We had the most fabulous weekend for my daughters 30th Birthday at Lilycombe. We were 21 girls ranging from 16-70 & rented the whole place. Jacks Barn was amazing for all of us eating together & so well equipped. We had a private chef on one of the evenings. We also had an afternoon in the pool area, we had a pamper lady in the treatment room & a quiz in the cinema room. All bedrooms were lovely & a good time was had by all.
We have enjoyed a fabulous family celebratory week in Jacks Barn and DeerLeap. We made great use of the lovely swimming pool, Cinema and we even enjoyed a campfire in the adjacent fields. This is a great venue for all ages. We thoroughly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.
The weekend was a celebration of my 60th birthday with friends. The Garden house was spacious and the courtyard garden was ideal for outside dining and games. The beds were very comfortable and the swimming pool was ideal for entertainment. The booking system meant we could have it to ourselves and we enjoyed it so much we booked it for a second day. We loved the fact that we could stay in the house until 8pm on the Sunday, extending the weekend so we could make full use of what it had to offer.
We visited to celebrate a big birthday. 8 adults and a 2 year old. We had a fantastic weekend. The house was perfect, the kitchen is brilliant for a large group and the lounge is very comfortable . Plenty of bathrooms was a bonus. We were so lucky with the weather and the garden is beautiful. We used the pool which was great fun. Arabella was excellent and very helpful during the booking process. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
Highly recommended for families. Great countryside and our young son could even walk the owner’s gentle dog as a nice treat as well as enjoying the heated swimming pool, the cinema with a rich collection of DVDs and a play room with table tennis etc.
