A lovely place to stay.very peaceful. Excellent accommodation and facilities Thoroughly recommended
An extremely clean and comfortable accommodation and very well placed for both sea and shops. Garden facilities very good and thought given to visiting children with games etc. thoroughly recommended,
Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Comfort outdoor court yard.. We loved our stay at the cottage it was like home from home.
We really loved Strand Cottage, a really beautiful cottage, very clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished, it's a very pretty cotttage with a lovely secluded garden even though it's a terraced property, it's perfectly situated for the High Street and the beach and we found parking no problem, onstreet parking looks impossible but you can always find somewhere to park not too far away. The only thing we would have liked, and it is a bit petty, but it would have been really handly to have had a spare front door key, we did separate at times from the other two in our group but we had to keep...more
We had a fantastic week in Sherringham, the cottage was fantastic: clean, comfortable and very close to all amenities. I had to be guided out of the narrow gap when using the car but this was advised in the description of the property so not a surprise! This would not stop me from booking again. We all had a great time & look forward to going back. I would highly recommend this property.
Amazing attention to detail. Had everything we needed and more. Love love love the welcome pack! Xx
Amazing place do not hesitate to book it. Close to lovely places such as Sheringham Holt and Cromer. You should definitely visit Holt.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. This time we took 2 relatives with us and just like the first time it was exceptional even to the point where we noticed that the teapot was damaged so I took photo and emailed it to Keys letting and the next day a new one was delivered, excellent service. The whole property was comfortable and very well equipped.
We were recommended this lodge by a family member of the owner. When we arrived we were thrilled to find such a lovely well equipped lodge. Everything we could have needed was provided. A real bonus for us was the securely fenced garden area so our dog could wander about freely. Usually we visit Kelling with a tourer but being unable to currently this was a wonderful way to visit one of our favourite places to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lodge.
snow and gale force winds...think we pick the wrong week for a 4 day break. Abeautiful apartment, warm and cosy, will probably book again instead of day trips to Mundesley, we love this village
This was our 2nd visit, really good home from home. All the amenities you need and a lovely, large conservatory that was exceptionally warm even in the cool weather. Very clean and comfortable, very enjoyable week.
A first rate holiday property with the buses and steam railway only a short walk away. Double parking space is a bonus.
Good sized 2 bed 2 bathroom cottage in an excellent location. Had a great week here and will definitely come back. Good wifi and netflix/youtube on the telly which always helps!
Excellent holiday accommodation especially as there was parking space. Very comfortable. Very nice surroundings.
Apart from the beds which were very firm our stay at the plaice was amazing beautiful views & the sun sets were awesome. We will definitely go back there time & time again it’s now my favourite place to stay in Sheringham
Cockleshell cottage was everything we have come to expect from a Keys holiday let. Clean and tidy with everything you would require for a lovely stay
This is our 2nd stay at Beulah House and again it did not disappoint. The house is very clean and spacious and had all the amenities that our family needed, including off street parking. It is within about 2 minutes walk to the sea front one way and then another 2 minutes the other way and you are in the town with all the shops that you would need. This is a lovely house and we enjoyed our stay.
Very pleasant & relaxing stay. Very clean and tidy. Near to amenities in village and close to Sheringham and Cromer
The holiday in Sheringham was excellent due to staying at the Penthouse. Lovely well equipped property in a central location and a bonus of sunny weather.
Very peaceful and relaxing location close to Kelling Heath and the seafront. Excellent cottage for 2 people with ample space
We enjoyed a week at this very comfortable and spacious property. It was good to be only ten minutes from the nearest beach. Plenty of cooking equipment/crockery/glasses if catering for a houseful of people, and reasonably comfortable sofa and chair in the living room. If you like "shabby chic" style then you'll love this! The property benefits from parking and the mature gardens are delightful. It is dog-friendly and our labradoodle enjoyed the treats that were left and there was a good supply of towels and throws for his benefit.
We loved our visit to Scrimshaw Cottage so much in 2021, we could think of no better place for a return visit
Property is very well equipped with more than enough cutlery and plates etc for the number of people staying. The bedrooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable with beautiful quality linen. There is plenty of space for the people staying to spread out if they wish. All the equipment requested for my grand daughter travel cot, stair gate and high chair were available when we arrived. Although it was quite cold when we stayed the heating was excellent enabling us to be very comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed watching the steam trains across the golf course and the beach was ...more
No we’re very happy this was our second time staying at Garders Rest and we will certainly make a Third Holiday there K&L
This is a lovely holiday home it is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, also very near to a small supermarket and tea rooms, also has bus stops at the end of the road, we were able to park our car on the gravel drive. Outside the enclosed garden was just perfect fences made it secure. Inside the owner has supplied everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We have stayed at this particular property before and have booked again for next year.
