Forte Village is a place of contrasts. What truly makes this resort special are the many dedicated people who work there with their hearts in their hands, doing everything they can to create a unique and memorable experience for their guests. Their passion, friendliness, and commitment are the resort’s greatest asset.

Unfortunately, the infrastructure has clearly aged and no longer meets the standards one would expect from a luxury destination of this caliber. Many areas feel outdated and would benefit significantly from renovation and modernization.

The culinary offering is another mixed experience. While there are a few outstanding exceptions, the overall gastronomic concept falls short of the famous Italian hospitality and food culture. The Indian and Chinese restaurants, in particular, offer a quality level that is surprisingly low and certainly does not justify their very high prices. On the other hand, the Fish Market restaurant, with its authentic Mediterranean cuisine and fresh seafood, is absolutely outstanding and one of the highlights of the resort.

In general, prices throughout the resort are extremely high, and the value for money is difficult to justify. The overall experience does not consistently match the premium pricing, leaving guests with the feeling that they are paying more for the brand than for the actual quality delivered.

A positive exception is the sports offering, especially the Football Academy. The "rent-a-brand" concept is executed professionally, with excellent organization, high-quality coaching, and a very enjoyable experience for participants.

The beach is another major strength of Forte Village: clean, well-maintained, spacious, and professionally managed, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for families and couples alike.

Overall, Forte Village offers exceptional people, a beautiful park, excellent sports programs, and a fantastic beach. However, aging infrastructure, inconsistent dining quality, and a poor price-performance ratio prevent it from fully living up to its luxury reputation. ★★★☆☆ (3/5)

Best customer service and care, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. There are loads of great activities for children and adults. The food is incredible and if it was a restaurant it would definitely deserve 3 Michelin stars! The Easter shows and especially the barbecue were amazing and the Aqua Park as well. The rooms are great and they are always exactly the right size. The Le Dune restaurant’s view is amazing and the variety of cultures and traditional food, music and dancing is unreal!

Apart for some rude restaurant managers and a rude receptionist (not italian), a great stay.

Food could be slightly better also.

The rest is great.

Been to the Forte Village several times over the years. This time unfortunately the customer service was poor. There are lots of new staff with only a few original ones left.
This is a resort that offers five star facilities without five star service.

Room was great - lovely decor and patio . Kids bikes in short supply- very annoying considering 1 weeks rental would pay for a bike! Pools and breakfast buffet a bit tatty compared to rest of resort. Kids club a bit disappointing-didnt always do activities they advertised . Other sports looked great . Both buffet and entertainment really good . Service was very good but communication poor you needed to know what to ask for ! Breakfast buffet was chaos and very strict timing finished at 10 am .
