Well equipped and comfortable flat good sea views. Excellent through out. Close to amenities and pub.
We had a wonderful stay at the Malting House the accommodation was excellent very well equipped and extremely clean could find no fault at all and we will come back next year. There are many places to visit nearby which makes it a very good place to stay.
Sea la vie is a beautiful cottage in Sheringham. Just a few minutes walk to the sea, shops, trains and large supermarket. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. I do however agree with the car parking. I found I need to be guided out of the space between the buildings after the turns around the garage and we own a Ford fiesta. This wouldn't put us off going again and I would suggest anyone nervous at driving (especially with a larger car) use the Sheringham car park. Thank you for the extra gift on arrival and also for the assistance from Keys staff.
This was our second visit to Beck cottage. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Felt very safe during covid rules .would recommend to our friends and family.
An enjoyable return to Child’s Way. Ideal base for me to see family living locally and to revisit favourite places.
The house in Marriotts Way was superb! From location to the last teaspoon, this house had everything! It was so clean, fresh and modern with every comfort you would wish. We will definitely stay there again. Having a view of the town’s steam train station was an added bonus! Sheringham really is a little gem in Norfolk.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at 1 Kings Chalet Park. We loved the flowering bulbs in the planters outside - a lovely welcome! The chalet was very clean and it was obvious that it is looked after well. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was immaculate. The lounge area is clean, with lots of chairs and great pictures of the beaches on the wall! The bed was comfortable and we loved the sweet Norfolk curtains in the main bedroom! We loved the location as it proved a great base for us to visit local beaches. The beach is walkable via the play park. Thank you for enabling us to...more
Shelleys Nook is in a quiet part of Sheringham yet not far from both the town and beach. Everything needed was provided and we would recommend it for any couples on their own. An off-road parking space is a bonus.
I recently stayed at Clarendon property, with a party size of 4 adults and a dog. The house is in a great location close to all amenities. It was very clean and comfortable and perfect for all our needs. Highly recommended.
Everything about this cottage was delightful, its location in walking distance of the sea, its beautiful garden and spacious accommodation, We had a lovely time.
Beautiful house very comfortable well catered for with everything needed great location so near to the beach and high street shops very warm house the only thing I would have liked was wifi
We loved our stay at Strand Cottage. The cottage is well equipped. The outside space is excellent. The smaller bedroom is quite tight for two adults, however the living spaces are big enough for 4 adults. We would love to visit again.
Absolutely amazing from walking in the front door. This place was huge. The three bedrooms were all in separate ‘wings’ with en-suites, then an additional shower room. Loads of mod cons in the kitchen, plus lots of little extras. We had full use of the hot tub every day. We would definitely recommend this place to others xxxx
The Penthouse apartment was absolutely first class. Very modern, well-appointed kitchen and two bathrooms. Immaculately clean. Ideal location for shops, pubs, restaurants and sea front.
An excellent apartment in an excellent location close to the beach and all local amenities. Well equipped, and very clean. Would highly recommend it.
Our week in Sheringham was an absolute delight. We are a family of four (mum, dad, son of 21 and daughter of 19). Beulah House was the perfect accommodation - cosy and modern (good WiFi) in equal measure. It is situated a two minute walk from the sea and the quaint town with every type of pub and eating establishment imaginable. The sea was lovely to swim in but the top of the beach is very stoney so beach shoes are a must! The nearby beach of Holkham was amazing- wide, sandy and reached by a long boardwalk path through a pine forest!
Gave 3 for comfort, because double Bed was so hard. But rest of house comforts excellent. Change bed and l would stay again.
This was a very nice property, well equipped, in a small and attractive development with lovely views. A good base from which to see all that north Norfolk has to offer. The welcome "goodies" were much appreciated. We were lucky we had excellent weather and took advantage of the lovely garden. Our dog Bertie settled happily and enjoyed his walks. Should we pass this way again we would not hesitate to rebook. John & Valerie
Very peaceful and relaxing location close to Kelling Heath and the seafront. Excellent cottage for 2 people with ample space
Lovely cute sweet little cottage , had everything we needed for a wonderful seaside break . Will definitely book again with keys . Five star service
Comfortable, well located for beach and town. It was great to have a secure allocated parking space.
This flat was all we could have wished for. Especially loved the conservatory and balcony. What wonderful views we had over the town to Beeston Bump. The flat was so central too so handy for the beach or the shops. Would definitely stay again.
Perfect accommodation and location Everything we needed including 3 seating areas in the garden to follow the sun Parking space was a bonus x Beautiful big rooms with plenty of storage Really comfy beds x spotlessly clean x Great value for money Great customer service from Keys as always x
Both of us were impressed with the cottage inside and out. Inside was very clean and tidy one of the best we have rented . It is close to all shops and restaurants in Sheringham and only a short walk to the railway station. We would certainly recommend it to anyone and may well visit it again.
