Located on Beeston Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), yet only 0.6 miles to the beach, shops, cafes and train station – so why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train or bus!

what can I say! Everything about this holiday was as I liked.
Myself the cottage is the sort of place that I could live at, nice and cosy and the location was spot on.
Sheringham it’s self nice lots of little shops and plenty of places to eat, have a drink or just sit and relax.
Also enjoyed the ride on the steam train, which brought back memories .
Visit to the horse sanctuary and Cromer.
Best holiday for a long time for me.

A welcoming and cosy space in a very nice location in Beeston Regis. Very peaceful and walkable to everything you could need. Views of the common out front are wonderful and the garden is well thought out and a nice place to spend time.