Nice property, however we felt the comfort was compromised by some items of furniture. The settee was in two sections which occasionally separated owing to poor connecting brackets. The dining chairs were extremely heavy and not particularly comfortable due to their design. We also feel that a small coffee table would be a great advantage in the lounge. It is a shame that the aforementioned detracts from the exceptional property and its location.
The property is very central for all that Sheringham has to offer and the parking space in this location is a real bonus. The flat was very clean and well equipped and the welcome pack was very generous (the marmalade was delicious). The staff at Keys were extremely helpful in contacting the owner to see if we could stay on for an extra couple of days and agreeing a very reasonable price. Overall a great base for exploring the area and a welcoming place to return to after a day out.
We loved this place so much, location, cleanliness, and comfort. Already booked to return next year.
Superb accommodation for a party of 6 adults and 4 young children. Close to town and beach, 400 yds from fish and chip shop!
We’ve stayed in Canary Cottage many times and have always thoroughly enjoyed our time there with the home from home feel. My only disappointment is that there is no Wi-Fi .
Corner House is in a perfect location for all amenities in Sheringham. Close to shops, beach and transport. Very clean with superior furnishings. We had a problem with a noisy smoke alarm and it was dealt with efficiently. One of the nicest houses we have visited. The stairs up to the 3rd floor are steep, difficult for older people to access but 2 rails provided. Fabulous bathrooms and 2 bedrooms en suite. Would highly recommend.
Perfect location lovely cottage Comfy beds Nice garden Much bigger than expected Cant wait to return already booked
Had a very enjoyable stay will definitely be booking again loved the idea of the field for dogs . With beautiful walks , so peaceful with well keep site
We stayed at the Clarendon as 2 families in July 2021, which included 4 adults and 4 children. The location could not have been better, situated 5 minutes from the beach and in particular the sea, was ideal for the children. With the shops, pubs and restaurants being even closer, there really was something to suit everybody. Sheringham is a beautiful, traditional seaside town which is an ideal base for those also wanting to explore Norfolk. The accommodation is a spacious townhouse with the perfect mix of tradition and modern amenities. As a family with 3 children everything that is needed ...more
A lovely house in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the seafront or steam railway. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided and the property was very clean and well presented. The parking space is an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sheringham.
Excellent, very comfortable accommodation with the added bonus of patio seating in a lovely, peaceful garden. Parking spot in the drive in front of the property gives easy access. And just a short walk from the centre of Sheringham.
We had a fantastic stay in salty towers really ontop of all the shops and restaurants I have trouble walking and down stairs bedroom was ideal for me we will be booking again
On arriving at Annies, our first impression was Wow, The cottage had retained lots of period items yet had all the modern necessities you could ask for; we were very pleased to find a welcome pack that even included biscuits. The whole cottage was well furnished and clean as was the small patio area at the back of the cottage. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were light and airy and the bathroom, with a shower, toliet and a bath was very impressive. Annies also has a toilet downstairs, which was very convenient Once settled in we started to discover lots of little gems, being of a mo...more
Cottage ideally located near a ruined priory. It was great to have a welcome pack for a much needed hot drink and biscuit. Rooms were nice and warm, well planned room and a folder to answer any questions you have. Nicely decorated and rooms having a bird theme. Walking distance into Sherington for a bracing coastal walk, train station to book a ride on a steam train and shops nearby. Also a good location to plan days to explore Norfolk. Ideal for a much needed break.
There was everything in the cottage we needed and it was spotless. There was a faint musty smell, but wouldn’t put me off returning. The shower tray didn’t drain too well, but again not a real problem.
Stayed on this park before but not in this chalet. Picked this park due to great value, well maintained site. It is a bit of a walk in to town but it's worth it as it's about half the price here than staying more central. Well kept chalet, clean, well stocked with cutlery, dinnerware etc. Some positive s that stand out for me: sofa was good sized and comfy, just what you need after a day out (not so much the 1 seater bucket chair but not an issue for us as only 3 of us), proper sized cups, needs a decent size cuppa on a morning and so many of this type of accomodation have smaller sized cups. ...more
Brilliant cottage which particularly worked well for our party of 2 couples. The overbooking of one night was unfortunate but the b @b provided was very good. Just one suggestion. The garden is lovely but there is no shade. An umbrella would I am sure be much appreciated by guests who are lucky enough to have lots of sunshine.
Poppy Cott is a delightful little cottage in a great location. Very easy parking right outside and a great place to walk from, either over the common, onto The Bump and beyond or down into the town and beach. The cottage is in good condition and has very comfy furniture and beds.