Despite being unable to park outside the property I would happily stay again. I thought all our requirements were met. This is ideal for a youngster to play outside before excursions. The beds were comfortable and although the bedrooms were small we found them adequate. It was also good to have en suite in each. A Very pleasant stay
Lovely cottage, well situated and full of character. Plenty of shops and entertainment in easy reach.
we had a very good week at Gardeners rest. we were very comfortable with plenty of space for us. we liked having the use of conservatory. We would definitely recommend it and would use it again
We had a nice relaxing time Cottage could do with carpets in the bathroom could be dangerous with bare floor boards . The dripping tap in the kitchen was annoying at times . Needs WiFi .
Wagtail Cottage is a comfortable cosy house with a lovely garden. It is quiet and has lovely views. The facilities were perfect for our group of 2 couples. Everything we needed was provided and we will definitely stay there again.
A nice place to stay. You can walk to the all of the shops in around 20 mins. would recommend going to bodham the red hart for an evening meal or just for drinks. the walk from the property along the cliffs to the beston bump and Cromer is also well worth doing. the two life boats on the sea front is also worth a visit. the two bad points which are easy to remedy are finding someone else's stuff in the fridge when we arrived and the outside table not being cleaned apart form this would recommend the property to friends and family
Good location, great value, would be a bonus if parking was available on site, have stayed here twice, Love being able to bring our dog.
Really lovely house, clean and comfortable with lots of room. Very close to beach and all local amenities.
Poppy Cott is situated on the pretty and quiet Beeston Common in Sheringham, a town which has good local facilities, including shops and cafes as well as some good walks, all within walking distance of the cottage. An excellent base for visiting North Norfolk.
A really great property. There were two families of 4 in our group and there was plenty of space. The sea views and sunsets were amazing. The front of the house was a lovely suntrap to sit in the afternoons.
The property is just as the photographs, very neat and great quality! The two chairs and the sofa were not the most comfortable but you can’t have everything! The kitchen and equipment were of excellent quality and the shower room was very good as well! We enjoyed our week at deck2 and would return there again!
A wonderful apartment ! We had a very relaxing holiday in West Runton. The apartment was very clean, it felt like home from home. A great location. Thank you
After such a strange year it was wonderful to get away to Sheringham. The house is a very convenient, short walk from both the sea and the town. Parking was much appreciated too. Inside was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was very peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location of cottage is wonderful. Hear sea, see sea and be on the beach in 2 minutes. Have stayed in this cottage for last ten years!
The annex is a lovely property and perfectly positioned for the beach, shops and eateries. Definitely big enough for a couple or small family. Things have changed due to covid, with no books, games etc. Luckily I took everything with us, but an extra bin bag, and toilet roll would have been useful. only issue was the shower room, had to put the main light on to operate the fan or the room became quite smelly, unable to open the window. Will definitely book again.
Just back from another week at Kings Chalets. The chalet was as good as usual and we had another enjoyable doggie friendly stay. The chalet was a good place to be . We enjoyed being close to the large sloping field - ideal for dogs and children. We enjoyed walking into Cromer through the small woodland and along the cliffs and having a coffee at the North Lodge Park cafe en route. It's then just a short walk downhill to the beach with the option of a walk into the town if required. We hope to be back next year.
The cottage was in an ideal location, just a few minutes' walk from all the amenities of Sheringham. There was a Sainsbury's just a couple of minutes' walk away and a Tesco about ten minutes' walk away. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There were a lot of leaflets about local attractions as well as a wide variety of books and DVDs - board games and toys had been removed because of Covid. The parking space in the front garden was handy and could fit a medium-sized car.
We stayed as a family of 9 last summer and again this summer. We really enjoyed the house our grandsons loved the computer games. It is so near the beach with a lifeguard and shops. Space for parking 3 cars. A new cooker installed since last year and new front door being fitted after we left. We will be back another year. Keys holidays were helpful.
We were really comfortable and even the weather was not too bad . Improved after the weekend . The bungalow had every convenience and was perfect for us. Thanks keys
A lovely cottage in Beeston Regis, has everything we wanted for the week. Location suited us as nice and quiet only a very short walk to get to Sheringham. Will definitely be staying again !
We have just returned from another holiday at kings Cliffe chalets (no 107) a lovely chalet but could be even better if there had been either a bench or sone chairs outside the chalet to sit and enjoy the lovely weather! We found there were limited utensils in the chalet and could have done with such things as a bread knife but we had a lovely stay and will be visiting again
This was our fourth stay in Sandrock House and we have already booked for next year. This house is by far the best holiday rental we have experienced and we have tried others in Sherringham which simply don’t compare. The house is ideal for a couple or a bigger family. It is very well presented, very clean and provides everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The house is situated very near to the sea, with sea views from the rooms on the front of the house. It is lovely to be a minutes walk away from the prom and the shops when you need them.
