A beautifully preserved Old Town Hall Large spacious bedrooms with en suites. Beds comfortable. Lots of hot water as required. Lovely main room to eat, relax and cook overlooking the town Close access to everything including the beach
My daughter found this property via your website and it looked ideal for our Easter family holiday. Didn't she do well !!!, the Manor House was perfect for a family of 9 including 3 children. The house was clean and spacious and in the perfect location for the Beach, Town Centre The Pier and other local amenities. With ample parking (we parked 4 cars) on site is a massive bonus not having to pay out for local car parks. The kitchen is enormous with everything that was needed for our stay. A huge dining table where all 9 of us could sit with ease in a lovely dining room, made meal times ...more
Lovely property very clean and welcoming. You can see the steam train from the garden and lovely view of the hill. Walking distance to Sheringham station and shops and good walks nearby This was our second stay
The Den is in an ideal location. Its situated in a quiet and peaceful area of Sheringham. It is exceptionally well equipped and although we ate out I would have been able to cook and serve meals with no problems. It is spotlessly clean and its the only self catering place I don't have to wash crockery just to be careful! This must be our 4th stay at the Den and it never disappoints. Sandra and Trevor are lovely folk and welcoming hosts. We will be returning!
This was a fabulous property, couldn't fault anything. We will return. Great facilities super comfy beds in all rooms.
This is the second year I've stayed at The Cockles for work purposes. It is a very comfortable little flat, very well equipped and had everything we needed. The team at Keys Holiday Cottages were very helpful with all my enquiries, and replied very quickly. I would definitely recommend The Cockles to anyone staying in Sheringham.
A well appointed cottage. Great location and quiet. Easy to access all amenities on foot in Sheringham. Comfortable and warm cottage which was well equipped and nicely decorated.A very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. As we only stayed for 4 days getting up at 8am to feed the meter was a chore but fortunately the car park was right behind the cottage.
Amazing holiday home. Definitely 5 star. Has everything you would need. Cleanliness and accommodation brilliant. So comfortable. Have had four holidays there this year. Have stayed here for the past four years. Will definitely be booking again next year.
A lovely few days away in a lovely flat. Everything you could need, and would recommend to others. Thank you
Beck Cottage is a lovely welcoming and comfortable place to stay, in a very convenient but quiet location. There are good views across the common to Beeston Bump and parking is easy. It’s a short walk to the seafront and the shops, and there are good bus and train services. The fresh daffodils were a nice touch.
Once again we’ve had a superb week in this delightful cottage. It’s always lovely and clean. Attractively decorated and furnished. Next to the sea and just around the corner for lots of shops and cafes.
Gull view is a treat. The flat is clean, and well equipped, very close to all Sheringham attractions, with fantastic views from the window overlooking the sea. A good benifit is the parking .
Excellent location, used several times would recommend anytime. Very handy for the shops, beach, and railway station.
Myself, my niece & her two children had a fantastic stay at chalet number 53. It was very clean & had every thing we needed. The complimentary milk, biscuits & crisps were a nice thought. The bunk beds with the larger bottom bunk was a great idea. The location was great too being within walking distance of the town.
Very enjoyable that provided everything required for our holiday. Nice and tidy and in a brilliant location.
Had a great stay at the corner house lovely and clean nice small garden which was great for the dog the location was superb.
Very nice flat, great views. Comfortable, warm and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Chocolate treats much appreciated.
The property is lovely! Plenty of space, and a lovely view from the sunny conservatory, although it could get rather hot in there at times, particularly if you didnt draw the bilnds. The dishwasher was a real luxury! Very close to the heritage and also National rail station. One reason we visited was because we wanted to travel on the North Norfolk Heritage Steam Railway. Also, not taking a car meant the National rail station was very useful for getting around. Loved the Norfolk Broads! And the early morning sunrises! A few minor issues: the single bed duvets wouldn’t stay on, but found a...more
Have stayed in Sherringham lots of times over the years and this is the best accommodation we have found. 1 minute walk to the top end of high street. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house is immaculate and the garden patio area is very pleasant. Private off road parking is also a bonus.
We love coming to Sheringham and staying in the Old Bakehouse. It is like coming home. Sheringham is such a friendly town.
