We cannot recommend Town Farm as a place to stay. The customer service from the whole team is absolutely fantastic especially Will and Charlie who are just so lovely. The cottage is absolutely spectacular and will definitely be using again if we need to in the future. Highly recommend. Sharon and Ty
The Granary is a fantastic 3 bed cottage equipped perfectly for all your needs. Clean, nicely furnished and located in stunning countryside near Ivinghoe Beacon. If needed, problems are resolved quickly (although very little arose) Plenty of parking, in summer fantastic food trucks on Fri/Sat evenings. The rest of the year Tring is only 10mins drive and has an M&S Simply Food & Tesco. 5 star all round. Would recommend to anyone, book quickly as they’re often booked well in advance.
We enjoyed a four and a half month stay at The Mill whilst having work done to our home. The Mill is a surprisingly spacious 3 bed set up with all the facilities we needed having packed all our bits away. The cottage was clean on arrival with fresh linen provided fortnightly. The staff were always on hand and extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is incredible with views over Ivinghoe Beacon. Our dog had a very happy stay! The campsite gets busy over the summer holidays but that means you benefit from the catering trucks that turn up on Friday and Saturday nights. We thoroughly enjoyed...more
We stayed in The Barn during August. It is a small but characterful and cozy cottage with views of Ivinghoe beacon. Town farm is a well run campsite and cottage resort in a beautiful location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In the summer there are various food vendors attending over the weekends including fish and chips and a wood fired pizza van. We would definitely recommend.
We’ve just enjoyed a stay with our family and dog and the cottage had everything we needed and more. The accommodation itself was spotless and so comfortable and we really appreciate all the extra touches. The staff were so friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough to help us. Amazing facilities. Definitely recommend and cannot wait to book a return visit.
The hayloft was a lovely small compact one bedroom with everything inside that you would require and need for a stress free break very cosy great for walks and scenery we would definitely stay here again
Grooms Cottage was very comfortable and homey for our family of 6. It is located in a beautiful setting and close to a few lovely towns such as Tring and Berkhamsted. It is also easy to travel to London. I look forward to returning. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any questions.
Very clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Will was very welcoming and provided all the information needed. Location was perfect for the local area and able to do walking from the farm.
Lovely large cottage with a beautiful garden for the dogs to run around in. The decor is homely. The kitchen is very well stocked with a variety of cooking pots, pans and utensils. The extra bathroom is very handy having two teenage girls. Lovely stay and would recommend to others and return in the future.
Our family recently stayed in Town Farm cottage. It was a beautifully decorated and spacious cottage which was very clean. The location is absolutely beautiful, the customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. We were made to feel at home and our fur babies were in a lovely dog friendly environment. We especially loved the extra attention to detail of having fresh flowers on arrival and tea/ coffee making items. All of the instructions were clear and everything is very well organised. Cowmans cottage is a very comfortable cottage with a living room that has a nice sunny outlook to the patio and farm courtyard. The host family are so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The entire farm is well kept and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Our dogs have enjoyed the fresh air and there is so much space for dog walking. We love the special touches of a welcome pack of essentials and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers adds to the welcoming and homely feel. We love it here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.
This was a second stay in one of the cottages on Town Farm, staying in Town End Cottage. Even though my stay was just for four days one can't help but be refreshed by such a comfortable feel when entering the accommodation. The cottage is spacious and has all amenities. A second visit has been booked! My thanks to the family for making my stay so enjoyable.

A well organised cottage with all you might need, in a quite and restful area with outstanding views.
We recently stayed in the Dairy for a short Easter break away. This is our third stay at Town Farm and our second time staying in the Dairy. The farm is perfectly situated, peaceful with incredible views. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all essential items. We love how dog friendly the place is and very safe for children. The owners are lovely, helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back in the summer and I recommend Town Farm cottages to anyone looking for a relaxing break close to all amenities.
Needed a bolt hole for a couple of weeks while our bathroom was being refitted. Town Farm was convenient, well organised and suited very well.
