I can’t recall how many times we have visited and still we are blown away by the level of service, cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. From the ease of booking (I feel Liz deserves a special mention) to the beauty of the view and the extras in the accommodation which makes your stay that little bit special. Thank you again to Graham and Lynne for making our stay so memorable. See you again soon .
We stayed here to celebrate my Mum & Dads Golden Wedding Anniversary. Wow what an outstanding place. From the views arriving outside to walking through the front door we were overwhelmed. The house was spotless and had everything you could think of to make our stay great. There is so much space for a family to enjoy together time and also separate time. The welcome gifts left in the fridge were an extra bonus. The hosts were very friendly and available if you need them for anything.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The house is a beautiful mansion that is exceptionally well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. It had everything we needed and instantly felt like a home away from home. The location is so peaceful and quiet, with stunning views all around. Our kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed our stay so much that we even looked to book again for Christmas and New Year, but unfortunately it was already fully booked—which says it all. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for...more
We were thrilled with our stay at No.8 what an absolute gem of a find! The spacious apartment was extremely well equipped spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated - comfy beds and the absolute icing on the cake was the VIEWS. We couldn’t get enough of staring out of the windows, would highly recommend. As with anywhere in Scotland a car is needed but we found most places within easy reach for a Loch holiday!
Breathtaking views. Spotless clean, everything you need to get away from it all, our second stay and wont be our last :)
We stayed here for three nights in August, and this was our first visit, but certainly won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed with the lodge. It was exceptionally clean and, without a doubt, one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed away from home. We holiday a good few times a year, so this is a real compliment to the housekeeping team. Everything was immaculate. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views directly over the loch. We particularly loved the huge windows overlooking the water and could have spent hours simply watching the boats and...more
We stayed here for a nearby wedding a couple of weekends ago - the apartment was really well equipped with everything we would expect and more, all of a very high standard. The TV, oven, fridge etc. were all a step above what you'd expect at lodges/apartments like this. The natural surroundings and view from the balcony were wonderful. One or two things were damaged but I made the staff aware and received a lovely, prompt response thanking me for doing so. Highly recommended.
Very comfortable Accomodation. Beautiful views, in a glorious location. Well appointed kitchen. Easy parking and beautiful grounds.
What a dream. Beautifully located and everything thought of. We felt at home straight away. Ryde cottage was spotless, comfortable and homely.
This was our second time staying at Bonnie Banks. The property is amazing, quiet location (there is very little traffic noise from the nearby main road) and lots of birdsong. An owl flew past each evening and I 'might' have spotted a pine martin! (Although can't be certain as it was dark.) Lots to do nearby, or just chill in the hot tub and sauna.
Enjoyed a fantastic 5 days on a car trip around Loch Lomand. THe Pipersno.7 provided the perfect base for our travels. Located inside the castle on the first floor it was a high end apartment with everything provided to enjoy a luxury stay. Immaculately presented with a view to the front lawns and trees. Communication with manager was excellent with clear instructions about procedures for arrival and departure. I would highly recommend
Our 3rd stay, everything just the way it says on the booking site, very clean, fantastic view’s across Loch Lomond. Already planning our next visit.
What a find! There is nothing to fault the property on, outstanding views, wonderfully comfortable and loads of parking. Being able to go into the loch for a paddle was an unexpected delight!
Overall house was nice. Conservatory was a bit of a waste of space as gets way too hot during the day even with windows open. Suggest putting a solid roof on it to make it more useable. Under the bed was thick with dust, clearly not been cleaned for a long time. Kitchen could be better stocked. We had friends visit for the day from Glasgow and not enough glasses for lunch. Should be at least four of each and preferably six. Pillows very uncomfortable. Lack of clothes storage in bedroom and a light in cupboard under stairs would have helped as had to use it as wardrobe. Location was handy but n...more
Excellent base for our week in Scotland - for our visits to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, reuniting with old friends in nearby Dumbarton, and enjoying the local countryside and Loch Lomond. Everything about the accommodation met our needs and it was very accessible.