A fabulous property with ample parking in a perfect location: 5 minutes walk into town and to the sea. The house was a very relaxing stay with high ceilings and light filled ro Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend
A really nice clean well equipped chalet, situated in an ideal spot out of the village but close enough if you wanted to walk, also very quite and nice short walks on the top of the cliffs
Quaint cottage in the centre of north Norfolk. Very clean with all the amenities you could need. Lovely back garden. We have booked for next year already.
The house is in a great location. The house was plenty big enough for a family of five. The children loved the mainline at the bottom of the garden and spent most mornings watching the train. Takes less than 10 minutes to get to the seafront and supermarket at the bottom of the road.
The apartment was extremely comfortable, spotless and warm. Being right on the coast path was a bonus for us. Highly recommend to anyone.
Great spot not too far from town, peaceful area, the cottage has lots of character. Nice garden all enclosed so no worry of furry family going missing. Would definitely use again Great place.
2nd time we have stayed at Secret Garden, just as good this time as the first. Extremely comfortable accommodation with everything required for a great stay.
We have just returned from another stay in this comfortable house. It’s perfect for us and our 2 dogs. A short walk from the high street and close enough to walk to the beach. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen if you are self catering. The lounge is very comfortable for the evening but we use the sofa in the kitchen if we’re in during the day as it’s a nice sunny area. The bathroom is adequate and the bedroom is very comfortable. We find plenty to do in this lovely part of North Norfolk with it’s beautiful coastline and several National Trust properties to visit close by. I...more
Loved place to stay beach and town on doorstep one downside for us was size of double bed so l slept in twin room very cramped .Didn’t stop our great hol Amazing having parking not easy in sheringham would definitely stay again
We had a fantastic week. Cottage had everything needed for a week's break and was very comfortable. Location quiet which was great but very close to beach and shops. Pubs etc. lovely walks to Cromer and Weybourne. Dog loved holiday.
We had lots of things to do in our week,It was the first time we stayed at Canary Cottage, which we found to be an ideal base, very comfortable ,lovely garden and everything we needed. Really wished we could have had another week.
Repton cottage was a lovely homely place and served my purpose well. I'm living away from my home of Norfolk at the moment and this cottage was a great location to see all my family.
We all had a wonderful family holiday. It was difficult to find a property suitable for 11 family members requiring 6 bedrooms but Morris House with the annex couldn't have been any better, The location was perfect there was plenty of space for everyone, parking included and the beds were so comfortable. Like all holiday accomodation there were glitches. The property is old but extremely well maintained and decorated. Unfortunately there are many stairs. In the annex there is a step leading from the bedroom to the lounge. When walking from the bedroom I did not see the step and fell, badly. I ...more
The position of the cottage was great and having parking very handy although at times hard to access. I have only given 3 for comfort as the single beds were not too comfortable for adults probs ok for children. The garden is a lovely sun trap if you’re lucky with the weather. Quite basic but makes a good holiday home.
A chalet park we visit nearly every year and a chalet we have used more than once. It is always maintained to a very high standard in a beautiful, clean park. We have already booked up for a holiday in September in the same chalet. A great getaway for good value for money. A nice gesture for guests was a complimentary welcome box of biscuits and other bits and bobs.
It was excellent property for our purposes - with two dogs we need a garden & this was just fine. Because of the need for security for the dogs, having unloaded our luggage & using the front door we then double locked the front door & used the back door for dog walking excursions. Our only suggestion would be to have a back door external light for these dark nights. Location great for sea, shops & eateries. Car parking wonderful. The only thing we had trouble with was the TV. Someone had tampered with the controls & we could not get any stations. It was fixed by Monday (third day), & the eng...more
This is my second visit to this property, Great Location tuck away behind the High Street, The Property was very clean and tidy, and everything you needing in facilities, WIFI was excellent. Had a good stay, and hope to stay again soon.
A beautiful, spacious house in a quiet part of town but within.easy walking distance to both seafront and shops. The house was spotless with lovely bedding and towels.
