A second stay - in a different cottage this time - has cemented my preference for Sandford Country Cottages when I need to stay in Fife and near St Andrews . There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors ; the cottage is well equipped , clean , comfortable and welcoming like a home . I am very grateful to Evelyn and Ralph for restoring this incredible house !
Relaxing stay in lovely accommodation with great views and red squirrels. Comfort, space and a goodie basket on arrival made for a very enjoyable visit.
This was a wonderful find for visiting relatives in Wormit. We stayed one week and had our grandson to stay and his mum and dad to visit. Wonderful location with sightings of red squirrel, a woodpecker and an owl at night. Very well presented apartment, well run by lovely friendly owners. A welcome pack was provided which included essentials to keep us going until we got to a shop in the local village. All in all a wonderful place to find and we would have no hesitation in using these holiday lets again
Stayed Friday to Monday with guests for my daughters wedding at the Rhynd, Leuchars. Met on arrival by Evelyn and Ralph who made us feel very welcome. Cottages are very spacious and immaculately clean. Rooms were also spotless and beds very comfortable. Welcome packs were also a nice touch. Hosts left us to explore and were never intrusive but always available for assistance when required. Grounds surrounding the cottages were lovely and views stunning. Thanks for a great weekend and we hope to be back.
