Our first impressions of the lodge when we arrived did not falter throughout our stay! Such spacious accommodation and so relaxing, dog friendly indeed! The men enjoyed the fishing, the ladies and the men and the two dogs enjoyed the walks! It took me a while to work out the hob but that’s just me! Lovely bathrooms, and about pristine! Just a couple of small things that I think would improve the stay would be a better recycle system, I hated not separating everything apart from glass! One or two dog poo bins and for the anglers maybe some different species of fish in the lake apart from tench and carp.Oh! And maybe a few games for rainy days?
