One-bedroom cottage on two-levels, with the living area/kitchen situated on the ground floor. Superb views across the valley. Bathroom with bath and shower over. On the upper level is a spacious double bedroom.

Mr and Mrs harnott are running several cottages and I can honestly say the cottages are perfect.in everyway.extremely well kept up and presented very well indeed and very comfortable

We spent another lovely holiday in beautiful Owl Cottage, the cottage has all we need, it is most comfortable and the hosts are fabulous and are ready to help whenever they can. Our dogs are always welcome and we are all ready checking dates for our next visit. Batteries recharged for now.

I love Owl Cottage. The bedroom is newly decorated this year, and there are lovely new curtains in the lounge. The cottage has everything you need for a lovely self-catering holiday. The new Wifi is fantastic. You can stream tv programs to your hearts content.

The owners of the cottage so nice. They are friendly, helpful and always prepared to be accommodating.

We spent another lovely 2weeks at Owl cottage, a wonderful comfortable base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. The cottages are so quiet and peaceful if you want to just relax. All our needs were well catered for by the wonderful Kate and Neal.

Kate & Neil were flexible in agreeing we could book a 4 night stay.

The location of Owl cottage was located along a very long rough track. Once there it was so peaceful. Owl cottage was compact & adequately equipped. A welcome pack makes such a difference on arrival, it truly is a good start. The information pack was detailed & if it is updated it will be a constant source for guests. Kate & Neil were friendly hosts.

A pleasure to stay there, good selection of pubs with food within locality and slightly further afield. Very pleasant and helpful hosts who were low key but available.

The cottage was lovely in nice quiet location. The communication with the owners was really easy and they were responding very quickly. I definitely want to come back and explore the area a bit more

Home from Home we love spending time at Valley View. We use our time to explore the surrounding area's. Kate and Neil are fantastic. Looking forward to staying again.

A return trip to lovely Owl Cottage did not disappoint.

Perfect location run by very friendly, helpful owners who are always on hand with help and advice.

The Cottage is very cosy and has all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

Our family stayed in one of the larger cottages and the grandchildren loved the games room

We will certainly be back.

The cottage is lovely and cosy and has everything you need. The views from the living room are fabulous. You can sit outside and see a lovely view when it's warm and sunny. The facilities in the cottage are good. Everything is clean and tidy. There's a good kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There's an iron and ironing board too!!! (Never used it on holiday!!! ) It's like being at home!! There's a lovely big bath, with an over the bath shower. Upstairs there's a nice big double bedroom.

I love staying in Owl Cottage. The owners (Kate and Neil)of the cottages are lovely and friendly, and so helpful. Owl Cottage is my happy place.

This is our 3rd visit to the very dog friendly Valley View Cottages and we have rebooked again for next year!
Kate and Neil are wonderful hosts, it's an absolutely beautiful place with so much to do in the area. The scenery is breathtaking!
Ffynone Dog Field is at the top of the drive too and also highly recommended.
Our stay was perfect in every way!

My second visit to Valley View and it is one of the most relaxing and peaceful place to stay.
Kate and Neil have a wonderful ethos, sustainability and rewilding their extensive grounds. They are so welcoming and full of ideas for things to do in the area.

Owl Cottage is perfect for 2 people, everything you need supplied including a dishwasher and washing machine. It is such a pretty and calm space you cannot help but relax.

Dog friendly as well with fenced outdoor spaces and there is also a games shed with books dvd's and games to entertain the family.

Really appreciated the home grown tomatoes and cucumbers too!
