Our family had a wonderful week at Glencarron Lodge - from the moment we waked in, we knew we were going to have a fabulous time - and we did. We also had glorious weather.... We loved the large generously proportioned drawing room with the open fire; the dining room was spacious and comfortable to sit 16 - 18 (& v handy having the hot plates); extremely well equipped kitchen with a brilliant Aga and 3 fridges and big table for breakfast - lots of cupboard space and if you wanted some bit of kitchen kit - you looked for it and found it. Truly loved the whole set up.
Bedrooms - Fabulous bed linen, comfortable beds and lots of bathing and showering facilities - everyone was happy.
We had 2 dogs and they loved running round in the extensive garden. The table tennis room was a big hit too with old and young - table and ball supply excellent - some new bats would be good (we'd brought our own.)
Clay pigeon shooting with Richard was fun (& he filled up our log basket) and Michelle put our Tesco delivery away before we arrived so we were most appreciative of that. Both Richard & Michelle were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to assist - thank you so much for looking after us so well.

Very comfortable, and in a great location. The countryside is magnificent. The fishing is mostly dependent on spates.
