The whole site is stunning and all the accommodations is of a very high standard ( we stayed in a one bed lodge a couple of years again) but Gamekeepers was special. A stunning view of the river and countryside from a huge garden ( dogs lived it) Just be wary if you have a ‘ jumper’ of a dog as the fence isn’t high and there are sheep/ cows and horses in the neighbouring fields. Our second visit to Rivercatcher was every bit as good as the first. Everything about this holiday destination is first class. The location is perfect. It is quiet, secluded and set in magnificent countryside. Great care has been taken to provide for all the guests’ needs. Standards of cleanliness are exceptional. It is the ideal to rest, relax and enjoy nature at its best. We definitely hope to return.
The log cabin was well designed, modern, well equipped and short of nothing. Everything was thought of including wood for the log burner. The grocery welcome pack including coffee, butter, biscuits and wine was a great touch. The hot tub was very clean and hot. Can't wait to go back
Beautiful location and very well layed out group of cabins and cottages all with their own privacy and stunning views. Really well thought out for people and furry friends with all the equipment and comforts you could wish for no matter how long you get to stay.

This was our second stay at Gillies cottage. The cottage is bright, airy and had everything we needed for a week away in beautiful north Wales. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing outside in the chilly weather, and to enjoy the warm sunshine there are super-comfortable recliner loungers to take in the peaceful countryside view. Our 2 busy border collies just love to explore the grounds and swim in the river. Thank you Rivercatcher, we can't wait to come back next year!
