This is our third visit to Forte village. It’s ideal for children but wouldn’t come on holiday here as a couple. The new Aquapark would be perfect if only it wasn’t salt water. A lot of children prefer to use the Oasis pool and as a result this area gets busy and you have difficulty getting sun beds. We will come again but accept there are things you comprise on.

A lovely resort with excellent facilities and accommodation.

Lots of activities... but very expensive and will add considerably to your holiday cost.

Major disappointment is the customer service and organisation. It's a major frustration- examples include turning up three times to a restaurant having made a booking and you're not booked in. Concierge service is very poor - will only advise you on resort, no local knowledge. Reception has no idea what is available for children, you have to chase round like a treasure hunt for information.

It's a lovely resort but too expensive for what it is - you can find comparable for cheaper. We paid £10k for three and felt we were in the cheap seats which resulted in a much lower level of service. The difference in service levels in palpable.
