Ocean View Penthouse is a stunning two bedroom top floor coastal apartment in a very enviable location on The Esplanade in Woolacombe. Sleeping up to four guests in two large bedrooms, this bright and spacious apartment boasts unrivalled sea views, stretching from Baggy Point and back towards Barricane Beach. The village is also within easy walking distance.

A superb apartment in an enviable position and great views over Woolacombe bay.

The Penthouse is an exceptional two-bed apartment with one of the finest positions in Woolacombe, roughly halfway along Woolacombe Esplanade opposite Barricane Beach. We are regular visitors to Woolacombe and have stayed in many self catering places, this was the second time we've stayed here and it continues to be one of the best. The apartment is light and spacious, well equipped and warm; everything worked and our stay was hassle-free. The lounge and front bedroom have extensive views over Woolacombe Bay towards Baggy Point and Lundy - the sunsets are fantastic.
Communications with My Favourite Cottages were timely and thorough throughout. We found a generous welcome pack on arrival that included a cream tea, very welcome refreshment after the drive across Exmoor. The apartment has one allocated car parking space off a private road at the rear. This is normal and was fine for us but it if you have two or more vehicles it might be worth speaking to the owners as parking in Woolacombe has become tricky.
Overall, a first-class apartment in an excellent location that provided a trouble-free stay supported by an efficient booking/management process

Beautiful apartment on the top floor. Far enough away from the town for peace & quiet, but close enough for ease of access. Handy parking for the car which did not move for the whole stay
Everything you would need in the kitchen, lovely large bedrooms, kitchen/ dining/ lounge and massive showers
Clean on arrival with most things explained in the folder and handy laminates
Stairs kept us fit ;)

This lovely apartment had the 'wow' factor as soon as we went through the door. A stylish kitchen, great showers in the bathroom and ensuite, and new bedding in both rooms. The views from the lounge and bedroom were amazing. Would definitely stay again.