Property is very convenient, being just at the end of the main high street. It is a quirky old fisherman’s cottage, that has been sympathetically updated with modern day bathroom. After driving 235 miles, we arrived 4 pm on Friday afternoon, and was very disappointed to discover there was no iron/ board, however the ‘Keys’ office had an iron, so I didn’t have to purchase one, whilst I was grateful to them, this meant we had to wait for them to re-open on the Monday, to return it. I also discovered a chipped plate, cracked plastic plate and drink spills on the stair carpet. I think it would b...more
This was my third visit to the plaice. The location cannot be beaten . The view is amazing. This was the first visit in the winter months and very different to peak summer. The tide comes very close with large waves ( we were there in the stormy week at the end of November) it was fabulous to watch. The property was lovely and warm to hunker down in when the weather was less than favourable. The property is a little tierd and could do with a spruce up but it doesn't take away from the experience. The town has a great deal of independent shops that sells everything you can think of . Lots of ...more
This is the fourth time we have stayed at The Sidings. It is a spacious and comfortable cottage and easy to keep warm in the Winter. However this time we were very disappointed that the TV in the front room wasn't working properly and the DVD player was missing. Also the kitchen is starting to look very tired. The latter doesn't matter so much but in the Winter you do need a TV that you can watch. We ended up watching on my iPad!
Great little chalet. Beautifully clean. Well equipped, especially the kitchen, which looked very new. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of supermarket and more importantly the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon.
A very well equipped cottage in a great location, close to the sea and all amenities. Really good value for money and great to have a parking space directly outside.
This cottage has everything you need to have a great time in sheringham, location close to high st ,parking for 2 vehicles, comfortable beds,3 toiletsand easÿ to use c/heating,just be aware there are a few steps on ground floor to negotiate.
I had a very pleasant 5-day stay with my dog. Chalet had everything I needed and was freshly decorated. Blossom was out and the site looked lovely.
Lovely cosy cottage, great location very well equipped.Would definitely stay again. Double bedroom very low ceiling!!
10 Vista Court provided nice clean and comfortable accommodation, well laid out with sufficient furniture, facilities and kitchen equipment for a self-catering holiday. Everything worked. Having a designated parking space beneath the flat was a bonus. Beach and town centre are within easy walking distance. Flat is located on the first floor, immediately above the covered parking area beneath. It looks out over a public car park but there is a sea view beyond. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. We enjoyed our stay at the flat and liked Sheringham as a holiday resort. The flat represent...more
The directions to the property were good, and it was as advertised. The owner was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. It was well equipped and nicely furnished. A very peaceful place to stay and a good location for everything we planned to do
We had a 3 day break at the Annexe, it was a comfortable accommodation, great location near the town, would definitely return. Would recommend.
We love coming here as its such a lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable and very peaceful in such a lovely location. Would highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay the house is comfortable and well equipped . Could have done with extra keys or key lock.
This was out third stay in this lovely house. The location is great and the house is nice clean, tidy and warm.
This was our sixth visit to The Flints in three years so we must like it there. One or two areas for improvement though. The bath is rather deep , especially for older people, so a walk in shower would be of great benefit. Also the easy chairs in the lounge are uncomfortable and need replacing. Lastly the premises would benefit from wifi. Despite these comments we are looking forward to returning next year.
I failed to check how accessible the property was for someone with mobility problems. It was a large house and ideal for our teenage grandchildren, their parents and other grandparents. It was extremely well located and close to the train station, restaurants and shops.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Annies cottage. The welcome pack is ideal for the first cuppa when you arrive and we appreciate all the extra things provided. The rear garden looks fabulous, once a small raised patio it now has a lush green lawn with chairs and tables dotted about. Perfect in summer, especially for kids.
I have stayed at this property many times. It is convenient for walks, buses, shops so there is no need to use the car each day. It is well presented and clean. The internet is unreliable which is a shame. Often I had to use my iPad through my phone as there was no connection. There is also a smell of cigarettes. I suspect there are smokers living in the flat below. However this hasn’t put me off as I regularly open windows for ventilation.
We booked a short stay Wednesday to Sunday. The parking is tight as documented, we took a MG HS and made it through okay. The property is dated and dirty marks on carpets and furniture, unpleasant odour in front room but we got some air freshener to solve it. Lots of cobwebs and appliances were not clean, we contacted Keys and a cleaner was sent back within the hour. Double bed in back bedroom was hard, suited my mother though as has a bad back. Had everything in apart from a hairdryer! Great location can be a little noisy at night with people are coming home from the local pub but doesn’t las...more
The property is in a wonderful position and has all you would need for a couple. It could do with some refurbishment now such as carpets, curtains and surfacing of the patio area. The chairs in the lounge are not very comfortable. It suffers from some damp and mold due to the age of the property.
