We had stayed at this property 3 weeks ago and loved it so much that we came back this soon. Kate and Neil are the perfect and helpful hosts and the cottage itself is a real haven for a relaxing break and extremely well equipped. We will be returning again in the near future.
Thoroughly enjoyed our three day break in Woodpecker Barn. Perfect location for a quiet and peaceful escape.. The accommodation was clean and bright and supplied everything we needed. As well as our own garden there is also a small secure field onsite which was so handy for our four dogs to have an off lead play. One small point to consider if you have a dog that jumps over fences the gardens and field may not be suitable for them as the fences are low.. A visit to Cenneth Falls is recommended as well as a walk to Ffynnone Waterfalls and Newquay. Kate and Neil have certainly put in a lot...more
Kate and Neil are amazing hosts warm , friendly , can’t do enough to help . Red Kite was like a home from home , the location is amazing , tranquil , no traffic noise just birdsong , really relaxing . Only 20-25 mins from 3 brilliant beaches , only 10 minutes from a lovely river , waterfall walk . Lovely pub 5minutes away by the river , serving fantastic food. Just perfect !!!
My 3rd visit, love the peace and tranquility yet it is an easy drive to so many places, beaches and good food. Neil and Kate are excellent hosts who happily put themselves out to make your stay a good one. No hesitation in recommending Valley View Cottages.
