Five cottages nestling in a tranquil cider orchard. Converted 17th century farm buildings, surrounded by fields, woodland and a stone’s throw from the River Severn. Lovely walks, an abundance of wildlife and some farm animals. Pets and children welcome.
Stayed here for 4 nights . Was greeted by the owners and blown away by this beautiful cottage. It’s a renovated threshing barn and massive with beamed open ceilings and a huge log burner with logs provided . There was an amazing welcome pack with local fresh produce and warm bread baked by the owner. The four poster bed was very comfortable and we woke to birds singing and nothing else. There is a tennis court , wood fired sauna and hot tub option which we took and sat facing the woodland watching ...more
Nice peaceful location. Family and grandchildren absolutely loved the place. They enjoyed playing tennis and using the games room. The beds were very uncomfortable in the Campion Cottage and we just felt a bit of TLC was required. Only half of the toaster works. We also had 4 dogs with us so found it a bit disappointing in not being able to walk the dogs on the farm as the goats were quite a problem as the nanny goat head butted 2 of the dogs on the first day of our arrival when we tried to go for walk down the road of the farm.
