Have just returned from a highly enjoyable 2 week stay at Rumi Penthouse. The property is in an ideal location , walkable to the local Migros supermarket, restaurants and beach (15 mins). Matthew is the perfect host , easily contactable should anything go wrong and responds immediately.
This was our eleventh holiday in Kalkan and although normally renting a villa Matthew’s apartment is definitely up with the best of them .
Just like to add that in most of the pool photos l have seen entry is by ladder , this has now been replaced with steps which in my opinion is a massive improvement.
Really can’t think of anything negative to mention .

Has absolutely everything you would need. Gorgeous outside space with pool. Owner very helpful and replied back very quickly.
10 min walk into town.

We stayed at the Rumi Penthouse in Kalkan for a week in June and what a wonderful place to stay, it was wonderful in every way. The pool was great, the apartment was very clean and great location. We loved the paintings, they were so special. We would stay here again and we would use Olive Tree Travel again as they provide an excellent service.