Lovely position, but you don’t get any sun . That’s ridiculous I have nothing else to say.i will just say hope you have a good day
Nice place in very good location. Everything we needed, no complaints ! However you do not really need to pay for parking as you can park behind the property or on the street fairly close by.
My wife and I stayed here for one week and we both found it really good value for money I only wish I had booked For ten nights now it was nice and quiet not too far from the beach and town centre I would definitely recommend It know queuing at airports and getting stressed came back feeling really good Thank you Rodney
Another lovely stay at this beautiful chalet, looking forward to next year already. Loved flowers on arrival.
Excellent property. Clean and well stocked - high chair and stair gates were a plus.. Amazing views - sea, sunsets and sunrises.
Great location on a lovely street handy for bus and train. Lots of walks from the door and great for cycling
Easy access to town, Always quiet and able to get a goods nights sleep. Kitchen small and bedrooms quite a distance from the bathroom. With a few exceptions everything is there to make for an enjoyable stay.
Chalet is so well thought out for guests.lovely and clean and tidy. Grounds are amazing and well looked after. A lovely peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to the village and sea front.
Very difficult to find any negatives. For the younger members of the family the lack of WiFi was an issue. The house and facilities were excellent. Amazing house for a holiday and will be booking again without any qualms.
Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at 10 Vista Court and would certainly recommend it. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ideal location for beach and town, and the allocated parking bay was a plus.
Convienent for the beach and central amenities. The flat is comfortable and clean with parking for one car. Couldn't find the rotary washing line which wasn't a problem for us but could be if you wanted to get things dry after a day on the Beach. All in all it was a very pleasant stay for three adults and a teenager.
A very welcome holiday, been going to 7 Links way for twenty yrs a lovely quiet location great walks with our dogs
Lovely cottage in an ideal location close to town and beach. Clean, cosy and comfortable, bed was huge! Kitchen well equipped everything you need. Steps from back garden to door a bit small, need to be bigger.
We had a lovely stay in a lovely spacious property. It was ideally situated for visiting North Norfolk. The property was very comfortable with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The pool was great and the booking system worked well. We also enjoyed using the tennis courts and play area. Our grandsons loved the trampoline.
We had a lovely comfortable stay at Brook Cottage. It is very well appointed and in a perfect location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. If you want peace and quiet, then this is the spot for you.
This is our fourth holiday at this address and the property has been re-decorated throughout making a clean fresh feeling to the house. The sofas are a little dated and worn now and would benefit from updating, as would the bed mattresses. The cooker was again too complicated to use which meant we had to eat out more than we would do normally on holiday which proved expensive. At the time of our stay the adjacent property was being substantially renovated and the sound of building operations did spoil the normally tranquil setting, which it would have been nice to have been warned about before...more
Our second time here. Love the cottage has everything you need. The location excellent. The only negative is the double mattress too soft could do with replacing otherwise would recommend old school yard cottage highly. Will definitely be returning for a third time probably more.
My Husband and I first time to Norfolk and we were under the impression it was very dog friendly. Enclosed garden wasn't suitable for a medium sized dog there was no where for him to play, it was all gravel and muck. There seemed to be plenty of open green spaces that could be fenced off for a dog park. Overall you got what you paid for.
We arrived optimistic but was disappointed with the reality. Small, cluttered and impractical for 4 people.
Stayed in Sheringham for a walking break and had a good stay at Flintrock House. Very comfortable accommodation for 5, as we all like our own rooms, plus 3 en-suite and a bathroom shared by 2, and a separate loo downstairs. Spacious property. Had good walks in the area in conjunction with the bus pass. Enjoyable pubs in town, 2 Lifeboats our choice. Property let down by lack of essentials. No dishwasher tablets or tea towels! Otherwise a great stay. Note to owners: for the sake of £10, provision of some fresh tea, coffee, milk and dishwasher tablets would have improved our view of the prope...more
Furniture outdated but it is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Lighting, in the lounge particularly, needs updating. A super place to stay and your own parking spot is a big bonus. Thank you.
The cottage lovely and clean in a very convenient situation for beach and town . It would have been nice to have our own private garden , but would stay there again
Was a perfect find, in the centre of Sheringham. Quality beds and furniture. The stairs would be tricky for less abled and the shower is a tight fit to get in and be In for the larger person (glad I’m no fatter and I’m fat!!) but expected in a wee cottage. Loved our week at 5 Museum Cottages.
Overall we had a great week, we noticed no hairdryer on arrival or mop and bucket but after a phone call to Key Cottages both arrived very quickly. Garden lovely to sit out in although needs a bit of TLC this time of year. Beds quite comfortable, good shower on first floor, we did not use upper floor. Great kitchen and laundry room, loads of space and storage. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy key access. Excellent value for money this time of year. A great base for exploring this area of Norfolk.
