Our stay at Pottery Gate was just perfect from start to finish. On arrival it was cosy and warm and all decorated for Christmas so very festive. Everything and more was catered for to make our little holiday lovely and comfortable. Not even the rain could spoil our stay and we enjoyed it so much we've booked it again! Also nothing was too much trouble for Ross. Friendly, helpful and professional as always.
I was lucky enough to win a week's free stay in a social media competition. This gave us the opportunity to visit the beautiful Lake District. From the outset the communication from Tarn snd Fell Escapes was excellent and all instructions and vital information was clear. The cottage is situated in the centre of Hawkshead which makes it convenient for the pubs, cafes and shops in the village. A bus stop is also nearby. Parking is provided by way of a permit in a carpark in the village. The cottage is beautifully maintained, well stocked with essentials and really clean. I can't fault...more
We had a brilliant stay at edgemere apartment. The property was spotlessly clean and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The living room was large and cosy on a cold evening. There was a good selection of games which we enjoyed. The large island in the kitchen was a great social area for meals. Beds and bedding were super comfy with large head boards. Location couldn't have been better, very central and the addition of a parking spot was a big bonus. We had a wonderful stay with Tarn & Fell Escapes. Nothing was too much trouble, offering highchairs/cots for our children. The cottage was beautiful, every detail thought of and very clean! We will definitely book with Tarn and Fell Escapes again! Thank you!
We had 4 nights at Potters Wheel and it was perfect! The cottage is so cosy and we loved having the log fire! The location is fab and our dog loved having access to the lake so she could go swimming! The property was clean and tidy and we had no complaints! The bed was super comfortable! We would love to return!
This lodge was absolutely lovely our family of 6 loved it and plenty of room for us all place was absolutely spotless on arrival. There was everything we needed for cooking eating and cleaning. Unfortunately the hot tub didn’t warm up for us on the first night but spoke to the manager Ross who was double helpful and got the repair team out first thing the following morning and all sorted all in all couldn’t fault the place and will 100% bring the family back. Lovely accommodation and a great location. There was everything you needed in the cottage to make your stay home from home. A peaceful park and very well maintained and looked after. The owner were very helpful. We would also recommend Tarn & Fell Escapes, for your holiday home rental in the Lakes, the commutation was excellent.
