Sea Breezes is an ideal property for a small group of family or friends. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which can be arranged as single beds (bear in mind the single beds are only 2'6" wide). The 2 shower rooms are nice and modern. We loved the decor and the quirky features in the property. The welcome pack and toiletries are a nice bonus. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly by the owner Kristin. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here whether short or longer term.
Westfield Place has a huge feeling of space; not only inside, with the high ceilings, grand staircase and large reception rooms and bedrooms, but also in the large lake, lawn and frontage/driveway areas. Lovely mature trees, flora and forna. I recommend a longer stay to really get into and live it.
We had a wonderful stay at Taylor’s Copse. The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Check in was easy and both the hosts and their daughter were friendly and welcoming. The surroundings were beautiful, we often had deer in the garden. We often walked with the dog from the house and there were many routes. Thank you for a lovely stay.
My husband and I enjoyed a week in Mill Barn in early June. Unfortunately the weather didn't want to play along so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden as much as I had hoped, but that was no loss - the cottage is adorable inside too and it's perfect for cozy cocooning when it's rainy. We enjoyed the smart TV, bath and wonderful shower, as well as the well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of fun day trips in the area and Penny was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would book again without any hesitation.

We had a short, but lovely stay in Sheepdown. Really could not have been better. Everything thought about - amazing welcome pack. Very comfortable. Would love to have been staying longer - maybe one day we will. But we had a great family stay. Thank you.
Exquisite architecture, floor to ceiling windows allowing superb views of garden and seashore. Furnished with panache. Extremely well appointed kitchen/ pantry/cookers and microwave. Comfortable bedrooms and Exquisite bathrooms.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Beacon Cottage. It is very spacious inside, well equipped and very comfortable. There is lots to see and do in the area.
Mayaro was a great cottage to stay in. We booked last minute and Inspire were great at getting it organised, and the welcome pack was lovely to find especially as we booked within 48 hours of arrival. Some owners don't bother anymore which is is shame so it was lovely to find welcome bits. The cottage is lovely and cosy, two good sized bedrooms and the best equipped kitchen I've ever found! It's an annex to the house, but we didn't hear the owners next door - and hopefully we didn't disturb them either. We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Stables. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The hosts were helpful and the setting is idyllic with pheasants and wildlife all around. Close to lots of forest walks and to local pubs and to the pretty village of Petworth. We were at the cottage for almost three weeks and it felt like home when we left. Very central for a visit to West Sussex and all that it has to offer.
Our stay at Hell Fyre was a delight. We were warmly welcomed by Louise, to find a well-stocked kitchen, and a warm and comfortable home. The period character of the house made this a special holiday for us. We stayed for three weeks, and were pleased to be able to extend our stay a bit – we so enjoyed living here. We walked the local pathways to villages close by. The location made it easy to take day trips to numerous castles, houses and gardens, and if we were ever at a loss for something to do, Louise and John were able to offer interesting suggestions. Cleve Cottage was a lovely little cottage with gorgeous Orla Kiely decor. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and shower-room were lovely. It was well situated for walking up to the town, the nearby Southover Grange Gardens and the station. We had to contact the owner as the parking permits had been overlooked but she resolved this. We didn't have any problems finding somewhere to park during the week. We had a fabulous week. Seaphare is really well equipped for 8 people ( we were just 5 ) with an upside down house (living on first floor, beds downstairs) that was full of light and made the most of the amazing views and was brilliantly located - 15 seconds walk to the beach (pebbly, but we prefer that) where the sea was fabulous ( just one rough day) and in no time at all you could be into the hills and cliff walking up and over to Seaford Head and Cuckmere Haven. Located just a few minutes from the beach and a few more from the centre of Rustington where there is every type of shop you can ask for. The property has everything needed for a week or two away and was very clean and comfortable.
Great location with easy access to the centre of Petworth yet down a very quiet lane away from traffic. Well equipped, lovely garden and welcoming hosts.
We had a very good time at Mafeking. It is a very nice cosy hidden house with such a beautiful garden. The house is fully equipped, we didn‘t miss anything. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights, definitely too short. Next time we will stay longer. Thanks to the owner to share this gemstone
Primrose Lodge has everything you could wish for. The space has been thoughtfully and stylishly designed and is extremely comfortable. Everything provided for here - comfortable bed, huge bath, well equipped kitchen and a very efficient wood burner, with a generous supply of logs, that kept us warm and toasty through the recent cold spell. The location is perfect - just a 5 minute drive from the pretty village of Mayfield or a 15 minute from Tunbridge Wells. Loads of great pubs and walks very close by. Our hosts couldn't have been more friendly and attentive.
I and my family are repeat customers for Farthings and we were not disappointed. The swimming pool was made available as requested and the house was as close to perfect as is possible. We love it there. Hope to return in the near future and have recommended it to all my friends.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and Sun House was a perfect venue for a break by the sea. The house was extremely comfortable and very well equipped with plenty of space for everyone. We were lucky with the weather so could spend a lot of time outside. Nearly all the rooms have fantastic views on to the garden and beach/sea beyond and there is a wonderful hot tub and garden summerhouse. We had a lovely week’s holiday in this excellent cottage. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There were nice little touches like tea, coffee and sugar. The torches in the bedside drawers were useful, especially in the night with the step down to the bathroom. The stairs were steep (we are in our late 70’s) but the bannister was good so not a problem. We travelled by train and the cottage was about a 20 minute walk from the station and the same from the town. The car parking would have been very useful if we had driven.
Away from all traffic with lovely views this well equipped apartment provides an ideal base for West Sussex and Surrey. The kitchen is particularly good and we much enjoyed our second stay here.
Comfortable dwelling in a beautiful quiet location. Short walk to the roman villa and or the south downs way.
This was our first holiday in this lovely house, the location to the shops, restaurants & beach was perfect. Spacious bedrooms & lovely shower in the en suite bedroom. We were there during the heatwave & it was nice having the bedrooms downstairs as they were a lot cooler than the upstairs lounge.
