The Courtyard ranks up there with all the holiday lettings we have every had. The flat itself is great, and it's a five minute walk to the city centre, with the castle and all of Stirling's other historic attractions also easily reachable on foot. The beds are very comfortable and the living area is a great family space. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked for 7 without problems. The secluded garden with barbecue and chairs would be fantastic in summer. Don't hesitate, go there!
Very convenient and close to everything we wanted to see. Neat the clean as advertised. We'd love to stay there again.
We booked Haverstock for my wife's 60th. birthday celebration. Haverstock exceeded our expectations. In addition to those staying, lots of family came on the big day itself to share in the celebrations. The house is extremely spacious with plenty of space for guests to move around freely, chat, eat and drink. An excellent blend of formal and informal spaces. The upstairs drawing room is very grand and proved to be a good space to get everyone together for cutting the birthday cake. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Particularly liked the dressing room off the master bedroom. ...more
Comfortable, well thought out place to stay with very welcoming hosts. The hot tub was a bonus. Hope to go again.
We had a fabulous week in this lovely apartment. So spacious and comfortable for myself, my husband and our 2 adult children. We all experienced a great sleep every night in the most comfortable beds. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The location is great, and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk away, with all the luxury facilities, which we enjoyed. Auchterarder is a lovely town with nice shops, bars and restaurants too. The host Graeme was so welcoming and left us a lovely basket of goodies on our arrival. Will definitely return.
We rented Harviestoun House for 3 days as a base for my family and friends prior to my son's wedding. The property provided everything we needed. good sized double bedrooms, ample bathrooms, good location. Both the agent and the owner were very helpful during our stay and i would have no hesitation in recommending Harviestoun House for short term or longer stays.
Kingsview apartment was very clean, tidy and full of nice touches. It is well located in a nice area within easy walking distance to the shops. Have already booked to go back next year
The flat is cosy, very comfortable, in the heart of the village, and 20' walking (or direct bus) to the university. Rooms are large, and the big windows let lot of light in. The kitchen is fully equipped.
We enjoyed such a lovely holiday at Milton Hayloft, which was the perfect location to visit Edinburgh, Sterling, Loch Lomand and more. The directions upon our rainy, dark arrival were very clear and easy to access the house after a long day of traveling-from several lights left on to aid us getting inside to the fresh flowers. The beds were quite comfortable and even the front facing rooms were quieter than we expected. Thank you for such attention to the small details, we will certainly recommend this property to friends.
The apartment was in great condition, with very comfy beds. It is in a fantastic location to explore the surrounding area.
Lallybroch is in a great location for exploring the area of Scotland from Glasgow to Edinburgh. You will need a car, as nowhere is walkable from the property. The layout of the house allows for great times sat around the table catching up, drinking wine & eating food. The kitchen is adequately equipped for basic cooking, but if you want to do anything more extravagant then you will need to bring your own stuff - we took a couple of slow cookers with us, or you can of course eat out - there are lots of options within a15-20 min drive. The bedrooms were great, comfy beds and everyone in ...more
Pear Tree cottage is comfortable, warm and welcoming. It is centrally situated in Stirling, which is great for walking to all the local amenities and tourist spots. It is also a great position for day trips to Glasgow, Edinburgh and north to many lochs. We loved having such a homely base for several days while we explored.
The house was beautiful, very roomy but very cosy, everything worked well and we had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday, it was very near the town centre, although you would not have known as it was very peaceful and had a great out look.
Besides groceries (if you dine in), nothing is required. This is the perfect rental and is ideal for a base location to explore Scotland. Observe the hares playing on the lawn and the deer visiting regularly. The hostess, Eleanor, is friendly, gracious, and most concerned about her guest's comfort and enjoyment.
High spec property, very roomy and comfortable, oven/microwave a little complicated, also TV setup, would stay again, close to busy road but double glazing reduced noise, would stay again. Had a problem with the TV which the owner attended to immediately.
A lovely conversion perfect for large groups. Very well equipped. Great to have bathrooms for each room. Not far from Stirling.
An apartment worthy of a 5 star. Ideally situated in Stirling, it has everything one would want in a self catering apartment.
Allanvale Apartment is a ground floor apartment. It is situated at the end of a road so there is no passing traffic. There is space outside the front to park the car (making sure it is beyond the double yellow lines). The apartment inside is good for two people, although there is a bed settee in the living room area, for one more person. But I am not sure how comfortable this would be for a whole week. The apartment is compact but was cosy. The kitchen/diner and living room area are all open plan but were well equipped and nicely presented. There is a washing machine, drier and dishwashe...more
