We very much enjoyed our stay here even though the weather was not kind. We loved the bright open and light sitting room (3 windows) and the views of cows, calves, sheep, and even a hare in the field next door The dark skies made for fabulous star gazing. Only a few minutes down the hill into Kirkcudbright which is a delightful little town. A lovely cottage for a peaceful break.
The cottage is one of three in a peaceful location yet just 1 mile from Kirkcudbright's shops and facilities. The cottage is beautifully warm and comfortable. The surrounding countryside and coastline is great for sightseeing and walking. Hot tub and electric car charging are a thoughtful addition.
The house was great, and the location was ideal. Plenty to entertain our toddler. Nice big kitchen and dining area, lots of comfortable seating in communal areas. Bedrooms were really nice, and we loved the big bath in the en-suite bathroom. We had a lovely trip. Thank you!
