Stayed in ‘the yurt’ for 2 nights in February and had a fantastic break. Yurt and shower room were spotless and hosts could not be friendlier. Although it was cold outside the yurt, the wood burner made it warm and cosy inside and the hot tub under the stars was a delight. A 5 minute walk to the pub and Chinese takeaway was a bonus, but recommend booking in advance if you want to eat in the pub as very popular especially at weekends. Will be going back for sure.
Loved it, can’t wait to go back.
A lovely shepherds hut in and lovely part of the country.
Our hosts were very helpful and always had a smile for everyone.
Wonderful place perfect for a relaxing break. Lovely accommodation decorated to top class standard with everything you need provided. Well placed for days out or country walks. Amazing pub within walking distance very friendly and fantastic food.
The break was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our daughter arrived 1st and was given a lovely welcome by Sharon and shown around.
The good bit 1st
The size of accommodation is great with plenty of space for 11 of us and a dog who were there.
The hot tub, suana, artic cabin were great , The garden was great for the dog to run about.
The pool table and darts were well used.
The cleanliness was excellent.

The layout was absolutely perfect and the decor was bright and modern and suited the barn perfectly.
But more importantly the host was extremely friendly and helpful and was on call if you needed anything, nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel very welcome.
This barn was the perfect choice for my 50th getaway, everyone absolutely loved it and we had so much fun we did not e...more
