Excellent accommodation and venue for a birthday get together with family. Everything you could need was available and excellent hosts.
Firstly Brecon is a very nice small town with nice shops and nearby walks. The cottage is aprox 15 min drive and lovely Builth Wells less than 30 mins. Your host Danielle is a phone call away should you need her. Cottage is comfy and warm. (We were in Hornbeam) The kitchen is good with ample cooking equip. We ate in for all our evening meals. We had 2 sofas in lounge and 2 very comfy beds. Good bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. We would have ate on the balcony but it was a rainy week! The cottage is beautiful, well equipt for a family of 10. We had three dogs and two babies, two children and 6 adults. Beds are super comfy, showers nice and powerful, enough seats for us All to chill! Swimming pool was a lovely treat and the kids all loved it, we didn’t get chance to use our private hot tub due to the torrential rain but it’s a lovely addition. Views are stunning, farm is lovely. Danielle was super helpful with queries and checking in on us due to the weather. We had a wonderful few days at Vale Farm staying in Chestnut Cottage. The cottage was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The added bonus of a pool, hot tub, stunning views and great places to walk made it an ideal place to spend quality time with family and friends. We would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay with children, dogs and friends. The pool and hot tub were perfect at entertaining the children and we enjoyed lovely long walks directly from the property. We loved it so much that we’re coming back in Feb! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
A few niggles, dirty job, plug in sink not working, leaky loo and needed new light bulb in lounge. On the plus side wonderful setting, friendly hosts, warm and comfortable.
We enjoyed our break at Wild Cherry cottage. Comfortable and clean. Daniellle was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help with a large group.
