BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The property accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The Master en-suite bedroom has zip and link beds offering the flexibility of 1 x super king-size or 2 x single beds with views to the side of the property, large built-in wardrobes and an en-suite with a WC, sink and large shower cubicle featuring a waterfall shower. Please confirm on booking which configuration you would prefer.

Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed again, with large built-in wardrobes

Both bedrooms are fitted with Venetian blinds and black-out curtains.

The generously sized family bathroom is furnished with a WC, sink, bath and over-bath shower. Both bathrooms have complimentary luxury Highland Soap Company handmade toiletries and fluffy bathrobes

THE LIVING SPACE

The bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen features a large 55", flat-screen Smart TV a, nap-worthy sofa and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together after a day of activities!

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home including a full-size dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, induction hob and electric double oven and Espresso machine with plenty of room for your self-catering holiday groceries. The dining area with a table and 4 chairs makes a great space for you to relax and chat with other members of your group whilst cooking and is perfect for your group to dine together after a hard day exploring the local area.

From the first dealings with Stirling Self Catering to the final day departure, this was an excellent stay . Very friendly supportive team, lovely ground floor modern “as new” flat , perfect for us, adult daughter and well behaved dog.
Highly recommended.
Less than an hour to Edinburgh and other great tourist spots.

Mhuilinn Apartment is a modern apartment in Cambusbarron just outside Stirling. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and there is allocated parking in the courtyard, It was a great place to stay to explore the region with plenty of space for three adults.

I booked this as a longer term let for my colleague who is working in the area and he loved it. Everything was great. I highly recommend Sterling as well to deal with. Very responsive and helpful.

Provision was very clean. Provisioned well. Location was a little out of the centre of town but one could walk taking 45/50 minutes. Local food stores were fine. Location was quiet. 5th time staying with Stirling Self-Catering. Good base to explore The Trossachs including Loch Lommond and Loch Katrine, little further to Loch Tay.

Good communication with property manager. Reported insecure toilet seat at end of our stay. Reported continual water dribbling in en suite toilet. Reported issue but property manager stated that the handyman coud visit only when we were present. He visited in the evening of first day but sound and leakage returned within one hour. Reported this again. it was not really hindering the stay, appart from the noise. Property manager stated that handyman could retruen but this meant staying in. Our visit was short so we did not want to sit in. We stated that we would leave it but was a bit surprised by return text - 'Thank You. Will sort on your departure.' Perhaps was expecting a more apologetic response for the inconvenience and communications. Did not understand why a plumber or handyman could not visit if we were not there. Some reason given about only one key which I thought was not really creditable. Had to clarify procedure for leaving the key as information on site and sent out to us did not tally. This was explained by the property manager. The plumbing issue was stated as requiring a plumber to fix as told when we were leaving. We would stay with Stirling Self-Catering again but perhaps due to location and having previously stayed where we could walk into town with ease, perhaps not this property, modern and comfortable as it is.
