A pet-friendly two-bedroom pet-friendly apartment in Rhosneigr. Just a short stroll to the beach and a short walk to the village centre, plus unlimited free golf for 4 guests!

The bedrooms were lovely, bathroom was wet and mouldy after every shower, towel rail didn't work so soaked anything on it due to condensation. The settee was too small and no one wanted to sit on the stained bean bag. Kitchen wasn't very clean and the smoke alarm went off every time we cooked. Great location but not the best accomodation unfortunately.

We’ve been staying at this apartment as a family for many years and have always loved the location. This summer we have actually stayed twice, on two separate weeks during the school summer holidays. Sadly, though, the apartment is now looking increasingly tired and in need of some proper maintenance and refurbishment.

There are quite a few issues during our stays. The entrance hall really needs repainting, several shutters are broken, the kitchen bin lid is broken, the top rack of the dishwasher is damaged, and the washing airer is also broken. There was sand behind the shutters in the main bedroom when we arrived on site he second week, the bedroom unit is very heavily scratched, and some of the bath towels were stained both times. There is also black mould in the main bathroom and around the windows.

The kitchen in general is looking quite worn now, and the cooker hob does not always light properly. During the very warm weather in week 1, I also called asked Anglesey Holiday Lettings whether a fan could be provided and was told this was not possible, which was disappointing, particularly as we had purchased two fans last year and left them in the apartment.

We have a lot of happy memories here and the location is still a real positive, which is why we have returned so many times. However, we’ve noticed that the price for the same week next summer has increased by around £300. Given the current condition of the apartment and the number of maintenance issues, we just don’t feel the increased price represents good value anymore.

Sadly, after many years of returning, we don’t think we’ll be booking again next year unless the apartment is significantly updated.

We have just returned from a 12 night stay at Bryn Eglwys and truly had an amazing holiday. The apartment is gorgeous, extremely well equipped, with everything we needed. The weather was fantastic so I even used the washing machine! The Kingsize bed was so comfy that I ordered the same quilt and pillows as soon as I returned home. We holiday in Rhosneiger a couple of times every year, as it really is our most favourite place it was our first time in this apartment. I can definitely say that it won't be our last. Having your own parking space outside the apartment is also really handy. We normally holiday in the heart of Rhosneiger, this apartment is away from the hustle and bustle, near the golf course and also very close to the runway for RAF Valley. We absolutely love the jets so it was incredible to be able to see them landing from the living room window and how close we were to them when walking on the nearby beach. It's really peaceful at this end of the town with the beach literally 5 minutes walking distance plus it's a quieter section of the beach which is wonderful when you have a dog. Thank you Angelsey lettings for the welcome pack and the cleanliness of the apartment we had an amazing holiday and will return.

The location was so great for us - access to beaches within minutes for morning walks and a stroll into town.

The decor of the apartment was lovely - felt at home immediately. Really just what we were wishing for.

The flat is well kept and the bedding and towels were really clean and white. A few decoration issues including entrance hall but upstairs was very warm and welcoming.
Position is great for Crigyll beach under a 10 minute walk into the village.

Had a great stay here. A short walk into Rhosneigr and you can get anything you need. Beach less than a 10 minute walk. Some great places to go a short drive away. Would highly recommend Newborough forest but park at the beach car park, there are toilets and snack vans there in summer.

The property had everything you need, lovely welcome bag with some essentials.
The location is ideal few minute walk into the village, not sure what to expect as never visited before, but a lovely place
Some of the decor could do with a refresh, but the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay again or even try another part of the island.

The property is in a great location close to shops restaurants and the beach. It is well equipped with everything you need including a washing machine! The bed was comfortable and the overall area was quiet giving us a very restful and peaceful week. Good value for the price paid. It is worth noting that some cafes and restaurants close down outside of summer season so options for eating out are limited especially if you don’t want to drive. I Recommend the Oyster Catcher

Good location, disappointing accommodation. Would benefit with through deep clean and upgrade in all areas. Bed sheets clean, but questionable brown stain on double bedcover. Bathroom adequate, shower good, but again requiring a good clean. Kitchen basic - dirty saucepans, old dishwasher with door that was difficult to open, fridge was fine to use but freezer totally iced up, in need of good thaw and clean - impossible to use. Cooker hob didn’t work and oven again in need of through clean - grill very greasy and dirty. Toaster kept sticking. Mugs were old and should have been cleaned. General crockery reasonable.
For a property that requires you to strip the beds, empty bins etc. on day of departure, more should have been put in to overall cleanliness and update. I took some photos as evidence of this disappointing accommodation.

Enjoyed a peaceful stay in a beautiful place surrounded by lovely walks over Christmas, escaping the crowds and commercialism. Close to the beach and some great places to grab something to eat (loved the Sea Shanty Cafe). Main supermarket is less than 20 minutes away. Would happily stay here again.

Found it clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped.
The entrance hall provides a good space for sandy boots to be left, however the access stairs could be a little steep for anyone of limited mobility.

The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay and to explore a beautiful island. The bedrooms are both a great size, the kitchen was fully equipped, including an Xbox, books and games, and the lounge had adequate space to eat and felt homely. The welcome pack was also much appreciated.
A mop and bucket would be a useful addition to the storage cupboard as sand from the beach often makes the kitchen and downstairs floors quite grainy. A bigger rack to hang washing (or an additional one) would also be useful for longer stays in the property, especially as it takes longer to dry with no outdoor space to hang it.
A minor point but the bathroom could also benefit from a deep clean during quieter times in the property, particularly the floor, as it smelt quite strongly on occasions despite me spraying and wiping the bathroom and floor daily. I vaguely remember this from our previous stay also.
Overall, a comfortable and homely property and we will be back next year. Thank you.

