We had another wonderful stay at The Brye. It is in a great location to explore Dumfries and Galloway. Kircudbright is a lovely town, worth visiting. We also spent time visiting the Mull of Galloway and the Galloway Forest. The cottage is surrounded by wildlife and the clear sky at night is beautiful. We are looking forward to returning in the future!
Yet again another great holiday with family, Very mixed weather, sleet, rain howling gales and SUNSHINE, didnt hold anyone back, no bad weather just bad clothing for the weather. They all went off for a walk into town in full waterproofs. Bike rides, blustery walks and sitting innthe sunshine. This is the week when Heron View becomes one with Robins Nest. Watching the cows with their young is always a highlight at Easter time and watching Woody the dog face off at the garden wall was hilarious, and the baby lambs in the fields further down were beautiful. Another brilliant family holiday in Robins Nest alongside Heron View. Mixed weather, sleet, rain, howling gales and SUNSHINE! Enjoyed us all being together, we all do our own thing in the day time and come together for our evening meal. The weather doesn't stop us and all have the correct clothing for the weather. Plenty of walking , fresh air and bike rides. Its the week where Robins Nest and Heron View become one and everyone enjoys the hot tub in Heron View.
