Best new years yet with family & friends at walnut barn, house is outstanding. Designed for big family’s and groups with out door hot tub, bar, bbq hut and sauna. The house is second to none and a lot of hard work gone into the design but beautiful. Mark,James and family and manager Sharon very welcoming and easy to work with. We will be booking again very soon.
Our stay just so happened to coincide with extremely wet and windy weather, but in the end, we had the most wonderful time! The staff at Walnut Barn Estate are incredibly kind and helpful. If you want to shut the door and do your own thing you can, but if you ever need help or advice, they're more than happy to help out. In terms of the property itself, it is tucked away in a private part of Walnut Barn Estate and is like your own little haven in nature. This is our 3rd time staying at the Orchard Yurt and it never disappoints! We had a beautiful time, in a lovely clean and homely space decorated wonderfully christmassy to add to the festive vibes! Customer service from Sharon was 10/10 as always and everyone around the farm is always super friendly, warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!
Fabulous accommodation. Welcoming and very relaxing. Everything you need and the hot tub was very much welcomed after our countryside hike! Pub - 5 minute walk offers excellent food and drinks. We loved our stay and will definately return.
Ten out of Ten, the most magical birthday weekend, from start to end. Staff are so friendly and welcoming nothing too much trouble The shepherds hut was cosy, cute and secluded perfect to get away from our busy life’s at home. Total relaxation. The hot tub was great just dip in and out when we want. Our favourite part was the log burner and hearing the crackle of the fire. Already booked for next year We didn’t want too leave.
Thank you for such a warm welcome to the old dairy. Everything was ideal for us to stay. We only had 11 of us instead of the 16 as most of us were couples and needed our own rooms. We also had a chance to see your brand new barn. It will be stunning when you have done your finishing touches. We truly loved the fact that we were able to use this house with our dog and didn’t feel like there were millions of rules. We will be back next year i hope
The cider barn is a wonderful cozy very well equipped accommodation. Having the use of the orchard for our two dogs was an added bonus. Especially when sat at the little table and chairs with a glass of wine enjoying the late summer sunshine. The pub in walking distance and served excellent food. Richs cider farm worth the drive for good food and excellent farm shop. Both recommended on chalkboard in the sitting room.
