We booked The Cottage at Loch Fyne as we wanted easy access to the water for our tender boat & we were not disappointed ❤️ The accommodation was beautifully looked after, well equipped & was easy access to all the main tourist attractions in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here & would rebook if we are coming back to the area. Mairi & Dan
A very warm cosy cottage with a nice sun set view over Loch Fyne, it is very well equipped and Amanda from Holiday Cottages West Coast has been extremely helpful and friendly. The only comment I would make is that the bedrooms are a bit confined, but overall we enjoyed the stay there and we find the accommodation very comfortable.
We had a fantastic, 11-night family stay for four of us with a dog at Tanamuir! Loch Fyne and the local shop/post office/cafe are just over the road. The house is very well equipped, super comfortable, clean, and cosy. The communication with Amanda from Holiday Cottages West Coast was first class. Location is great for exploring the Highlands, with boat trips (see Loch Fyne Sea Tours) from the pontoon about a 5 minutes walk away, Inveraray a 30-minute drive around the loch, and magical walks like Glenbranter and Puck's Glen less than 20 minutes away by car. It was our first time in Scotland. After an exhausting day of sightseeing in Edinborough, we arrived at the accommodation in the evening, immediately felt at home and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The flat had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
Absolutely stunning setting. It really was perfect with family including 3 grandchildren and 2 dogs. Perfect for kayaking. All the rooms are spacious, bedrooms luxurious with very comfy mattresses and pillows - really couldn’t fault. Good selection of kitchen equipment although with family of 8 more freezer space would have been good. The cleaning of the property could be much better for a 5* property. Rubbish bag from previous guest left in bedroom: established cobwebs in the utility and the BBQ was disgusting- couldn’t be used it was so very dirty! The lights on the decking were full of ...more
