bubbles and gurgles" all night until its seen to by the pool man .This is above a bedroom and is soo noisy if not full .Outside alarm blue light flashed in bedrooms for 11 days and we were told it couldnt be turned off as the owner of the apartment liked it ON to ward off burglars ..this was keeping us awake as only light blinds on all windows ..On arriving in the main bedroom they had 2 single bed sheets stretched sideways on a king bed ..no top sheet just a double waffle blanket that didnt fit the bed so if 2 people were sleeping it didnt cover you ,second bedroom the same .asked for more bedding but was still too small for the size of the bed ..

We stayed at the Rumi Penthouse in Kalkan for a week in June and what a wonderful place to stay, it was wonderful in every way. The pool was great, the apartment was very clean and great location. We loved the paintings, they were so special. We would stay here again and we would use Olive Tree Travel again as they provide an excellent service.
