Brilliant place to stay. So clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Great location and lovely welcome with some Welsh Cakes!
A lovely holiday cottage, the pictures don't do it justice. Spacious and comfortable, superb communal kitchen and large living room. Owners were very friendly, our kids loved the large open grounds, a short drive down to the beach, or a 10min trip into one of the local towns. Will definitely being recommending to friends and family, and will be looking to book again.
So good to return to the Hen House for our annual visit. Everything we’ve come to expect at Portclew Cottages. A great location for exploring the Beautiful Pembroke Coast.

We loved Pembrokeshire with its stunning beaches castles and seaside towns. The Bullpen was perfect, clean comfortable and quiet. We found the location ideal to visit Tenby, Stackpole as well as the fabulous beach at Freshwater East itself.
A comfortable cottage in a lovely location. It was quite noisy from the people upstairs moving around.
Lovely cottage in a great location. Close to beach and other locations we planned to visit. Extra bed was provided in the main bedroom and was not a problem to the owners to arrange this. Arrival instructions nice and simple. Cottage clean and comfortable with a huge double bed and had everything we needed and was a bonus to find washing machine and dryer in cupboard under the stairs - perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach! We did struggle with the hob but got there eventually, not sure if that was us or whether there is a slight issue with it. Definitely plan to stay again and...more