A great little cottage. Compact but very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Very well positioned whether you have your own transport or not. If you do, the parking space is a real bonus. Ideally positioned for dog walks, literally on the doorstep. All in all a little gem of a place. Enjoyed a really good week here and hope to return.
I was disappointed to find that the downstairs bedroom was in a converted garage. It was dark and depressing and the fact that the put out bed had been made up for our use instead of the two singles placed together and made up as a Queen size bed added to the lack of comfort. The upper floors of the property were much more comfortable and of the standard I have experienced in rental properties before
Quaint and quirky cottage with character. Very small and narrow staircase. Single beds very comfortable. and good location. A bit tired.
This is our second time we have stayed at Orchard Cottage over the Easter period and we would definitely return.
A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The kitchen was excellent with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice bathroom with good shower. As it is an old traditional home the staircase was steep but had a very secure handrail . The cottage is very conveniently placed for easy access to the beach and the many shops. Only a 10 min walk to the railway station to ride on the steam train. I would definitely recommend this holiday home.
There has been a constant updating to this property over the many years we have stayed there. There is still some way to go to fully modernise the flat but it has a likeable charm that brings you back each year. Very nicely situated and close to town and shops it has given us many enjoyable holidays over the years.
This was our 4th visit to the property, in 4 years.I fear this is probably the last time for us as a family though, because following a fall I had in the early part of the year, I now have grab rails fitted in both my bathroom upstairs and the downstairs cloakroom, I've got so used to them I was a bit fearful of using the shower when my husband was not around, because there was no shower mat either. The flat has a lovely aspect, and is indeed very close to a Morrisons supermarket, the beach, and the town centre shops too. The twice weekly market at Sheringham on Wednesdays and Saturdays is ano...more
we loved the cottage at 25 new road we took the dog for walks at the common we went to the cafes in sheringham for dinner
Love this holiday home, great location and very comfortable. The front double bedroom is ready for a decorate and the little garden could quite easily be made more usable and inviting but otherwise a perfect place to stay.
We stayed at this property for a week. On arrival there wasn’t a key in box so had to wait for keys to be delivered and there were no towels. The front entrance was dirty with cobwebs and leaves. Inside the whole place was like living in a goldfish bowl as it’s overlooked front and back with no nets or blinds. The main bedroom has nice white curtains but does little to block out light so we woke every day at 5am! The kitchen is well equipped but the freezer was so badly frosted the drawers wouldn’t open so couldn’t use and the dishwasher doesn’t wash very well. This was such a shame the loca...more
We have stayed here on a few occasions and unfortunately on this occasion the cleanliness really let it down, No toilet rolls, Obviously uncleaned upstairs toilet. Had to flip mattress in single bedroom as it was covered in black marks and no mattress cover! Whole property needs a deep clean. Dishwasher full. I could go on! Hopefully will be better for our next stay.
Great holiday, great location, off road parking ideal. Central to all amenities, only two minutes walk to seafront/shops/cafes. Already booked for next year
I took my mother to Norfolk as part of her 80th Birthday celebrations. Walma is a good sized, well laid out property, on a quiet private road in a beautiful part of Norfolk. The garden, although a little overgrown, is a sun-trap for much of the day. I chose this property because it has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and the stairs are a little steep.
Good cottage couple of problems with door locks Sorted quickly by agency.Everything as advertised. Clean throughout,
I was amazed at the cleanliness of the cutlery , crockery and glasses… literally Immaculate.. usually upon arrival of a holiday let I wash every item.. The house was a bit far from sheringham for us ,(our fault not the owners ) and the back fence wasn’t secure enough to allow the dog out without supervision.. please check the back gate we found it swinging open we can only assume someone unlocked it.. new fence to the left and bottom could easilyAdd value to this let.. and give the guests privacy to relax the beds were comfy and everywhere felt so clean. Large bedrooms 9/10- Sort ...more
Needs tlc around the front door and window. The foliage is, very over grown. Excellent for town and beach access.
Lovely spacious cottage , super location close to beach , pubs and shops and handy for train and buses to other parts of the lovely North Norfolk coast and apart from needing an update from chipped crockery , bathroom carpet !! and living room carpet could do with a deep clean . We enjoyed our stay very much .
This property is in a good location, walkable to sea and town. Parking for 2 cars is a bit tight unless you have small cars. The house was plenty big enough for 6 adults. Although it was fairly comfortable, the rooms and furnishings need some attention. The knobs were coming of the cooker, bulbs were missing from lampshades etc. Poor finishing of decoration. There was a number of flying insects, both live and dead which had to be dealt with on our arrival in one of the bedrooms.
