Beautiful property. Only downside, no covers on hot tubs which make them barely useable in Winter this was a little disappointing due to heavy rain we didn’t get much use out of the tubs at all. The barn and stable are beautiful inside and have everything you would need. We booked the barn and stable for 8 adults and 6 children and found we had plenty of space.
We arrived just before the storm came and we were in a warm comfortable cottage. We enjoyed the location which offered good opportunities to see the local countryside. The hosts were always happy to deal with any questions and offered advice on local attractions. The underfloor heating was necessary during the extreme weather but later was turned down a very comfortable level. The cottage is clean modern and easy to live in. The hot tub is an added bonus and great even in the cold weather. Location is is good if you realise the nearest town is 5 miles away. Will stay again depending on weather...more
We rented for the weekend in January. Group of middle aged woman walkers with two small dogs.
The place was immaculate when we arrived, fabulous facilities, plenty of bathrooms and we all loved the hot tub . It was cold outside but lovely and warm in the property.
It had everything we needed and much more. We will be returning next year for sure .I am happy to recommend this propert6 for family get together or large groups. The Pennines way is so near as well.
