This is the Second time we have stayed over New Year at SunnyBrae. The location is beautiful so peaceful and quiet with everything changing views. The lodge was different to our previous one but still immaculate and so comfortable everything is supplied The beds are excellent and gas heating on timer so always toasty and water hot . Mike is an excellent host he keeps in touch regards your booking ,welcomes you and let’s you do your own thing for the break. Thanks Again !
A second stay at sunnybrae and again brilliant! Lovely little site , and caravans with everything you could need Had visits from otters every morning , seals and even the white tailed sea eagle made an appearance Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable stay
It is very comfortable and has the most beautiful view. An extremely peaceful and relaxing place. Within walking distance of the small ferry and a bus into Oban. Will visit again.
The view from 'Seal's' living area is truly out of this world: the ever changing light on the tidal Cuan straits, with wild life, the ferry and boat and yacht movements to add interest. Though Mike's current 'keep safe' advance information is a bit off-putting, everything is clean and welcoming, the main bed is comfortable, the cooker works and equipment is well sufficient. (We didn't need to use the heating.) Be aware there isn't a shaver point. Mike is easy to contact if needed and a helpful host. Stayed a few nights at Sunnybrae, park is in a lovely location, fantastic views, caravan was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Well worth the 9 hour drive from home. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully we can stay a little longer next time.
Well what can I say, stunning location with excellent service levels and an accommodating welcome. Facilities served very well with thoughtful touches around the whole site such as BBQ Facilities, Drying Shed, Recycling, Composting and even a pontoon to moor my vessel at in perfect site! We shall definitely return if given the opportunity :-).
What an absolute find, booked via our friend Cameron Fyffe. We were attending the Easdale Rib Rendezvous. Mike was there to meet us when we brought our boats from Croabh Haven Marina. Tied up on a well sheltered pontoon adjacent to the Caravan Site. Caravan was spotless and what a location !. We liked it so much shall book again for next year. Would highly recommend.
I travel more than 300 miles to the site and this was my 7th visit which tells you everything you need to know. This site is lovely and peaceful dog friendly and packed with wildlife. The site is run very professionally and with a very friendly touch. I hate leaving and can't wait to return.
