Compton pool was the perfect location for our group of families weekend away, very clean, safe and so much for everyone to do! The heated pool was a particular highlight for the kids and the weather was great so we made the most of the outside space and bbq’s available on site. We would definitely recommend and are hoping to return again!
We have just retuned from a relaxing holiday at Compton Pool. This has been our third visit and we intend to return next year. Set in the rolling hills midway between Newton Abbott and Totnes this Holiday Cottage complex ticks all the boxes for both families or retirees such as my wife and I with a selection of cottages for all. Idyllic location, superb accommodation, marvellous facilities. Highly recommended, we will be returning to Compton Pool without a doubt.
If you want to sink into luxury country living this is the place to come. Our stay could not have been better. Staff were so, so helpful. Accommodation was exceptional and the vibe was just pure 'sit back and relax'. If you want a change of pace Torquay is so easy to get to. Can't wait to book again next year.
We’ve recently returned from a group holiday, with our family staying in the Kester Cottage. From the moment we arrived, Debbie was so accommodating, giving us a tour of the site and showing us where we could take our dog for an off lead walk etc. The cottage was extremely well equipped, no detail was forgotten, from a dog bed, bowls and throws to a black out blind for our baby’s room. We had such a fun weekend and there was lots for all the children to do which varied in age from 1 year olds to teenagers! Thank you - we hope to return again next year :)
This was our 9th stay at Compton Pool Farm (most of them in Arch) and we have enjoyed every one. The cottages are very comfortable, the facilities are great, and Paul and Debbie are amazing hosts. Dexter and Harley are the icing on the cake.
We had a great stay at Compton Pool Farm! We were a group of 10 families so rented all the cottages, meaning we also had exclusive use of the site. Debbie and her family were very accommodating of us, answering our questions prior to arrival and during our stay. All the cottages were clean, tidy and very well equipped! The range of facilities/activities on site was brilliant- our group particularly enjoyed the tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, the playground area and the games room! Compton Pool Farm served us very well for a family half-term break. The facilities were just what we needed - indoor pool, outdoor play area, animals to engage with and very responsive hosts. We have already started to look at availability for our next break there. We thoroughly recommend it!
