The Dairy is a two storey property with open plan living area and separate kitchen. The three bedrooms are upstairs (one double, one twin and one single). The bathroom includes an over bath power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is a large pine dining table in the living area which comfortably seats six. Outside the front, there is a sitting area and parking for two cars. The farm is surrounded with fields, and has views of Ivinghoe Beacon to one side, and the Aylesbury Vale on the other.

We had a lovely stay at The Dairy. Towels and bedding were lovely quality and very comfy. The house was left clean and tidy for us. Ideal situation near our son in Berkhamsted. Nostalgic for us too as we stayed several times in our caravan with our darling dog Charlie. Managed with just the one loo and if anyone got desperate there were camp site ones literally a few seconds away. Could have done with more of an enclosed garden area for our dog. Dishwasher had no salt and rinse aid. Had a takeaway from the Haldi . Delicious as always. Many thanks.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Amazing location for walks and near to Ivinghoe.

The team were amazing in their accommodating us - speeding through bathe changeover process between us and the previous guests for us to get us moved in ASAP. It was really appreciated.

The dairy itself was pleasant enough, although we loved in on a day it was 30 degrees outside and with large windows covering all of one side of the house - which has full sun - and no real windows to open upstairs “oven” doesn’t cover it!

That said, it was a lovely quiet location - away from the noise of the playground and hustle/bustle of campers checking in. In cooler months it wouldn’t have been a problem at all - or if you’re someone who likes the heat more than me!

A beautiful place to stay,the location is fantastic and the Dairy is very well equipped. The surrounding countryside is stunning and apart from the extreme heat on our visit every thing would have been perfect.

We enjoyed staying at the Dairy whilst our house was being renovated. Angie & her family made us very welcome.
The area is great, and Ivinghoe Beacon is only a half hours walk across the fields. The tea shop in the village sells delicious cakes too.

This is the second cottage we have stayed in at Town Farm while our house was being repaired. It great for a holiday, but in comparison to The Homestead it is a bit tight for a long term location, and not quite so well equipped. That said, Angie and her family are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

We have been Staying since November, everything is very clean, location is lovely, also very convenient and We have found all staff and family are always very helpful. Any issues are dealt with immediately ( although we haven’t really had any problems at all). I would definitely recommend this place

Staying here in between house purchases, the property has everything you need and the whole family are always around to help with any questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay in The Dairy on Town Farm. Everything from the initial communication through to check-out was very efficient & professional yet friendly & warm too.
The cottage was comfortable, spotlessly clean & very well equipped. The location is great too-close enough to nice market towns but totally surrounded by wonderful countryside full of walking trails. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Town Farm for a couple of months while we were waiting to move into our new house. The setting was amazing, particularly given the beautiful countryside which surrounds it. Charlie, Angie and the team were friendly and flawless throughout, responding immediately to any issues we had and generally being on hand to help with any queries, even when they were out of normal hours. The kids loved the play area and the table tennis, made all the better by some beautiful summer sunshine to enjoy them in. All in all it was a great stay and certainly saved us a huge logistical headache!