We enjoyed a week long stay at Bryn Eglwys. It's a great little apartment and had everything we needed. It's in a handy location only 10 mins from the village centre and 5 mins from the beach. Also very close to the RAF base at Valley so be prepared for noise from planes but this didn't bother us, as regular visitors to Rhosneigr it is to be expected!! Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Comfortable flat on the main road through Rhosneigr and a 10 minute walk to the beach. 4 adults managed comfortably for a week. Minor niggle that there is no outside space to enjoy. Only other irritation was the smoke alarm system, the one in the kitchen seemed very sensitive maybe because of its position. We set it off everytime we cooked even when we used the extraction fan and this set off all the other smoke alarms in the flat, at least we knew they worked.

Really lovely holiday let in a good location for thr beach and local amenities of Rhosneigr.

Had a bit of a shock on the Monday morning when we found out it was very close to an military airfield, which was a bit noisy but you soon got used to it and it became something cool to look at as various aircraft flew in the vicinity.

The accommodation was comfortable and in good condition and met all our needs pretty much. There was some outside space but not great which was in my opinion the only thing that let this holiday let down was the outside space was lacking in providing a place to sit and enjoy a beer or glass of wine.

Having said that, that's just nitpicking.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the beach and a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment was very clean, uncluttered and had everything you may need.
The letting company were excellent. They were professional, well organised and I wouldn’t hesitate in booking through them again.
Rhosneigr is a very nice place to stay. It is calm and relaxing. The beach is very long clean and interesting and there are several very good places to eat and drink.

This is our 2nd stay, and again it didn't disappoint. The apartment was clean and ready for arrival with some lovely biscuits waiting for us, the apartment is very cosy, and having the little extras make it a more enjoyable stay, for example having tea, coffee sachets, dishwasher tablets and washing liquid makes a difference if you have forgotten to pack it, games, dvds, WiFi, and I like that bedlinen, towels and tea towels are provided.one less thing tobreme9to pack.
The location is excellent, my son and husband love seeing the planes so we enjoy the very short walk to the run way.
We will definitely be back for a 3 rd stay. And would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this place in rhosneiger and the inside was done up nicely. We would have liked there to have been a proper sized toilet paper role. The biggest problem we had was with aircraft noise. There is a runway for fighter jets real close which made almighty noise which terrified my dog. We stayed out of the house all day as a result. Please warn people that dogs could be scared with the jets taking off and flying noisily around all day. Some dogs may not mind, but ours did.
Liked the art on the walls very much.

A lovely cosy clean apartment with tasteful relaxing decor and furniture. A short walk into town and the dunes leading to the beach are one minute away. I would advise anyone to bring cards or board games though if that’s the kind of break you want as there are minimal. There is a x box with 4 games and some books and dvds. I booked this apartment to take my dog away for the week ,but only ended up staying one night as it was not practical for dog,there was no out side area to sit in ,also climbing the stairs with my dog as .as i have to take her out at night ,it was a long walk to the beach .the apartment was lovely and could not fault it ,but i have learnt my lesson and will make sure next time that i am close to the beach on a ground floor accommodation.

Over 50 years in England and not once visited the beautiful and tranquil isle of Anglesey. Shame on me!
The apartment was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rosneiger. Beautiful walks, wide sandy beaches, and clear clear water.
For a small place, Rosneiger offered many eating places, during the day and the evenings, and they all offered their services with friendly smiles and good food.
We will definitely go back and do some sailing next time.

Bryn Eglwys is an upstairs apartment in a block of four (two downstairs and two up) but all have their own front doors to the outside. Its nicely positioned close to the Village Centre and a very short walk from the beach. Its warm and comfy, though the double bed could be improved by having a more supportive mattress. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and has a nice functional kitchen area off the lounge. There's a large TV, decent sofa and dining table. All you really need for a comfy stay. Being extremely picky, the bathroom would benefit a deep clean.

We had a lovely stay in Bryan Eglwys. It a really nice holiday flat - tastefully decorated and furnished and well located in Rhosneigr. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
One little suggestion - maybe have a lighter tog duvet for the double bed for the summer months as it got quite hot with the thick one on.

Stayed in this apartment for a week .Loacation very good great walks to go on .
The apartment was very modern and nice to be around on days it was bad weather and stayed in. We had only one complaint the Coker had not been cleaned,but one phone call and the job was sorted out at once.Key waiting us no problem getting in and all sorts of basics including wine and shortbread biscuits.
We would book this apartment again

We had a lovely time. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We also arranged a Tesco delivery and the staff put all the products away, which was brilliant, thank you.

It is very comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in Rhosneigr. Would stay again.

Extremely well appointed apartment close to centre of the village and beach. Sleeps family of 4 comfortably. Beautifully decorated with all the facilities. Highly recommended.

This modern airy apartment is near to the beach and to the various shops and eateries.
It is located in a quiet area with parking for one car.
The inside is well laid out with a large comfortable lounge, modern kitchen and bathroom.
We had a very pleasant stay over the Christmas period.

Our weeks stay in this upstairs apartment was excellent. We were very 'at home' here. Everything that we needed had been provided..... the kitchen has all utensils from can opener to pans etc! Excellent hob/oven, easy to use! Large family size fridge/freezer, ice block provided for picnics. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Living area open plan to kitchen is lovely, games etc to play on tv, lovely seating area and dining area. Bathroom excellent with shower over bath, always hot water. Efficient Combi boiler the water and heating which we needed as mid october. Bedrooms are well furnished with lovely linen. Property is short walk from the beach. Car parking space on the property outside the front door. My only minus point is that there isn't a garden but you are made aware of that when you are booking. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Bryn Eglwys in Rhosneigr or a few days, would highly recommend. Bryn Eglwys was clean and tidy it was perfect for our needs.
