Kilmore Cottage is a relaxing, family run retreat, with three cottages nestling into the green fields of our organic working farm. John will give you a guided farm tour where you can call the cows, feed the donkeys and collect your own eggs. It’s a quick walk to the local restaurant, pubs and local shop and only 2km to the beach and just 5km from pretty Kilmore Quay. John and Helen will happily give you all the local information you need for a great holiday and we hope to see you here soon!

It's spacious rooms afforded my wheelchair bound husband the freedom to move about with complete ease. We found the owners friendly and accommodating, without being obtrusive. John really is an excellent host and is very knowledgeable of the many places worth visiting. John was very welcoming & helpful, cottage is in the perfect position for exploring the area, meeting family & trips to Mary Barry’s!!! Great safe play area for younger families. We would go again but would make sure we had the correct accommodation for people staying!
I have stayed at these cottages before, as a young adult with my parents, as a mother with my children and now as a grandmother with my grandsons.
I have never had a bad experience and the weather has ALWAYS been fantabulous !!
This year my son, my daughter, her partner and their two boys (2 years and 7 months) and myself enjoyed another sun filled week by the sea.
I would highly recommend a visit to this part of the country and a stay in Kilmore Cottage.
There were lots of highlights but the evening that we were brought over to see the donkeys, calves and chickens was just the best as m...more
