Very helpful host (accommodating a last minute extra guest by providing sofa bed bedding). The flat is comfortable and well equipped. We stayed for a week with our two young children who loved the large communal garden complete with sandpit and a very friendly cat. Everything was clean and worked well. Simple generosities (a welcome pack, a full roll of bin bags and a full bottle of washing up liquid etc) were really appreciated after more 'minimalist' approaches towards hosting from other places we have stayed. The Hen House is spacious, clean & comfortable for a lovely quiet break. Everything provided for self-catering, great bed(s) as well.

We stayed at portclew cottages as a large familynof 17 from start to finish it was amazing we had 3 cottages for our group and nit was extremely comfortable and very well maintained. ThanknyountonSarah and Steven for every thing. We will be back
This was the second time we have stayed in accommodation at Portclew. The first time was at a different cottage. Once again everything was excellent.. The cottage we stayed at is a very short drive from a beautiful beach with many other beaches/coastal towns close by. It is also down the road from a garage/convenience store and a short drive (10 mins) from a number of major supermarkets. The cottage is situated in a quiet location in the countryside. Excellent accommodation. Clean, comfortable and well located for visiting South Pembrokeshire. Within walking distance of Freshwater East and only a short drive from Broad Haven South and Barafundle Bay. Enjoyed the sunny weather.
