Manor House, an imposing grand late Victorian detached house, situated in the heart of Cromer, close to the Pier, shops and beach. Retaining many period features but benefitting from a recent refurbishment, this lovely house boasts bright, grand rooms and a large, modern kitchen opening to the mature garden and patio, perfect for alfresco dining. And for anyone who doesn’t want to tackle the stairs there is a ground floor double bedroom and shower room.

The perfect property for a large family for a stay in Cromer, spacious and great location.

My daughter found this property via your website and it looked ideal for our Easter family holiday. Didn't she do well !!!, the Manor House was perfect for a family of 9 including 3 children. The house was clean and spacious and in the perfect location for the Beach, Town Centre The Pier and other local amenities. With ample parking (we parked 4 cars) on site is a massive bonus not having to pay out for local car parks. The kitchen is enormous with everything that was needed for our stay. A huge dining table where all 9 of us could sit with ease in a lovely dining room, made meal times pleasant. A lounge and a sperate library room with a TV in each room meant there was always somewhere to relax. There was also a nice size enclosed garden for our dog which he enjoyed very much. The decoration throughout the house was nicely themed to suit the style of house. and lastly the WIFI was available throughout. Communication & administration for the holiday from booking the original holiday through to leaving and having my deposit refunded was FAULTLESS. Overall I have to score the property 10/10 ....

We all loved the house, the only issue was the heating , it seemed to come on in the middle of the night as it got very hot, but in the day especially as the weather was bad it didn’t stay on long enough so after breakfast it got quite chilly and draughty

We had a lovely few days staying in Manor House as a family of four with teenage children and a dog. The house was spacious and well furnished throughout and could easily cater for larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and it even has two dishwashers and kettles. We were concerned that being a larger property it may not be heated very well, but we found it to be cosy and warm which was lovely. It is in a fantastic location close to Cromer town centre and beach and there are plenty of dog friendly walks and places to eat in and around Cromer.

Having heard good things about Cromer I rented this big house through the Keys agent. That was a easy process, the ladies I dealt with were well informed and efficient.
Off street parking was easy for two cars, and first impressions were excellent. The house is in a very good state of decoration, spacious with high ceilings a decent sized rooms. I loved the tastefully chosen paintings and ornaments, each room was different, and special in it's own way.
The beds were very comfortable, the linen felt expensive, and there was plenty of storage for clothing. Bathrooms looked newly installed, and good water pressure meant the showers were super to use.
We didn't use the cooking facilities much, just one steak night, but when we did they were fine, the large American style fridge freeze was a welcome feature, with plenty of storage for food and most importantly drinks!
The garden was a bit of a sun trap, my Mum spent a few hours out there enjoying the warmth. She also valued the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, as she finds stairs tricky aged 88!
The position in the town is ideal, a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk from all the shops, pubs and beach.
Overall a very agreeable place to spend time in Cromer, we really enjoyed it at Manor House, thank you to the owners for creating such an interesting and comfortable residence.
