This stunning 5-bedroom Kalamar Bay villa features a heated pool, a rooftop bar with panoramic views, and sea-view balconies. Highlights include a modern kitchen, stone BBQ, and table tennis. All just a short walk from beach clubs, restaurants, and shops.

We were a party of 7 adults and 2 small children
The villa gave us lots of options to relax, with areas to sunbathe or in the shade and the pool was a really good size
We opted for pool heating which with small children and cooler first couple of days was a real bonus
A small word of warning, the top floor which is recommended for children, the patio doors do not have a security lock

The area was lovely and quiet, compared to Kalkan harbour area with good selection of restaurants and shops
The slope was steep to the beach club, but taxis are readily available if you don’t want to tackle the uphill climb back
The delivery of food shopping and restaurant dine in options was really good and made for an even more relaxing break

The tortoises in the garden and the visiting cat were big hits with the children!
