Located in a residential street in the heart of Kalkan’s old town quarter, this sympathetically restored building has been the subject of a total renovation programme and now consists of 6 beautifully-appointed 1-bedroom apartments. Kalkan’s town beach and harbour are just a few minutes’ walk away and a plethora of rooftop restaurants are within close proximity.

Kalamaki flat 6 apartment has to be he most well equipped, stylish and comfortable apartment that we have ever stayed in. Ferhan ( our host ) has thought of everything that is needed for a pleasant stay.
Spacious and comfortable rooms with added balcony over looking the quaint cobbled street ( excellent for a pre dinner drink ), both living area and bedroom with television and excellent air conditioning. The shower room is both spacious and luxurious. Lovely white fluffy towels, large bathroom mirror plus a shaving mirror.
A spacious top terrace with amazing views over the bay and rooftop restaurants, all add to the ambience with shade if wanted with tables and chairs, plus sun beds
The kitchenette is very well equipped, with everything you need to cook breakfast or a meal if you don’t fancy venturing out to eat.
Ferhan is such a caring host and she has thought of everything needed for a memorable stay.
We can’t praise her enough, and feel as though we have made a real friend.
The apartment is a five minute walk to the beach and most restaurants . A fantastic location.
Anyone who stays at the Kalamaki Flats will not be disappointed…..we will be back.