We stayed for a week in July and had a lovely time, helped largely by the fact the weather was amazing. The chalet it's self is in a great location, just a short walk from Cromer and the beach but in striking distance to lots of other amenities. The park is quiet, with lots of green space. The chalet is in a sunny position meaning that you can sit out front and enjoy the sun and there are a couple of deck chairs provided. The chalet, while basic, has everything we needed for a good stay. It's not huge but suitable for myself and my partner and 4 year old, as we spent a lot of time at the loc...more
Perfect location. Close to the sea and shops. The cottage has all the modern appliances within an historic building making it very comfortable whilst maintaining its original character. Would definitely come again.
Excellent location on the cliff top with easy access to the beach and car park right next door. ( You do need to note that there is no free car parking at the flat.) The flat itself is totally well equipped and it is a very short walk to the shops An excellent holiday base.
Spotless, warm, comfortable, little welcoming gestures. Following all COVID-19 rules. Ideally position in the town but not far from the sea. Thank you.
Wonderfully placed accommodation in rural settings. Nice and quiet. Lots of wildlife. Lots of great walks/runs to go on. Safe for children to cycle round. Good location to explore other areas of Norfolk.
Repton cottage turned out to be one of the best cottage holidays we have had. Immaculately clean with everything provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The only negative point we would make is that the sofa is not very comfortable as you can't relax as its very low. The road is unadopted, so may not be suitable for low slung cars however a car park is available 100 yards away at the end of the road. The cottage is only a 5 min walk away from the cliff top path and West Runton beach was great for our dogs and only 10 mins away. There is a nice golf club (hole in one) within a few ...more
The second time we have stayed here and will do so again in the future, have recommended, also to other, friends, family and work colleagues alike. The new outside bench is very welcomed and makes for a comfortable sit in the evening sun. Enjoyed the new TV set also, welcomed, as we watched the footy on this a couple of occasions. The accommodation is very comfortable, the one thing we noticed this time above the last was, the need for a pathway from carpark to front door. on our first visit it had crossed our minds but on this occasion, due to the weather on a couple of days, experiencing s...more
A very pleasant 2 bed flat in good location. Very convenient for both bus and train station. It has parking so you can leave you car and get round by public transportation. Bed comfortable, but I am glad I brought my own pillow as theirs are not good. Overall very convenient and good value for money, would recommend.
Very close to all amenities in Sheringham, the apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Just what we needed, and Mylo our cockapoo enjoyed it too. Sheringham as with all of Norfolk is very dog friendly. Thankyou for a wonderful stay, hopefully we will be back.
Dogs paradise! Had a great time! Would go again. Great location. Compact but lovely chalet. Nice and quiet middle of July.
Wonderfully situated with own parking space 100m from the beach. Bedroom and lounge fine (although TV a little dated with average sound quality). No washing m/c or dishwasher. Bathroom had a hand-held shower over the (rather deep) bath.... but the hot water was so hot and the cold water such a dribble that showers were out: too much risk of getting scalded. Nice to have a garden space outside which was used for early morning exercises! Not sure you would want to come in winter since heating - at the time (July) there was only a dimplex-type heater in the lounge and no other heating elsewher...more
Nice Clean Apartment , fully stocked kitchen . Fab view of sunset on evening , Great location ....
This is our second visit to Sea Edge. The sea view never disappoints. It is just a calming place to stay. Location is top notch. Just hearing the waves from the sea even at night says it all.
A well located, clean and comfortable cottage. Downstairs bathroom well equipped but location inconvenient, however having a separate toilet upstairs helped mitigate this.
For a small house it is well laid out and presented, making the most of all available space. The bathroom is excellent, the kitchen has plenty of space for cooking, the living area had been altered for covid reasons but actually functioned better as a result.
Our second stay at Lantern Cottage. The cottage contains everything needed for comfort and convenience. Perfect position for walking, town, and eateries.
We enjoyed our long awaited break at 7 Links Way in Norfolk immensely. the location was excellent with local walks and places of interest straight outside the door. The bungalow was spotless and the owners were welcoming and eager to please. The garden was fully enclosed and well maintained ideal for our chocolate Labrador. The local beach was a short distance away and dog friendly if they were kept on a lead. We are hoping to return next year as it’s fully booked all of this year.
