One-bedroom cottage on two-levels, with the living area/kitchen situated on the first floor. Superb views across the valley. On the lower level is a spacious king-size bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a patio door from the bedroom.

Wonderful cottage. Wonderful location. A very enjoyable holiday as always, the cottage is very comfortable and clean. Kate and Neil are very friendly and always happy to give any help needed. We love coming back here.

Our third visit to Valley View Cottages and it doesn't disappoint.

Buzzards Watch this time, a bright spacious upside down cottage with everything provided for a self catering stay.

The bedroom downstairs leads out to a private seating area with views across the stunning valley beyond. Bird lovers will be in their element with a constant stream of varied species including a bold woodpecker.

The peace and quiet is priceless and the lack of light pollution a bonus. The facilities are great, there is a games room with darts, pool table and ping pong. Books and games you can borrow and dvd's to watch in the cottages.

Kate and Neil are exemplary hosts, there when you need them but leave you to enjoy your stay. They are passionate about the environment and sustainability and run their business accordingly.

A useful guide to local amenities suggests restaurants and the wonderful beaches that are in easy reach. St Dogmaels has a local produce market on a Tuesday morning from 9 till 1 which was a chance to try some tasty artisan produce. Look out for the small house selling the most fantastic home made breads and Welsh cakes.

Valley view is a wonderful way to take a step back from the pressures of modern life and take time to just relax and enjoy your stay.

Our second stay at Buzzard's Watch. We enjoyed it just as much as our first. We love the setting and enjoyed the walk down across the fields and through the woods once again. There are so many beautiful places to visit and walk - the falls at Cenarth, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, the nature reserve just outside of Cardigan. We managed to fit them all into our short stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped for self-catering. Neil and Kate are friendly and there to help out with any problems. We recommend Buzzard's Watch and it's good value for money.

Had a great time at buzzards watch. The accommodation was faultless. Set in a beautiful valley, I felt like I was in the middle of nature. West Wales is truly a gem, very wild and untouched. Cardigan was only 15-20 mins away for supplies.
Will definitely return at some point.

Another great week spent at Buzzards watch situated in natural surrounding. Cottage well equipped.lovely walks .Kate and Neil great hosts. And the big advantage for us EVcharging available.Would highly recommend Valley View Cottages will definitely be returning.

We had 2 nights in Buzzards Watch as an extension to an original 4 night break in one of the other cottages. The hosts were great and moved our bags for us into Buzzards Watch.
It is a spacious and comfortable cottage, with everything we needed, very well equipped and clean.
The location is wonderful, so many beautiful beaches nearby, the coastal path, and not far to the lovely city of St. David's.Visiting the cathedral is a must, and Caerfi beach.
We were lucky with the weather, and the nearer beaches of Mwnt and Llangranog are both stunning. And nowhere near as busy as some parts of the country!
We also enjoyed golf at Newport Links, amazing views all the way round.
The hosts provided an excellent book of places to go, eat etc, which we found really helpful.
We are certainly hoping to return.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Valley View cottages and the reason for the return trips are the cosy, clean and well equipped cottages, set in beautiful surroundings and hosted by the very friendly and helpful Neil and Kate. The cottages are also great for those, like us, with Dogs and/or other wild things (children) as there is a games room, and outdoor play/dog walk area (and shed full of games to borrow) - and chickens/cat to help feed :-) There are loads of lovely beaches and walks close by too. Thoroughly recommend!

Thank you for your super review. We really enjoy having guests who have children and pets, so that they get the chance to 'run wild' and experience the nature around us. And we're always happy to introduce guests to our chickens and cats. This was our 4th stay at Buzzards Watch. As usual Kate and Neil were as welcoming as ever and made us feel we were visiting friends. The cottage was perfect and comfortable and a home from home. We look forward to visiting again.
