Owner was very plesent when communicating information throughout our stay, he also left a welcome pack of food which was very much appriciated. Beautiful house with a stunning view of the Gairloch.
A truly beautiful property with a stunning view by the Bonnie Banks, we had a fabulous stay and will most definitely be back ! a massive thank you to Liz and all the lovely staff !
We had a fantastic stay at Hollybank Lodge for my partner's birthday. It is a gorgeous 1 bed lodge with stunning views across Loch Lomond. The standard of accommodation was beautiful and the little touches such as the prosecco, gin, chambord, along with cheese and biscuits were just perfect! We used the hot tub every night and it was fabulous! Word of warning though.... it turned my blonde hair green at the ends due to the chlorine (had always thought that was a fable) so be careful to properly tie your hair up! The included membership to Cameron House spa and golf was brilliant! We us...more
Beautiful location just on the Loch edge. Very private and well equipped. Comfortable with everything you would need. Perfect place for peacefulness and glorious views. Excellent position for walks and close to local amenities in Balloch - which just takes you 45 min to walk. Close by Duck Bay Restaurant and hotel and Cameron House- all within walking distance. If you need taxis there are also good taxi services available. Large open plan living room with plenty of space but stills feels cosy. Only recommendation would be a new mattress and a more updated TV in living area. This by ...more
Fab, amazing, spotlessly clean, stunning interior, very welcome Welcome Pack, staff very friendly and accommodating….this is the 3rd accommodation we’ve been to within Auchenheglish Estate and looking at booking 4th different accommodation soon! Highly recommend, although also tempted not to spread the word too much to keep to ourselves
The cottage has excellent view of Loch Lomond, which is only a couple of meters away. I did not realise how close it is to the very busy A road, with entry via a hazardous junction and the constant drone of traffic noise. You also have to go down a flight of steps to the entrance, which may not be convenient for people with limited mobility or a lot of luggage to carry. Steps and deck were a bit slippery and would benefit from winter maintenance to avoid that. Heating was not on when we arrived, and the clock on the boiler needed resetting. Wendy offered to come round straight away to sort ...more
Very well equipped apartment although the weather limited our enjoyment of the location a little. Very quiet and we watched squirrels and rabbits from our balcony. Lovely views up to the hills and a somewhat restricted view of the loch from our particular apartment but, within the grounds, you can walk right down to the loch side. Plenty of parking. We never saw any staff during our short stay but the instructions for collecting and leaving the key were easy to follow. A shame there was no lift as my husband struggled with the stairs. Also, there was no microwave which would have been usef...more
A Great Place to Stay, with Outstanding Views of Loch Lomond. The unit is Clean, Comfortable and well maintained.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Pipers No.7 and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend it. We stayed two nights as we were attending a wedding at The Cruin (right next door) and I can honestly say it’s the perfect location! Stunning views and a two minute walk from our event venue. I will definitely stay again! The apartment has every amenity you could think of and Liz was so helpful with the booking.
Lovely cottage with great facilities situated in an ideal area to explore Loch Lomond and the surrounding areas.

Lovely place to stay, bit of a mix up with the fold out bed but fortunately this didn't cause to many problems. Shouldn't really be happening at this kind of accommodation though so was a bit disappointed. Overall the accommodation was clean and very well equipped.