Having stayed in Sheringham in different places for many years we were disappointed that the owners of this cottage had been aware that building works were scheduled in the adjoining cottage but had not informed us. The noise was deafening. The washing machine and tumble dryer had not been maintained so we're full of water and fluff and working sporadically. This would be a lovely place to stay if it were properly maintained and not let during building works. The rooms are bright and airy and the position is close to the Priory Maze, not far to West Runton and a pleasant walk to Sheringham tow...more
The flat was ideally situated for us and we were able to enjoy a walk along the sea front every day. It was also only a short walk to the shops and restaurants, so really great on a self-catering holiday. There was a slight problem with the designated parking due to the position of the posts holding the chain across the front of the spaces but it was okay most of the time as not all six flats were occupied. The flat was clean and bright and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely laid out but, although there was a slow cooker and a very fancy coffee making machine, there were no...more
Great location in Sheringham close to all amenities. Pity it was during partial lockdown so didn't make full use of local eateries and pubs.
A good name for a lovely cottage … excellent for us as a couple of adults and suitable for say a family of four, but think it would be a little snug for four adults with regard to shower and wc upstairs. Certainly too tight for six, if all adults However, we did love the cottage and location.
Very comfortable house, just right for families. Easy walk to the sea and town centre. Lots to see in the area. The central heating was very welcome as the temperature dropped considerably with the rain. Throughly enjoyable holiday.
Bramble cottage is a lovely base for a seaside break. It is well equipped and the location makes it easy to walk into Sherrington.
We had a lovely stay in the cottage, very clean and all that we needed was on hand. The location was ideal, very centrally the beach and high street of lovely Sherringham. Will certainly be returning again
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed everything about the flat, The location was amazing and views stunning even in the rain. The flat had everything we needed, was very comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adult and one very excited dog. Kitchen has all we needed, bathroom was clean and very new.
We had a good holiday in the cottage and it was ideal for our family of grandparents, parents and young toddler. Having three bathrooms was a bonus. We could walk to the beach at Mundesley, and the shops and cafes. The beach is great for families. A short drive to other places along the coast - we only had time for Cromer and the steam train to Holt from Sheringham.
Lovely spacious 3 bed property, large bathroom, garden, proximity to beach & shops, well appointed, We had plenty of room for 3 adults sharing, near to fish and chips.
Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, close to centre and beach. Would recommend to others and would stay ourselves again.
Location is great in terms of proximity to the beach and coastal path however we didn’t find the locals very friendly or accepting of us as holidaymakers which was a bit off putting. It’s a lovely property internally but a cottage it really isn’t. It didn’t spoil our holiday though. There is ample outside furniture but It would have been helpful if the outside dining table and chairs had been set up as in the photographs.
Everything we wanted was on the doorstep: fresh crab, shopping, great food, beach ... Lovely to see the sea from every level of the cottage which was very comfortable.
great location fantastic cottage recomend Zharas takeaway near steam train station off road parking.
A great location, however the cottage could have been cleaner. Filthy black bath mat in shower meant it hadn’t been moved good for a while. Cobwebs in many areas and greasy cooker meant that cleaning was often not up to a high standard. A real shame as the cottage has some lovely features and is superb for Sheringham, the beach and North Norfolk.
We really enjoyed staying in this house in October half term. Sherringham is a lovely seaside town, with beautiful beaches and lots to do at all times of year. The house is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sherringham and the sea. It has its own parking, which is really useful. Inside, it was clean and comfortable. It's a pretty, well-appointed little house with lovely views of gardens from the back and we really enjoyed our week.
We enjoyed our stay at Driftway Court, despite a very stormy weekend. The apartment is well situated to be able to easily walk to everything Sheringham has to offer and the parking space is an added bonus. We found the apartment fairly comfortable for three guests but another armchair is really required for the fourth guest to be comfortable. Furniture was all very clean and serviceable as is the whole apartment, however some modernisation/decoration would make the world of difference.
The site was clearly very well kept, the way its lade out is great.lack of information of how to get to cliff tops for walks, lack of info on using gadgets in Chalet
House in a good location. Spacious. However it looked tired. The paint work was grubby and dirty. Also spiders and cobwebs in rooms. The whole house needed a good clean to get rid of the marks.. the downstairs shower room needs up dating. It is a good base for the lovely surrounding area.
The cottage was really nice, clean and comfortable but I wouldn't recomend it to anyone for 2 reasons - 1) it's quite a downmarket area - rough pubs, a fish & chip shop, no access to the beach because of erosion, lots of traffic. 2) although the property itself has adequate parking, neighbours don't have parking so you find other holidaymakers who occupy cottages nearby all parking outside you, blocking your access many times. When I was there a neighbouring house was having a new bathroom installed & for the entire week my exit was blocked by builders, plumbers, tilers ........not condusi...more
The view from this apartment is outstanding (of the Sea and town) and was a real highlight of our stay but I'm sorry to say the rest of the apartment was a real let down. Everything in it is old, tired and sometimes threadbare! After a long drive it's very disappointing start to your holiday!! The low point was definitely the sofa which had a very low back and was the most uncomfortable we've ever had to sit on, which is really frustrating when the view is so good... Also led to us staying out more... Overall we had a good holiday as it was a joy to hear the sound of the sea as we went to slee...more