Enjoyed our stay ,in this lovely little cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing break, and lovely walk to Sheringham and Cromer on the beach. Fish and chips at the local Wills fish & chip shop was amazing.
Nice tidy bungalow clean and fresh comfy bed nice relaxing shower garden is quiet and relaxing too lovely little pond had tadpoles in at time of stay lots of robins came to visit too would stay again nice walk over to the shire horse and lots of other animals to see as well definitely recommend
A lovely, very well equipped cottage, easy walk to both shops and the sea. Nicely decorated, light and contemporary. The only criticisms are the sofa which is not very comfortable, and the hard pillows! Sheringham is lovely, lots to do there and in the surrounding area.
We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea,
We loved our holiday at 38 Albert Street and our dog liked his walks to holt Country park and the town centre
We enjoyed our stay at little lodge, spacious and a nice garden to relax in. Unfortunately the garden was looking a little unkempt and the man never showed up to cut the grass ! It said on Mondays , but it wasn't done. Also a sun brolly and sun chairs would have been good. The other issue was the bed which was uncomfortable as the mattress was lumpy.overall it was satisfying.
This is my second stay, Location is brilliant, as its a 10 min walk to the prom, beach, and 10min walk into town centre, had a great week, weather was sunny for most of the week. Wifi was good also. I hope to stay again soon.
Nice cottage good location well suited for a family of 3 or 4, a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults but manageable. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
Lovely location -easy access to town AND the brilliant seaview. I travelled by train but the carpark next door is a handy feature.
Stayed at this lodge for the 3rd visit.wouldn’t take a lot to escalate this accommodation to a 5.All it needs is a few touches get rid of small tv and poor table it’s stood on,clean windows outside and more importantly fix the outside light which I’ve never witnessed working in 3 visits. The park is excellent and location really good.wouldn’t hesitate to stay again just needs a few tweaks.Hot tub was also welcomed although decking needs a good jet wash all in excellent stay would recommend.
We had a fantastic stay at Westbrook. It was lovely and quiet and it was perfect as only a short walk to the shops and beach.
A very comfortable and clean house and exactly as described. Keys staff were friendly and welcoming.
The chalet is nice the only thing it needs is new beds and pillows they are lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower needs a good clean on the quite a bit of mold. Other than that was a good experience
Once again we have really enjoyed our third stay at 9 Canada Road it is ideal for me,my daughter and son in law very clean nd comfortable and of course the unexpectedly fine weather helped. The accommodation is just right for us very cosy and everything you need is there. It is in a good position for both the beach and town highly recommended.
Cosy cottage, very well equipped. Good location near the centre of Sheringham and as a base for visiting North Norfolk. Downsides were the busy road as it is on a main road and the size of the second bedroom. It says it sleeps 4 but should be specified two adults and 2 small children as the bunk beds were tiny. Also the stairs were narrow and steep but we were already told that.
Anchor cottage is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It is so close to the beach and shops that we were able to regularly pop back to pick up/drop items or use the toilet. The kitchen has everything you might need for. Self-catering holiday and the fact that each bedroom has a toilet is really useful. The only downside to this property is its size. Although it has 3 decent sized bedrooms, the living room would be tight for more than 4 adults. The only other inconvenience is the lack of a hall or porch to put shoes and coats. This resulted in us all leaving our shoes and coats in the...more
We have for many years visited this house and found it an idea base for a great holiday. Pity dogs can't share the accommodation.
We loved our stay at Romany Rye. The cottage is warm and cosy and we loved its quirks. The location was perfect for us and our two young children. It's a 1 minute walk to the seafront and high street. The car parking space was an extra bonus.
A nice cottage for two. Very handy for the town and beach. It is small, but has everything you need for a holiday stay, the only thing we found wanting was a shaver/toothbrush socket. It's surprisingly quiet at night, for a town centre location. We found the beds a bit soft, but that's just a preference. A good-sized TV downstairs, with a DVD player for when it rains!
I booked this property as I had stayed here before, and its situated on a quiet private road, near to the beach, with a garden to sit out in, and central for visiting various places on the coast. This made it ideal as I was taking my elderly mother with me. However, our peaceful holiday was spoilt by the building work taking place on both neighbouring properties, the one directly opposite and another at the end of the road. I was woken each morning, by the sound of cement mixers, angle grinders, drilling, hammering, radios, shouting etc, which went on all day. Just as annoying were the number ...more
